make sure you go join that 5day AI challenge but anyways if I click on create sub account here the way I actually um set up this snapshot for this business is I just clicked on create uh sub account and then I went to the sub account or the the template that said uh Landscaping because there's all these templates in here right and so the cool thing is you can help people in so many different Industries with pre-made templates right so here you can see Landscaping I clicked on select and continue and then I just found their Google Business location so if I typed in PR Garden Supply and by the way you don't even have to have access to their website to do this you can do a full mockup of their website like this without even having access so anyways here we go we have Pro Garden Supply click on that there they are and then I can just select that and then I can enter in all their info now I've already done this so the sub account is now in my um dashboard so if I go to here on the side you can see I already have it right here and now um you can see that it payment method is missing please add your client's card so this is how we're going to do the billing so we can actually Bill them through this and we can give them their own login but um I'm not here yet because I haven't asked them for their billing yet I'm actually going to get on a phone call with them later today I actually just got off a phone call with them and asked them if they were happy with this um mockup that we made I'll show you how I did that in a second but um the cool thing is you can actually get a link where they can go enter in their own payment details you can see right here this is the link that it gives us and then they enter in their payment details and then we can build them every single month okay um now what you offer them is up to you there's tons of stuff you can actually customize uh for what you Bill but the cool thing is they get their own login into their account through your um through your CRM basically cuz you're you're basically a reseller of this and you can build them every single month and you can choose what you build them for okay but anyways let me click on this here all right now um the first thing I did is I went to sites and I went to websites right here and here you can see it says Landscaping okay so this was the template that got imported when we shows that template from the um setup screen so if I click on this here are the three pages that it gave us home contact and thank you now ideally we're going to end up adding more pages to the site because if we look at the original site here there isn't really a lot of pages but there's more than three and by the way if you want a quick way to see what's on Google you just type in site colon and then the name of the website and press enter and and now you'll actually have all the pages that are actually showing up on Google so on Google you can see we have about three pages 10 uh about 10 listings each so actually this one only has four so about 24 pages showing up on Google so we do have to um end up uh taking these pages and moving them over to the new site it's not going to be that hard to do um I'll show you how you can uh do this pretty quickly um you can also obviously if you wanted to Outsource this work if you wanted to hire somebody in the Philippines to do this for you um with something like online jobs but we're going to do it ourselves just because uh we want to learn it ourselves first and then from there we can you know um hire somebody else to do it uh if we end up you know wanting to Outsource it later okay um so anyways first thing we have to do is the homepage right so here's the homepage this is on WordPress again we're moving this over to high level so if I go back to my um CRM here and click on edit uh here you can see before there was a placeholder text so I just replaced the text here now remember when we transfer this over we want to make sure that we're um that we're doing the things that we want to do in order to rank high on Google so we want to have our keyword in the heading tag so Santa Barbara Nursery that's the main keyword and then we're going to get into uh the SEO metadata as well in a second when we click on up here but for the moment um let's just work on just transferring all the things over so here's the heading tag here's the description and here's the call button now I always tell people to make sure that when they um start optimizing a website that they put a call button on the homepage and the reason why is because when you do this um you need to make sure that you're not just thinking about getting higher rankings but you also want to think about how to get more people to call because usually the the best thing that somebody can do um in terms of turning into a lead is either send a message through the contact page or or call the phone number right but one of the big issues and this is why this is really cool that we're setting this up for them is that they don't have a way to track their leads right so they have no idea how many leads they're actually getting um every single month so what we want to do is we're going to end up actually putting a call tracking number on the website and then we're also going to be tracking how many people send messages through the website because once we do that we can actually show them how many leads we're helping them get and then we can come up with marketing strategies to get them more leads so um but before we go and set up all the call tracking let's just transfer some over some of the settings over so uh here we have their text here now you always want to make sure you transfer all all the text on the page because this is usually how Google's actually ranking the website so don't um don't leave any of this out when you're when you're transferring things over okay so here we go we're just going to put some spacing there and by the way I actually years ago helped make all this content um I helped write this content because I I knew that this content would rank well and it did but unfortunately some of the some of the SEO settings got changed um so this is the heading the other heading tag we're going to put right there and again when we're transferring all this over we're we're really just taking whatever was existing on their on the old website and we're just moving it over okay so products now as far as transferring all the images and everything um there's a certain way you want to do it I'll show you how to do it in a second so we're just going to move all this over and by the way we can have ai write a lot of this as well like if we kind of run out of ideas and I think there's actually AI built into this yeah generate with AI um so I think I can take that existing thing here and generate a title generate a title so like I said we can have ai you know fill a lot of this out so your onetop garden solution copy and we will end up using um certain tools to help uh with our rankings here but did you see how that just swapped all that out like immediately that was pretty cool right so oops so we're going to leave a lot of placeholder here just because we want to um we probably want to ask the client you know what do you want here um another thing that we have let me show you this so you see this image one of the most important things for um for Google and for search engines when you whenever you transfer an image over to a new website you want to make sure that you're keeping um the data on on the image now this image it just says PG sign we want to actually name this after the keywords so Santa Barbara Nursery Sign Pro Garden Supply because Google will pick that up when we bring the image over if that makes sense we grab that click on the image um right here upload image and if you can't see that that let me uh make this smaller so you can see it so we're going to click on image upload and what's crazy is you can even use AI now inside of this tool to actually generate the images we're going to click on copy the link and then we're just going to paste that link right there okay all right so there wasn't much else on this page besides all those images so um let's just go ahead and transfer those really quick and again you can see here like we can use AI to regenerate some of this um what I might actually end up doing as well is giving the login to the business owner if they want to go and change any of this out and I know people are going to say like well why would you have them do it if you're selling the service because there's so many things that I have to work on that you know some of it might be like too much if I'm trying to go in and do everything I might just say hey for some of this can you just go and use AI to like change whatever you want in here um because like I said for the amount that I'm charging which might seem like a lot it's actually it's actually not that much money for the amount of stuff that we actually have to get done on this site um as far as not just the website but the CRM and everything else we're doing okay so bulk mulch Santa Barbara see how I'm naming all these different images and again remember when I'm doing this from a from an SEO standpoint we want to make sure that we're naming the images so fruit trees but also the location right because we're trying to go for a we're trying to rank for a location here so fruit trees Santa Barbara just take these Santa Barbara I can't put it I can't put a dash there gardening tools 2K seems like a steal for them yeah yeah yeah well and again that's kind of just what we're charging for the setup and then what we're going to end up doing is we're actually going to charge for ongoing right because once we have them in our oops I didn't put Sant rber there once we have them in our CRM we can build them monthly whatever we want right um now we're going to be fair cuz this is a good friend of mine but you know with certain businesses if you wanted to charge a lot of money and you can also choose how much you charge per month in terms of um in terms of uh like how many how much it costs for them to send an email how much it costs for them to send a text you can mark up all kinds of things save IM image but again like the hardest part about doing this is just getting everything transferred over and there might even be um now that I'm thinking about it there might even be a plugin to transfer the uh WordPress site into this but I I honestly am not really a big fan of like the way this kind of looks um but maybe just as a temporary solution I also know um I also know that like if if a client doesn't want to redesign their website you can also offer them a lot of the stuff that we're going to be offering without having to without having to change the site because remember like the biggest issue with this website is not even necessarily just the uh just the site itself or the Google rankings it's actually also the fact that they don't have a way to track everything and you know do follow-up automations reviews everything they need to do right all right so we got all the images they're all named except for that one whatever that is um now we should be able to go back in here and we should be able to just swap these out so we can go here upload and I think we can bulk upload all of these let's see if I can do that we'll just uh shift click and click on open and it looks like they're uploading all of those at once uh nixus says yes I noticed already set up the mark up an AI challenge that's nice need the higher plan though yeah I think that is a premium a part of the Premium plan all right so um now and by the way I'm doing this on one monitor for you guys but ideally you know you would have two monitor so you could go see what's on the left side just do it a lot quicker but first one was mulch so copy the link and go right there okay there we go and then um they don't actually have any descriptions for these so uh it might actually be good to have ai do this so we'll click on AI generate and then bulk mulch for sale actually hold on we can actually I think they actually have individual p here um and I can say turn this into turn this into a brief F sentence description so you can see how with AI this makes your job a lot easier when you're going and building these websites um open doors says hi Chase Jenny here from open doors thank you again for everything you do you work hard for us oh thanks thanks Jenny um okay so this is what it gave us content variation one two um so this is a little long we might have needed to maybe change the prompt a little bit um and I wonder if this is actually trained on having oh simplify writing there we go so oh but that's that's if you already have it so maybe we should do I guess we could have taken one of those and then clicked on make it shorter oh you can even do custom link that's kind of cool 120 um I need a brief description for this hey Chase your editing is not that good I think that's the reason you're not getting that many views I mean you got to understand also like the space that I'm in there isn't really a lot of people like the fact that I have like almost 300,000 subscribers in this space is actually pretty uncommon just because um it's really hard to get viewers with what we're doing here okay immerse yourself in a diverse range of soil amendments okay so we're going to copy maybe we'll copy that okay so we're going to do that oh so I guess you can choose what you want click on continue and then boom there you go okay and then we'll go to the next one um so again ideally you'd have somebody else go and do all this for you cuz it is kind of a pain but um again just for the sake of the you know what we're doing here um I just wanted to kind of show you guys how this worked samier spamming the chat isn't G to isn't going to make me want to hire you you just tagged me like six times um so we're going to click on settings here image and then this is the fruit trees page might have to just turn on some music and replace all these and then like do a sped up version on the recording fruit trees AI generate brief [Music] description I remember you lost IG account a couple weeks ago did you start all over again um no I still have a I still have a few accounts Jonathan says I'm here to absorb more ghl info nice yes so just a question to you guys how many of you have gone through the 5day AI challenge let me know okay there we go so we're going to take that looks pretty good and and by the way a lot of these other things we can end up keeping at some point because um I actually talked to the business owner about you know diversifying the pages because um essentially like we should uh we shouldn't just do you know guarding supplies but they could have a massive affiliate network if they started referring workout to people all right we're going to upload now the one thing that is nice about this is that we don't have to go and redo these image Dimensions cuz um you can see that if they weren't 300×300 we'd have to keep uh keep resizing all these images but they are which is nice so we're to do settings there and and this is more of the boring work guys like you'll you'll realize that you know a lot of the stuff that we do um on a day-to-day basis it's pretty boring you know we're not we're not doing anything that like you know a lot of what we do is very simple it's not like um it's not like really advanced stuff it's literally just going and you know making sure that there's pages on the website that they have a CRM set up that they have you know just really simple stuff um that a lot of businesses don't have right like a lot of them don't have any content on their Pages a lot of them don't have um they don't have like a way to you know automate their followup so I'm going to probably just keep this here for now and then I'll probably behind the scenes like go and redo the rest of this later I just wanted to kind of show you what this looks like here um so we'll save that and then again what I what you can do here is now that you have a mockup for the website right because by the way one of the strategies is that you can go and reach out to business owners and you can say hey I already have a redesigned mockup of your website and so you see how we already have this here if I just click on this link we don't even have to have a domain we just click on this link we can go send this to the business owner right now and say hey like how do you like this new website of yours like does this look better than your current website do you want us to give like you could literally offer this to them for free right like just the website for free and then upsell your other services so so just being able to go out and do something like this right where you can find a website right so like let's say we went on Google and we found a website that was looking really bad like let's go I don't know any one of these okay here's this one and look it they're not even targeting keywords here right so we look at this we go okay you know looks okay but like maybe you think that you could make a better version right they don't have a chat bot they don't have right you could call their business and and realize like oh oh somebody didn't even answer the phone right so you could find some problems with it and then and then say listen here's your new website and then you could even show them the AI chatbot on here so by the way let me show you how easy it is um to set up this AI chat bot and and and I did call the business owner I said hey are you know what do you think about this new website and he's like oh I like it looks really good so that's an easy sell right um and you know he already wanted it just because he already needed a new website didn't like his older one right um so there might be some design stuff that we need to do a little bit better here but overall you know okay so let's go back um Sean says can you check to make sure I'm under you and um Sean I just need your email and then I can check open doors says not yet but I'm looking into it I couldn't pay for ghl when my T time came up but I think they had given me another 30-day trial eventually get ghl but it's in yeah I mean so like if you can't afford ghl right like just get the $97 a month just to start right that's enough for like one client and then you know if you start getting more clients just upgrade it and then you can have you know eventually if you get the 497 you can have unlimited clients which is pretty cool and you know if they're you only need like two of them paying you a month to pay for it all right so we got the mockup for the home page page we're going to we're going to transfer the rest of the pages in a second here um but let me go to settings and then what we want to do is we want to set up their chat bot right so um if I click on create conversation AI bot I can choose what I want it to do now they don't really book appointments so we kind of want to train our bot on more getting people to call the business but um we can train it on all of our pages right so you know for our fruit trees page for our um you know Landscaping page for whatever we have we can train this bot on all of our different pages on our website and it's super super easy to set up right so if I click on continue here um here you can see it says bot name I can just type in PR Garden Supply bot and then I can have it commun unate over SMS I can have it communicate over Facebook and and we're not going to set up the bot yet for social media but if we start selling social media services to our client because there's actually um scheduling tools inside of the CRM uh we can we can actually sell them on I'm trying to zoom in here we can actually sell them on uh on AI chat Bots for their social media as well Jonathan says many people even if they have a well-designed website often lacked an effective way to capture interactions with their clients yes exactly Jonathan so that's part of the reason why we're we're recommending this to them because we're not just recommending like a website an SEO right we're not just saying hey you need to rank higher on Google and you need a better you know looking website but you also need a way to think about it do you think that people answer their phone 247 right like you think at 6:00 when everybody's like you know going home and getting dinner and you think there's somebody going to answer the phone no and so that's why we can set up an AI bot for them and automated systems so that when somebody isn't there or they're busy the the customers still get responded to in the AI challenge they go into how to get clients yes and I actually just did a video on this by the way as well um if you check out my recent video on YouTube which was um the easiest way to make $ th000 Dollar with Google Maps and chat GPT this actually shows you how to pitch an AI chat bot to the businesses and you can do this in a couple minutes right like you just go and find a few pages that you want to train the chatbot on you enter them into this system and then the chatbot will start responding to people's inquiries and you can show them an example of this because let me show you this we can um we can actually send them this example with their AI chat bot and we don't even have to have access to their website so I'll show you how cool this is but um we're going to just type in the business name again PR Garden Supply uh we can choose how long we want to wait before the bot responds to the um questions so we're going to do um probably like I don't know 15 seconds because I feel like two minutes is a long time we can choose how long um the conversation is with the bots so maximum messages a bot can send so like if we don't want the conversation going on too long you know we can make it like five messages or you know four or whatever um and then send bot to sleep when I send a message so you can select this if somebody takes over the conversation because um inside of our CRM here we can actually set it up so that the clients can log in with their own login um and it can have our logo on it and everything so it looks like it's our software company and we can allow them to message the people back when somebody gets right when somebody gets to the conversation before the bot and then we can you see here it says upgrade to unlimited AI employee plan so right now every response is 0.02 cents now we can actually Mark that up so if we wanted to charge more per response let's say we wanted to charge you know 0.04 cents per message well we're going to get paid um every single time somebody goes and sends a message to that website and so again that's what's really cool about this is we can mark up whatever we want you know and we can um choose what we want to build these clients for you know whether it's for services whether it's for you know ongoing support um and so you can see how many uh different things that you can actually do in here and uh this is kind of just the tip of the iceberg but um looks like I just lost my tab there sorry about that I was just trying to explain to you about how all these settings works and and by the way you know let me know if this stuff is uh interesting to you right I'll talk more about um all the things that we're doing my thing is like I only have so much time in a day to go and show you these things and so your re your feedback and your engagement is really valuable to me and if you can you know do me a favor and let me know what you think about all this okay so we'll click on Save and now um we can go to bot training and this is where we're going to train our bot okay so you can choose what you want to train the bot on right you can choose you know if you want it just to train on the homepage if you want to train on the different service pages and literally all you have to do here look how easy this is you're just going to go to the the homepage of the website right we're going to copy the homepage and then we're going to head back to our bot training and we're going to just paste this in right here and check this out when I click on get data what's going to happen is this is going to fetch all the data on that page and it's going to train the robot look it just got done it's going to train this AI robot on the data from that page so now I can actually you see where it says test your Bot Let me refresh it just to make sure that it's it's got the current data and then I can start talking with this bot right I can say hey do you sell plants and then it's going to take the data off this website whatever we just trained it on and here you can see it says yep we sell a wide range of plants from trees and shrubs to ground so look at that already this AI robot is trained on the business and we can connect this right now to the website and they will now have an AI robot that will go and start interacting with their customers because remember like when you're a business and and you competing with all these other businesses on Google right let's say we go to PR Garden Supply here or sorry Santa Barbara nursery and and people have a lot of different options right they can choose this one they can choose this one they can choose this one right now it's not just the Google rankings that matter when people are choosing a business off of Google Maps one of the other big things that people are going to think of is okay yeah this is ranked on Google that's cool it's like one of the first businesses but if this business doesn't answer or you know they're busy guess what the customer is doing they're going to the next business right and if this one doesn't answer they're going to the next business so that's why these AI systems are so important because now they instantly have a response to anybody that gets to the site does that make sense to everybody free AI money says would it not be better to choose the URL path um and they give great oh sorry so it takes the info from all the pages um yes you could do all urls with this path and then you do every single page um or you can enter it manually um also you can add Q&A so let's say the robot that you have your AI chatbot is doing um you know maybe it's doing a bad job at at knowing what to say right so let's say you know I ask can I book you know you know how do I contact you and let's say the AI chatbot says you know oh you need to book a call with us and let's say that's not true well what we can do is we can actually train the robot right I can copy this this question here how do I contact you and then we can tell the robot if somebody asks how to contact us give them our phone number and then we just put our phone number there so that way our bot is trained on what to do right because even though it might have all of our information off of our website it might not have our um our details in terms of what we want people to do when they reach out to us okay so just remember anytime you're dealing with AI it's not going to get everything right the first time and so that's why it's so important that when you set this stuff up that you tell the business owner listen we're going to build your AI bot so that it'll interact with all your customers or your you know prospects but just remember that it takes a little bit of time for us to train this bot right you're going to see that maybe it'll say a few few things wrong but that's why what we do is anytime it says something wrong we just go back into the Q&A and we make sure to train it on what it's supposed to do does that make sense everybody um open door says how much do you suggest we charge for just the bot so in the AI challenge which I recommend you go join you can go join at shi.com what they recommend because this isn't even my tool here right like I just go and tell people how to use this and I'm actually sponsored by this company but um what they tell you to do is go and reach out and offer the chatbot for $97 a month and um remember you can bundle other stuff right so you might be thinking well a chat bot Al loone is not worth $97 a month but think about this you can bundle other things in here right you can B bundle a website service you can bundle an SEO service to help them rank on Google um you can bundle a social media Service uh and there's tons of other things inside of this tool that you can actually uh set up for the business owner so if you think that something's too low or too high that's the cool thing about what we're doing here is you can choose what you give people for what price and if there's any budging right let's say um if the if the prospect or the customer or your client is saying well you know that's too much right well then you can always adjust the pricing right so that's the cool thing about this is you have full control over how much you sell this for right if you wanted to just give them the chat bot for free and mark up the messaging right you could do that so there's tons and tons of different ways that you can customize this uh free AI money says sure uh ha for sure for some reason no matter what rules I set my AI chat poot if asked about dragons would tell the client about dragons so why are you asking it about dragons all right so um now we're going to go to bot goals and and inside of the bot goals this is where you're going to tell um the robot you know what its personality is what its intent is what any additional information right so you can actually train the bot to act a certain way you know if you want it to be I mean obviously you wouldn't want it to be rude but if you wanted it to be rude you could tell it to be rude to people um but here you can see the default for the personality here says you're a bot for AI business name so that's just the name of the company um what that we set in here um task to assist customers your primary goal is to build trust and to help the customers by ref referencing our Wiki and our Wiki is just you know the the training that we set um you cannot help book uh you cannot help with appointment bookings appointment cancellations rescheduling politely let the customer know you cannot help them with appointments right now you can change that if you want this to be an appointment booking robot but in our case we just want them to contact us for our phone number so just remember like you can train this bot on different things if you want it to book appointments you can get it to book appointments but right now it's set just to contact us right so um you should be able to add whatever your um contact info is as well um but it should pull it automatically from just the the links that you're training it on okay so we're going to go back to bot settings now that this is all filled out and um this should all be good to go I thought I had to click save again but it looks like we're good and now to add this to the website it's really really simple we're just going to click on go back we're going to click on chat widget up here once we're on sites and we're going to click on new okay now we can click on SMS or email chat WhatsApp live chat let's just do live chat for now um we don't have SMS set up yet in the account so we're just going to do live chat for now and then now you can see on the bottom right let me uh move this over for you can see this this is how our chat widget's going to look you see that sorry I'm trying to move this so you can see it okay so that's the chat widget right there now if we want to customize this we can customize the chat widget however we want so you can see there's widget chat window messaging so let's just click on widget so we can choose if we want it to be a different color um if we want the person to be on it or not be on it person's probably better chat icon we can choose different icons here um theme so if we want a different color now our um our brand is actually green or the the nursery brand is green so we'll change it to green and here it says hi there have a question text us here or message us here whatever right um we can choose what it says when they click on it we can choose a different image so maybe we'll just choose our logo for now okay we can choose where the widget's located we can choose the dimensions we'll just click keep it on auto and then this is what it's going to look like inside of the actual um conversation here but a lot of this stuff should be fine the way it is okay so we're just going to we're going to keep it like this for now we'll click it on S click on Save now here's the thing on on on our site here in order to put this on we just click on get code and we copy the code now if you don't have um access to the website you're going to send this code to whoever the designer is and they're going to add it to the website but all you have to do is just add this in the heading in the header of the website or the footer you see it says copy in the body or the footer I'm surprised it says body but let me go back here and then we're going to go to our websites click on the website and then we're going to go to settings and we're just going to paste this in okay head tracking code now it says body on there but I'm pretty sure it's supposed to be in the heading um let's just save and see what happens and I believe um with high level you can just go and just set the chat widget here you don't actually have to do it the TR I think it'll work either way but let's just see what happens refresh see if to just go chat widget and then save it but remember if you are on a on a different C CR uh CMS content management system like WordPress or Squarespace uh you would just paste it into the those sites and I think that's the initial autor response and we can change that I believe as well but I think it's a 20 second weit we might might want to lower that a little bit see what happens here nixus says quickly for the business and we can send them this template with the chat widget and everything right now and and it didn't take that much work and then look at this now we have all of this tracked inside of the CRM so you see this conversation here we can actually interact with the business here now um cute W says can we buy the checklist um if you DM me in the Discord we can we can talk about
