welcome back Chase with shifi here and today we're going to be talking about how to build an AI Clone Army and I'm going to show you how my AI Clone Army is making me over $1,000 an hour and that's not clickbait not making this up in fact it's probably less than an hour because I'm going to show you a completely automated system that I've created and I've added into a free checklist that I'm going to be giving you today don't worry you don't have to pay anything put away your wallet everything in today's video is going to be free so all you have to do by the way to follow along if you're access to all of this right now all right so let's talk about where we're at this is a series by the way this is part three if you haven't watched the other parts you can always head over to the checklist and you can go watch the previous videos through the time stamps I leave time stamps here you can see that little 663 1390 basically what I'm doing is I'm I'm explaining to you how to use all these different tools to earn money and I'm adding it as timestamps into this checklist so what I recommend is go through the checklist once you have it and follow along just go watch the different time stamps and you can learn how to set all this stuff up and again most of these tools are copy and paste so when you go into these tools I've set up a lot of systems already for you for example the first tool this one has something called a snapshot that's a thing that you can download into your account has everything done already so so all you have to do is just go into these different tools sign up for the free accounts and ideally you can start making sales with them before the accounts renew because most of these tools have free trials now also I recommend that you scroll down and go join our different groups we have a Discord group here and a Facebook group here I try to be as active as possible and notify everybody before I go live in these groups and and you can ask questions in here you can see we got a lot of cool people in here here they all are 20,000 people so make sure you join the group so you can ask questions interact hang out and troubleshoot people are here to help you in these groups including me I try to spend as much time as I can helping the members in the group and again it's free you don't have to pay any money to get in there I'm not going to charge you anything for that okay now just a quick little bit about me again if you're brand new I try to always introduce the new people because a lot of people are new I start started out about 8 or N9 years ago in a garage on YouTube and I didn't have anybody help me I didn't have anybody give me money don't worry not like this person that's going to tell you oh it was so hard for me and then it wasn't it actually was very difficult you can see here there I am in a garage was not very uh proud of it but I came from nothing okay dropped out of college dropped out of high school had a lot of problem S I was probably voted the least likely to succeed if you would have asked anybody back then and now I'm able to make millions of dollars online and in fact I made so much money that I stopped selling things and started giving everything away for free because I wanted to give back I would have actually probably made a few million dollars this year if I would have kept selling things and not giving them away for free now I still made a good amount of money this year made probably like six or 700k but I was on track to make probably two or three million this year you can see last year I made about 1.7 million if you look at my stripe account here so again this isn't a brag or anything I'm just showing you the story and if you're new I want you to see that I'm authentic that I'm real I'm not just telling you things because I want to sell you something or you know gatekeep some of my information behind a pay wall I want to show you that I literally do everything for free now look at this all these live streams you can go watch them it's literally what I was doing before as a course I was I was charging people a lot of money for this people are paying a lot of you guys are uh not aware I had a lot of cool stuff for a while I had Gucci clothing I had a Lamborghini had a lot of really expensive things and I realized that they didn't make me happy I got them because I wanted to celebrate I said you know I earned it I earned it I'm going to drive a cool car and people are going to like me and I realized uh nobody really cared and those things never really made me happy in the first place so I basically sold everything and now I have about three t-shirts lot less laundry okay a lot less problems so I sold everything basically and uh now I try to simplify why does this have anything to do with my haircut I I didn't want to have to keep putting gel in my hair got tired of it so there you go all right let's talk about what we're going to be getting into today so obviously like I said if you're brand new uh go through the previous parts of the checklist click on start here this is the first stream that I recommend you watch and then go watch these previous live streams where um all of them are timestamped and and the time stamp just goes to the different tool okay and so ideally what we're doing is we're setting up an automated system where you're going to be able to create content with AI you're going to be able to create the AI Army and that AI Army is going to send traffic to your automated system and that automated system is going to sell things for you here is a video I posted on one of my 40 accounts here that is me except it's not me it's the AI me these are people that aren't real but they look like me and they're not actually people they're AI so as we go through this series as we go through this playlist as we go through this checklist you will be the one writing the dragon and getting the sales and uh that's what we're going to be talking about okay and so again if you're just getting caught up you're brand new just make sure you go through these other parts of this check list so you can stay up to date um and and if you haven't seen these things yet I would recommend pausing this video and then going to these other parts because a lot of what we're doing here is step by step and I basically have done two hours of training now before this video and so if you're watching things from this video and you're like hey that doesn't make sense it's because you need to go and take pause this video go back to the other parts of the checklist and then go through that and then and then start from here okay make sense and then again it's all timestamps so this this video be time stamped as well all correct I just don't know how to do it Alex set it up what makes you happy Chase uh that's a good question not having to worry about anything having peace of mind you know I asked uh asked my friend the other day I said you know what is your peace of mind worth to you and he said well you know I don't think you can put a price on that and I said I agree so my question to you is you know what are the things that you're doing that you're worrying about that you can't really put a value on right what if you just got rid of all those things you worried about so for me you know anytime something went wrong with the car let's say I was eating a burrito and I dropped that burrito on my Gucci and then it ruined my whole day I don't want to have to do that I don't have to worry about all of that it's not relevant so what makes me happy is not having to worry all right so let's talk about where we left off so we left off on many chat okay so many chat is a tool that allows you to automatically respond to people's comments and again if you want to go check that out go check out the time stamp there now we are on replicate okay there is a lot of questions around this tool and I see a lot in the Discord server a lot of people are saying you know I'm having problems setting this up it's a little complicated and again again the way this thing works is you need to go into watch this video over here that Matt wolf did I didn't recreate the video because it's already a great video but remember as you're going and doing this stuff one of our members actually said a really a a great thing they said as Chase said somewhere in here they said as Chase said something's always going to go wrong and that's true okay so remember as you're going through this checklist and you're setting stuff up just know that there will always be something that'll go wrong always and so if something isn't working there are ways around that right you can use AI to help give you ideas you can tell chat GPT hey I'm experiencing this problem you can buy the $200 a month plan on chat GPT and ask it questions and realize that the output is no different than the $20 a month plan then you can have regrets like I did yesterday I don't I really don't understand why this is $200 a month why is this $200 a month it takes longer the answers seem pretty much the same I don't know why has anybody else tried this $200 a month plan it doesn't make sense to me lots of ones in the chat interal EDM good to see you Dragon keeper good to see I roll reviews so anyways uh if you have problems AI is one way to do it you know take a screenshot send it to chat gbt you can attach it as as an attachment in here but also utilize the group ask people in the group I saw people in the group earlier they're like I'll help you out if that doesn't work use uh uh a platform like Fiverr pay somebody five bucks to figure it out use a platform like upwork find somebody that's good with tech there's always a way around your problem trust me in fact I didn't even set up replicate I had somebody else do it that's why I'm not teaching it I'm Ser I'm serious though I I could teach I just really I I think that it the current tutorial is fine that Matt wol did um and it is a little bit complicated to set up for sure but really all you're doing is just trading a a model on your face and then you're uploading it and then it's you're using a trigger word to uh basically regenerate images with you in them okay so let me show you what replicate is let me just go in here replicate different um images that I guess I've generated here but if I go into the link I have here this is where you generate your images and so again I'll be honest with you I used AI to kind of give me the suggestions on a lot of the prompts for this so what I do is like when I use a tool like spotter again if you saw the previous videos I look for suggestions on um what videos I should make based on outlier scores okay what is an outlier score outlier score is basically the organic growth of that video okay so we use a tool called spotter we look through all these videos and we see that you know these videos up here are usually the best based on the outlier score and so we can use AI to help us create a prompt for an image that we can pass to replicate okay so uh again if you are confused about this and you're like I don't understand what any of that means you need to go watch that video first okay so before you you you go and do what I'm talking about here go and watch the replicate video first because a lot of what I'm saying will make more sense all right so let's say I want to remake a video that I saw was doing really well so let's say this guy right here AI guy YouTube automation with AI 25 hour course so 61,000 views and 61,000 Views so L score is actually not that great probably won't do that one let me look up I don't know make money press on apply here and Jonathan said what is the the $200 deal yes so if you guys aren't aware uh open AI is coming uh they're doing something called the the 12 Days of Christmas and and their first day of Christmas what they did is they um let everybody uh they basically gave everyone a bill for $200 but yeah every single day for 12 days I guess they're they're letting out a new update for chat for chat GP I'm hoping one of those updates is Sora but yeah if you haven't seen out seen the 12 Days of Christmas announcement yet go look at it because um day number one you can pay more money that's their gift to you for something that I don't even really know if it's that much better look it doesn't even know why it's charging this much all right so anyways we go back into here we typed in uh make money and we're going to take out these filters here because we don't want to have to constrain ourselves all right actually let's just do by the last month we'll constrain ourselves a little bit here so we'll do anything with make money in the last month let's see what has the biggest outlier scores here oh look one of our videos that's cool uh here we go free and easy step-by-step guide to earning money with Google okay so I could take this outlier score which by the way hold on before we do that I want you to look at something look at this this is very important when you're when you're going and trying to regenerate content you want to make sure that you're not getting tricked there's a lot of people out there that are going to try to trick you they're going to they're going to make you believe in a facade that isn't real okay here's the facade look at this in the first seven days this person got 9,000 views after the first seven days they only got another 800 views okay so what does that indicate to us it indicates that there's a very high chance that that person bought their views boozed up their video so that it got 10,000 views in the first seven days and then there's no organic growth after that in comparison if we look at one of our videos 20,000 views and then 4,000 views after it looks a little bit more organic looks a little bit more realistic 20,000 views in the first seven days and then 4,000 views after which is probably about right but if you see that it gets a lot of thousands of views and then it gets no thousands of views after you got to question that okay um if we go through these though let's see this person how to earn one 1 million what is this 1 million 1 1,13 sorry I was reading this wrong I didn't see that was a a period there uh so let's see 239 and then 261 so again that's a little to me they're getting hundreds of thousands of views and then maybe only 20,000 views after I'm skeptical about that okay so again you just want to be careful with who you're following because some people will manipulate this one looks pretty pretty natural look at this how I made 92,000 35,000 46,000 that looks pretty organic there okay 18,000 39,000 that one looks pretty organic there okay so just make sure you're always comparing that's why I like spotter here um because spotter is going to tell us if something's off it's going to tell us if you know we can analyze these trends because if you're just going to YouTube alone and you're just going and looking up um videos you don't there's not really a way to tell because all you see is just that views just the view count okay so view count alone it's it's it's a something that can can trick you this person check this out here's a here's a really interesting one look at this okay if this isn't uh backing up what I'm saying here I don't know what else is okay you see this how to make money on the internet 2025 you ready let me let let me know if you see anything interesting here see anything interesting 58,000 sorry 62,000 views in the first seven days and after the first seven days they actually lost views how is that possible the only way that's possible is if they bought views and then YouTube actually uh Dev validated those views invalidated Dev validated you get what I'm saying it actually removed views because they were fake views okay so that's what I'm saying you got to be careful don't just look at the outlier score okay all right so let's say we take a video here let's take this one this one's pretty good here how I made 92,000 using free PDFs okay so I'm going to take a screenshot take the screenshot and I'm going to pass it to chat GPT or Claude I'll be honest with you I think claude's a little bit better I just use chat GPT because uh the algorithm really prefers me talking about chat gbt why I don't know I think the algorithm needs to give me a break and let me talk about other things but every time I do it doesn't let me all right so we're going to take this take the screenshot go to chat gbt and then hopefully let me save this screenshot where is that here it is we're going to click on the attachment thing attachment file whatever okay we're going to say this is a thumbnail and title I would like to recreate can you help me okay now remember anytime you have a problem with chat GP uh with anything go to ai go to chat gbt go to CLA we'll we talk we'll talk about Claude and um perplexity and some of the other tools later um but any sort of AI like this they're all kind of similar use it as a way to help you and and don't rely here's the thing rely on it but don't rely on it too much and this is the same thing with anything you don't want to be the person that relies too much on other things rely on yourself be the person that says to yourself I will figure this out and while I need I might need help from people now and then I'm I'm going to do my best to figure it out on my own okay and and then when you want help find people that can tutor you right if you're at school think about this there's a lot of people that go to school and they get degrees but then they they don't do anything with those degrees it's because well I don't understand why they do that but uh what you would do though is if you're in school uh you would do it yourself you do the homework and if you have problems you'd hire a tutor okay so if you have problems go hire a tutor use AI as your tutor use the group use the free Discord group as your tutor and if if that fails then you know just don't give up there's other ways to do things okay all right so thumbnail elements make money Okay cool so here's all the things now now it gave me some things here how I made Okay cool so now if I want to replicate this uh thumbnail I can have uh replicate help me with this okay so I can say give me a prompt for an AI image generator that is trained on my face but make sure to use the trigger word and then the trigger word is whatever you set up again if you don't know what that means go watch the replicate tutorial but you get a something called a trigger word and then you tell Chach BT to give you a prompt with your trigger word okay here we go just type that in Claud is about $200 more in your pocket better you know the reason I bought the $200 is just so I could I could I already knew it wasn't going to be worth it but I wanted to do it so that I could just tell you guys I did it so that you you wouldn't have to do it right because now you don't have to wonder I took the $200 hit for everybody okay all right a vibrant and engaging YouTube thumbnail featuring Chaser smiling fa okay so there we go boom so that's our prompt right now we can go into replicate we can pass that in now if we go into here it gives us different aspect ratios if I wanted an Instagram post we can use um the one by one Dimensions if we want a uh YouTube thumbnail we can use these dimensions and remember like there's different types of content that we're going to be making throughout this playlist okay we're going to be making image posts we're going to be making email posts we're going to be making long form live streams everything okay and so I use replicate really for mainly YouTube thumbnails IM uh Instagram style posts like one by one posts and then shorts short form content okay that's the three things I may I use it for and so again if you go into the checklist here you'll see that we actually have a check for doing something every day one long form video one short one email one image and so really most of this stuff here the short the image and the um thumbnail it's all done through replicate okay so let's start with the thumbnail for YouTube because this is a thumbnail for YouTube prompt and then we'll talk about the Instagram prompt so what we're going to do is we're going to turn up our prompt strength and by the way I've I've I've kind of tested all these different things they're a little bit confusing to me but I'll explain them to you from how I receive them so it says prompt strength or I'm not going to pronounce that word when using image to image 1.0 corresponds to full destruction of information in the image so I think what this does is it if you have this turned up it doesn't use the images that it's trained on as much it basically relies on its own sort of ideas and I think if you turn this down to like let's say 50% it'll use half of what it's trained on okay so that's how I see it again if you guys are watching this and I'm not I'm completely wrong and you know about this let me know later number of outputs this is how many images get output at a time I will show you in the future how to program an app that does a thousands of these outputs at a time with python and AI coding number of interference steps yeah I don't know what any of this other stuff is uh but I just turn everything up pretty much and if it doesn't look good I I I run it again with different random random things but output quality I always keep at 100 and uh prompt strength I usually keep at one and then outputs I usually keep at four okay I do think that you probably will get better outputs with pngs but I could be wrong um but yeah you can choose the different image formats and then we just click on run okay and this should give us our thumbnail pretty soon now one of the things that we will probably do as well is we're going to end up probably using canva because canva is very helpful when it comes to um upscaling these images and doing some of other stuff that we want to do um but yeah remember like when you're doing this this is kind of a slow output um in comparison to what we're going to end up doing to streamline this because we're going to actually hook into uh the python part of this app and we're going to run queries through the API and if you don't know what that means don't worry we'll we'll talk about it later um Millennial money mom says I requested to join the spotter partner program a remove views what do you mean they're not views on YouTube anymore I can't be I see views what do you mean Jonathan I'm GNA have to get one of those walking treadmills so I can start just streaming 247 as I'm doing cardio I actually had one and I got tired of it didn't want to do cardio anymore now now I'm regretting it um by the way if this light falls on me I apologize uh part of it's broken I guess okay I don't think it'll fall right now but if it does by the way um I didn't I didn't think I would be doing this whole playlist but I just decided you know what it's about time I need to do it I've been putting it off all right so here we go we got some thumbnails now let's see what it looks like compared to the original that we got from spotter so the original was right here and the new one it's right here it looks pretty good to me make money downloading PDF so there's our thumbnail okay now you might have to regenerate this a few times what you'll notice is sometimes there will be things that'll get messed up you see these little dots here or this is 920k so just be careful because sometimes uh you know you're going to download a thumbnail and upload it and be like oh wait I didn't realize that this was a zero off and now I'm telling people that I'm making 900 Grand with PDFs U but yeah you would take one of these like so click on Save uh you always want to try to save your file names if you can as the name of the video I don't know if that really matters but people say that and I believe in Hocus Pocus sometimes I guess now we have the thumbnail okay so now what we want to do is we want to head over to our spreadsheet and we want to go to canva should actually probably put canva up here okay so we're going to go to canva next and remember when you're going through the checklist if you want to support what I do make sure you go through the links in the checklist and instead of going directly to the things because it just helps me continue doing what I do for free okay uh so we're in canva okay and now we want to create a design because like I said ideally you you don't just take that thumbnail you get from replicate and just throw it into YouTube what you want to do is you want to take that thumbnail and then you want to upscale it and do whatever else you want to do to it so we're go into canva here we're going to click on create design and we're going to go to YouTube thumbnail okay remember if we're doing an Instagram we click on Instagram or anything else here we can click on anything else can I get the links please Chase links to what the the checklist it's the first link in the description get a checklist.com all right okay so we're going to take our image that we just got and we're going to drag it in there it is and so ideally if if you had replicate do the text then you don't necessarily have to add text to this but I'll show you the different ways I make the thumbnails because sometimes I'll do certain things but I'll click on this click on edit we'll click on the image upscaler here right at the bottom little butterfly thing okay you can choose the different um amounts that you want to upscale it I don't recommend going above 2x because it starts to get a little weird so just keep it at 2x that guy's views went backwards I know it's hilarious right I'd be happy if I made 25 an hour I mean that's definitely doable for sure one of the things I always say by the way as we're waiting for this upscale is um you can learn all these different tools that I'm showing you all the things that I'm teaching you in this and then you can actually end up setting all of this stuff up for people because you see these little checks here done and not done go just go and run through all these checks for a business and then set them up not only as a service so you get paid for it but set them up on your link so that you get credited for all the sales all right so here we go this is what it this is a little dragger to show you what it looks like before and after if I zoom in here let's see yeah it definitely looks better and like I said if I did a 4X or an 8X you start to look like like a just pure cartoon okay it says it's done we have a little notification right there and now we can go ahead and download this now we have a thumbnail for our YouTube channel here it is well not for our YouTube channel for our YouTube video and we can go and recreate a similar video right so there you go that's how you make your thumbnails and again if if you uh do this a little bit differently one of the things you can do right because this is what I do sometimes I don't always like if you look at my thumbnails I I'm not always just I'm not always just using the image here right this is an image that I made I got but then the the the video the thumbnail for this video Chris Palmer good to see you brother give me a call dude I texted you thanks for the Super Chat so this is added in with canva this part where it says AI Army earns money so the reason I do that is because sometimes I don't want to rely on the text over here and I want to add my own elements so what I do is I click on background remover okay so now it's just me like on the side so this is really cool right because you can see if I do if I hit control Z it brings it back if I hit control y takes it away I do recommend checking out or learning all of the different shortcuts by the way on on your keyboard because you're going to save a lot of time should probably actually just do a quick tutorial on that so if you do a control X it'll cop it'll cut it if I do a control V it'll paste it back if I do an ALT tab I can tab between my windows if I do that's kind of the main ones if I do contrl c and then contrl V it'll just make duplicate copies but yeah definitely learn the shortcuts on Windows keys because uh or or even on Mac a lot of the if you have a Mac a lot of the stuff is the same if I do instead of a control because there is no control on Windows there's only command on windows so do a command C or command X if you're on Mac Chris did another $10 donation thank you Chris going to see Santa tonight send pics Chris join our that to brighten up the image and keep the background darker yes so here we go so we just cut out the background right if we want to make our own like if we want to just take an image of us and then just put it into canva we can remove the background right or if we want to have multiple of us because we have an AI Army we can do that but we'll just do one of us here and now we can start adding text okay so for example I'll recreate the the thumbnail that I made today the AI Army earns money so what I can do is I can click on one of these if I go to if I click on text here there's all these different pre-made layouts okay so I usually use this one but you can use whatever you want and I can drag it on there it is and then I can click on the box here and I can resize it okay and sorry if this is uh basic for some people I know some people are like I've already used canva for years this is weird this is basic to me Chase listen I'm just covering everything in this checklist you can always skip ahead you can always go to the different timestamps that's what the checklist is for okay but I'm I'm doing this for people that have never used canva before made thumbnails before okay so here it says free delivery we're going to change that we're going to say AI Army okay makes money there we go now I can resize it like that and then what I usually do is I'll add like a black background so I'll go to effects and then we can add different effects here we can change the outline there if we want to make a different outline and change the shadowing but if we want to click on background and click click on background right here there we go and then I can click on color here and I can change the color AI Armory makes money if I want to change the color of the text I can highlight the text click on the text color and then I can click on whatever the color is this one let's just do green and then if we want to put yellow we just highlight the other part click on yellow there you go so there we go AI Army makes money and then if I don't like the rounded borders I can click on um the effects again and I can take out the roundness make it more Square so again this is up to you on how you want to customize it most most of my thumbnails are pretty basic I don't do anything too crazy and again you can use replicate to generate most of it um but then what I'll usually do is I'll like do a screenshot below this and by the way people always think um well I can't talk about making money I've never made money online before well you don't have to talk about the money you've made there's plenty of channels that talk about other people who've made money okay have you ever seen those uh YouTube channels where like this guy made millions of dollars with this thing you can do that you can say hey there's people out there making millions of dollars with this this is how they're doing it okay so you can still do money titles you just don't necessarily have to say that you're doing it right you could also just say hey I started getting leads I started getting traffic like my thing is like just do whatever you've done just say whatever you've done just be honest I think people are always worried about like oh I have to have the results to do this thing and you don't you just have to show people where you're at say listen people are making a lot of money with AI here's what I've accomplished so far I've set up this funnel here's what I've done I started getting leads I started getting traffic whatever I started getting views on a video or maybe you haven't gotten anything yet maybe you just got your YouTube channel up you could say listen I just built my first YouTube channel people aren't necessarily going to uh judge you like you think they are they just want to watch what you're doing because most people buy from people that they like and relate to okay and so you don't have to have qualifications to be likable and relatable you can just be you and so similar to um what I'm saying here Alex Alex Kenny he just started he started making sales started making money the guy's 20 years old and he just started showing what he was doing he's got his first thousand subscribers and yeah some of his videos only get 15 views some of them get more okay but Alex is showing hey I made $200 in my first month and and that's pretty cool for a lot of people because a lot of people just want to make their first sale you know I I sold one course a long time ago back when I sold a bunch of courses and it was literally how to make your first dollar online and I think that actually did better than a lot of um my courses I think that was actually one of my most successful ones so you don't have to necessarily be this person that's like oh I'm making all this money you could just say hey look I made my first sale online where I got my first lead online where I got my first 100 views on a YouTube channel and today I'm going to show you how I did it I'm going to show you how I used AI to help me with it okay so don't don't worry too much don't worry about uh don't worry about those little things that people often think are big things okay so we talked about building up this um thumbnail here now here's the other thing that's cool once you have this you can always go back to it you can keep reusing it so usually when I make thumbnails if I go back to my home here I already have a lot of thumbnails that I've made in the past if I click over here from my home screen so this was a thumbnail I did before so I could always remake this I could just say you know new AI websites and I could change certain things out of here because it's already made so it's just it's just in canva if I scroll down this is already here so I can go and move this with a different picture okay so like even today's thumbnail I just edited a template I had over here already before and then I just clicked on download instead of downloading all of them I just downloaded the one specific one I wanted so instead of doing all pages here I clicked on just this one okay and that was our thumbnail for today now another thing that I did and this is kind of a cool feature in um canva here is when you're creating these right let's say I duplicate this I do a contrl c and a control V oh actually I have to duplicate it up here let's just click on duplicate P page let's say I wanted to make another thumbnail like this one um what I can do is again I can just take this background image and replace it with another image like so and then I can do position click on to the back and then it just puts everything in the back okay and again if I wanted to do background remover which I think this is part of the $10 a month Pro Plan there it is you can see how my arms cut off here I can actually flip this by clicking on flip it'll flip it so now I'm over there okay now um another thing I want to show you is some of the AI features inside a canva because these are really cool okay so this was the thumbnail I did yesterday uh but let me just take so here's the thing if I go into some of my images here because I I bulk generate a lot of these I'm going to show you how to bulk generate these with python in the near future but if I go into my folder of Instagram images because I'm going to show you how to make these in a second I have a bunch of images that are ready for Instagram okay so here is me with a dog okay just take me with a dog drag it in now let's say I wanted to make a thumbnail out of this so first of all I could just do the background remover that's one way drag myself over but let's say I want that background what I can do is I can edit click on edit here I can uh scroll over to Magic expand and these are some of the AI Fe features if you go to magic Studio there's all these magic things it's really just like AI capabilities if I click on Magic expand and I click on whole page it'll expand this Instagram photo into a full like YouTube Dimension style layout I says hey why does the shifi website show a 404 not sure I'm going to have to check that out um I will check that out after this stream not sure if something went down okay so I'm going to click on done and now look at that we have our full image and it also gave us multiple choices there I don't know if you saw that but um it let us choose between different variations I might have to do that again so again if you have smaller images that you really like like but they don't fit the layout for YouTube then you can use the magic expand feature so that's really really nice and that's actually how I made today's thumbnail is that it was a it was originally an Instagram thumbnail look at this see this if I actually take this out look you can see the expand it did was a little weird on the side that's why I covered that up but yeah that was it was really just an image this big and then it expanded the rest um next I wanted to show you if we go into here and click on edit um and we click on the magic grab we can actually click on certain elements in the photo so I can click on this dog for example and click on grab it'll let me uh move the dog out of the photo it's basically like Photoshop AI Photoshop sometimes it'll distort the image a little bit but look boom dog's gone no more dog right and let's say we want to remove the cup okay Magic Eraser click on click and the reason why I'm going so in depth by the way on this canvas stuff is because I don't think people realize that the difference between you getting like thousands and millions and and lots and lots of views is literally your title and your thumbnail and and you'll notice this too as we uh go into like creating our Instagram post and our our short post like our smaller post uh it's really important that you have a a an image that people want to you know respond to okay so we have the magic grab here Magic Eraser I can click on oh it didn't identify the cup here it identified me but it didn't identify the cup it did identify the couch though I click on the couch let's see if we can erase the couch oh and it looks like this is just the Eraser so the Eraser actually is a little bit different than the Grabber but we can also if it doesn't identify certain elements um I can actually click on brush here and I believe it'll let me brush over certain elements like this cup and I should be able to grab that Don J says so glad to be here glad to see you here Don okay we got the cup it's gone so now there's no dog no cup maybe we put the cup back here okay so you see you see what I'm saying here you can you can go and customize as much as you want you click on edit you can also change the brightness this this is a little dark click on adjust okay so do whatever you want but at the end of the day you don't really have to do anything that complicated I gave you different ways to do this between replica camp and everything else okay make sense give me a one give me a yes in the chat all right next what we're going to do is we're going to start looking at our Instagram um posts okay because eventually what we're going to end up doing is we're going to be taking these uh smaller thumbnails that we're going to be generating not smaller one by one dimension pictures and then what we're going to be doing is we're going to actually be generating videos with those so we're going to be um uh dragging them basically into a tool called gen 3 three and we actually can use AI to automate that too um but anyways let's click on profile and then I'll look I'll show you some of these here so here we go this one says AI made me Rich respond with AI and I'll show you how to get started so 26 comments 31 likes not a lot on this one this one got 25 41 this one got 4187 this one got 67 213 this one got 238 this one's a pretty good one says I'm not real but I make $1,000 a day with AI so I'll show you how to use um chat gbt came up with the prompts for all these by the way just like chat gbt came up with the prompts for uh the thumbnails so I'll show you how to do this as well okay but basically what we do is we're going to take all these and we're going to eventually turn these into videos because all of our shorts as you see like these those were all initially images that we turned into videos so here we go here's the image what we can do is we can screenshot it screenshot is going to be your best friend and by the way the the shortcut for screenshot if you're on a Windows is Windows shift s and if you're on a Mac it's command command Shift 4 if you're on a Mac please confirm that I think it's command Shift 4 okay so anyways uh we're going to screenshot this window shift s we got our screenshot going to head back using the python script right now I'm doing one at a time because I just want to show you the basics but eventually all of this I'm going to be showing you in the near future how to not just go generate like one of these images I'm going to show you how to generate thousands of these images and schedule all of your content for like a year in advance so you really never have to do it ever again okay we're going to click on run and we're going to let the slow version of what we're doing here run but ideally this is going to give oh we made a mistake hold on you see how it says 16 by9 we want it to be one by one because this is an Instagram post and uh we're going to have to let that finish there but um what we're going to do is we're not going to just post this on Instagram we're going to post these images everywhere we're going to post it on uh YouTube Community we're going to post it on uh Facebook we're going to post on all all all types of different pages we're going to post on threads everywhere we're going to post on 40 different social media platforms at a time so I'll give you an example of some of these let's actually go over to YouTube first you already saw on Instagram that the the images generated some leads but if we go to YouTube here look at this go to community this one got 123 comments this one got 511 and guess where that goes to the funnel this is AI this is my AI Army here you guys and and again we're trying to show you how to build your AI Army so you don't have to do this stuff yourself here's the one that we I showed you a second ago that we're regenerating 421 comments there's another one 338 comments so again if we look at all of the different sources right if I showed you all the Facebook pages and and and remember this isn't just um platforms that have followers like even with new pages we're getting leads and comments look at what Alex is doing he's brand new and he's getting leads so this is literally something where you can go and schedule this out on 40 different platforms new or aged doesn't matter and you will more than likely get a lot of leads from it because if you combine all the different sources of traffic here look there's this is the one that's scheduled for today we're getting thousands and thousands of leads and comments a day from this and that's why we get so much traffic into our funnels that's why we're at $30,000 right now on spotter without the renewals yet in one week and you might as you might be thinking well Chase I saw you were only making like 17,000 on spotter this this last week now here's the thing about spotter which is absolutely insane I don't know how they're doing this but every hundred trials you bring in they give you $5,000 bonus and so not only do you get $10,000 for 100 trials but you also get another $5,000 plus you get the reoccurring so we're at about $177,000 right now might even be more if I filter by all and once we hit 20 that's 30k total in one week basically and that's without the reoccurring kicking in so spotter in my opinion is one of the best if not the best affiliate programs to promote on Earth right now so if you can get into this I would recommend it it's basically free money they're giving everyone I don't know why they just are okay here we go so this was the the YouTube thumbnail that it gave us we didn't want the YouTube thumbnail but look it's pretty good I'm not real but I make a$1 th000 a day with AI respond with AI and I'll show you how looks pretty good we can throw it into canva upscale it if we wanted but that's pretty decent okay let's go back by the way I'm going to have to train this on my new bald look because I no longer have hair so I tried to live a life of Simplicity and this is what I get for that made my life more complex um we're going to click on run on the one by one dimensions and hopefully it gives us the uh the same or similar output but yeah once we have that we can throw it into our Schuler and again if you don't know how to use uh radar yet the way you can go and learn that is just go into the checklist click on this timestamp and it shows you how to set up radar but yeah look at this boom boom that's going out everywhere look at all these platforms it's going out on pretty cool internal EDM said what did you charge for a course or one-onone coaching before you gave it out for free well again I didn't really sell a whole lot of one-on-one coaching just because it takes a lot of my time I know people have been asking for it um but as far as the courses they ranged anywhere between 297 to 600 and most of my courses towards the end reset every six weeks because they they were live boot camps so I was basically doing what I'm doing right now except I was doing it as a live six-week boot camp and I was gatekeeping all the information now I'm basically doing these boot camps Live For You on YouTube for free because longterm for me it's worth it short term I lost a lot of money but that's okay see where replicates at here uh any questions while we're waiting on replicate anybody want to ask anything about what we're doing and I'll just show you a sneak peek into the future here what we're going to be doing with replicate in the near future is we're going to be coding our own version of replicate to Output infinite infinite images assuming it launches there we go so this is the infinite replicate generator and we'll be covering this in the near future but it lets you if I want to go generate 100 of these at once I can do that it's a lot faster than waiting through through this interface okay so it gave us one with a blank sign that's kind of cool we could put anything we wanted there this one says I'm not real and then it gives me something that it says R sword T so that one's not good another blank one and then yes so none of these were that good and again this is why I like the infinite generator because we're if we don't have an infinite generator we're going to have to run this multiple times before we get something good sometimes is this the only thing you do or more stuff for income yeah so I have income I have reoccurring income from a lot of different sources that I built over time before I started doing all this affiliate stuff I had uh multiple software companies I still have one I have a a tool it's an SEO tool so I have people that still use that and I have reoccurring built there I have uh reoccurring built from a lot of Affiliates I have ad Revenue make about 10K a month on YouTube YouTube Just Add revenue and then I have some other Investments too but again I'm not too worried about money at this point like I made a lot of money over the years and now it's about like more doing things that are fulfilling I technically couldn't could get away with doing nothing at this point but that's not fun okay so we're waiting on this again um while we wait uh I want to explain to you what we're going to end up doing so we're going to end up posting like I showed you a second ago we're going to end up posting all of this through radar and then ideally this is going to get posted posted everywhere and then um when the leads come in many chats going to respond to all those leads send them links to whatever we're talking about right now the main thing we've been talking about is uh this link here which is the funnel that I give everybody in in the first video um but that funnel points to Spotter and then spotter when they go when people go sign up for the 25k giveaway and the tool the free 60-day trial we get a commission on that okay and so the cool thing is you know once we get a lot of leads for this and let's say we don't want to promote this tool anymore we can always redirect where this goes afterwards so you're building the audience but then you're choosing where you're sending it and you just send it to the things that you like to talk about the most all right I'm not real but I make $1,000 a day with AI respond with AI and I'll show you how close enough okay so that looks decent so what I can do copy this save it and then again if you want to upscale this which I I probably would if I was you you go into canva and instead of us going this time into uh YouTube right here we go to Instagram we drag this in there we go and then we're going to do edit image upscale upscale 2x oops you see how it says y OJ how instead of U sometimes I like to keep those little things that are mess ups just because I think sometimes it keeps gets more engagement because people are like wait why doesn't it why does it say yaj right most people won't catch that but when people do it's more comments so that'll finish upscaling and then we'll have this done and we can go publish it in radar this what it looks like before and after replace and go ahead and download it and throw it into radar so now you know how to make YouTube thumbnails as well as as Instagram and other platform posts and really if you just did this every day this would make a massive difference in the amount of leads you get just doing um image posts uh provided obviously you have some sort of funnel okay so I'll schedule this I already have a lot of posts going out so maybe we'll just schedule this for the 14th give it a title spond with AI and I'll show you how I like to add call to actions in the titles of the short type of content just because people don't really usually read the full thing and they only read the first line okay and there we go that's done it should be scheduled see if it's on the 14th there it is and the cool thing about radar by the way is you can always drag this so if I already have two images scheduled that day I can always drag this to the 16th there we go or if I want to do more image post today I can always drag this today okay uh so there you go so now we've talked about replicate we've talked about canva um do we want to talk about gen 3 this might be getting to be too long of a video we might want to save this for the next one do you need to make a new YouTube channel Instagram and Facebook account that match the domain you chose to buy um I don't think the name matter too much I think people get caught up on branding and names most people when they're watching content they don't really care like you could have the name Z as long as people REM you know remember the thing that you're talking about you can send them to it I don't get too caught up on the names um so there you go uh that is going to probably be it for today we covered replicate we covered canva in
