all right I really need to get a new camera cable that's uh something I'm really starting to find out these days uh this black screen is supposed to be me I'm not sure why my camera never works but uh today we got kind of a cool thing and we're gonna be talking about generating local business leads with AI generated content short form content specifically so I'm going to show you how I'm planning on using a very unique strategy that pretty much anybody can use and and the cool thing about this by the way is it's not played out you know most of these companies are all doing the same thing right now they're all trying to do the same stupid uh you know go ask people if they want to get their GMB verified and you know tell people that you can make money by by helping people optimize their freaking GMB and it's so played out so what does that mean it means that we need to adapt we need to adapt because you either adapt or you get left in the dust and the one thing that nobody really I don't think understands yet is how easy it is to actually get leads with short form content with AI generated short form content specifically we can actually offer this as a service to business owners and we can get them leads and we can get paid for this pretty easily so I'm going to show you what this looks like I'm going to show you a flow that you could basically offer to business owners to generate them leads and I already know that this works because I'm doing it myself it's very very actually simple it doesn't require that much work so I'm going to show you what we got here let me high level stuff I want to show you how to start your own digital Market he started creating content about how you can sell this service to business owners right let me show you what the service is the easiest side hustles to start right now is actually by using Google Maps and you can see using strategy you can easily make over 300 to 500 per day step one we're just gonna head over to Google step two you're going to type in any type of small business owner in your local area then we're going to scroll down to where it lists the businesses and click on more so you can make what was it 500 a day with Google Maps now I would argue that you can actually make 500 a day with AI generated short form content for local business owners I'm going to show you how businesses now all these small these small owners have so this is kind of the angle that a lot of people use you reach out to the local business right on Google Maps their phone numbers listed however 62 percent of incoming calls go unanswered so what we're going to do is set them up with a simple service called Auto Miss call text back and then we set them up with some sort of service like you know review generation or some sort of thing with their Maps listing but what I would say is that you could actually attract local business and this is right now right the method that a lot of people use is they use um it's like cold cold lead generation right let's go reach out to these business owners everybody's doing that so instead you can get inbound leads from local business owners right and bad leads from local business owners with booked appointments automatically with AI generated content so instead of you having to go and reach out to these people you can have them reach out to you and schedule an appointment with you with AI so anytime somebody calls them if they don't pick up because they're busy and so one of the things you could do is do short AI short form content around how to get more leads how to get more leads to your local business uh in with AI generated content right you could show them how to do this this system is automatically going to text them back and see what they need now all I do is connect my clients Google my business account to the simple software and enable missed call text back so anytime somebody calls and they don't answer the phone it automatically shoots them at so how do you do that pretty simple so what you're going to do is you're going to generate content right that's going to attract uh well I guess I guess the question here that I have is because this gets a little bit confusing right the service that we would be setting up for them is uh local I guess because I know how we would get the leads from the local business owners themselves right like it'd be pretty simple uh you would do some sort of short form content explaining you know here's how you get leads for your local business we could generate all of that content but I guess the way that you'd actually get the leads for the clients with short form content is you could do I wonder if you could do top five lists hmm I guess we need a an example of a local client right we would need well okay so here's the other thing local businesses don't necessarily have to do local content right you could do like if you were a dentist you could say you know here's the top five reasons why you need Invisalign or something and they could attract a national audience it would still benefit them locally because they could actually generate reviews as well with that service but I'm trying to think like the best way that you would angle this for the actual client because I know how you would get the leads right but we need like if if you're saying hey look you can get more leads you can generate this type of content short form content to the local business owner or for local business owners you'd get a ton of inbound leads but I guess my question is what are we actually telling those local business owners to generate them as a lead I guess I guess we could show them I guess we could show them the automated system hmm okay so I actually have I have a client or somebody that used to be a client he's a local doctor [Music] and we could actually probably I think a lot of local people don't want to be local like I think a lot of local businesses like this doctor that I work with he wants to actually create content that will benefit him for um for National like he wants to sell products also I know a dentist as well he wants to do Tick Tock content he doesn't know how to do it and he wants to sell uh well he wants more local clients obviously but getting National getting a national audience is going to increase your local Authority like crazy just just that alone and then you could sell products on top of it so let's just take the doctor for example he has a supplement company he sells supplements but he wants more people to buy his supplements so what we could do is we could go generate him a list of keywords first of all of supplements that he could actually go and generate traffic for was with AI generated short form content let me show you if we go to shine ranker login supplements and he actually used Shine ranker by the way to get a bunch of pages ranking for things around supplements which is cool but it's blog posts and again I don't think that that's the angle that you want to go for which is like trying to rank for things that are in an already super saturated niche blogs are not the way to go local uh short form content that right I guess the Holy Grail is how do you get how do you use content to get local leads booked count booked appointments and I would argue that you could do this but I think that I think one of the things that that should be offered to local businesses these days is a way to to diversify and offer a online appointment right like there's no reason why you couldn't have a doctor get a full calendar of booked appointments by offering a online service right so for example my doctor client I could have him offer his Zoom calendar and people are paying you know 300 to 400 per appointment he doesn't have to show up at the office he can do it from home right and we could generate these appointments for him or at least even just generate leads that would then go somebody would go and close them on an appointment with the doctor right so many bugs in high level I mean that's all sass I don't know what's going on with shinemaker right now let me see what that's my developer for freaking servers down so I guess the question is should I mean or I guess what we need to figure out is can we go and do this for a for a for a doctor let me actually message I'm gonna see if I can message my this and I could generate leads of local businesses that would want to do this very very very easily because I don't know what local business would not want to diversify their income by offering like uh virtual appointments or like a you know online product so generate a list of keywords and honestly I don't even know if you'd have to really do that we could do um we could do this manually too we wouldn't even necessarily have to automate it it would be pretty simple if it just depends on what they want appointments for right so like for example if we had a holistic doctor we had a holistic try to post it with my phone it won't post it as a real it posts it as a regular video and if I try to save it as a file to my phone it saves it in iCloud from Drive if I try to download it from Instagram it's not letting me do that there used to be a download button which now looks like it is they got rid of it so now I'm gonna have to download it from Tick Tock I think but Tick Tock puts the stupid ending thing on it so that when you post the video it has literally like your like it adds an extra 10 seconds to the video so then it makes it not a real anymore and when you download it from Tick Tock 2 the quality goes down whatever I don't even care anymore why not use social media because uh it down scales the videos which means that like you're posting through their Network all right so theoretically now we're going to get leads coming through this through these videos right people are going to start texting us and then we're going to get the leads coming in all right I think that's it I gotta let my brain like digest everything this process is very very confusing I don't know why it's so confusing I I feel like it should be simple but it's actually like very confusing and I've been going deep down the rabbit hole for like days now it's just getting to be insane but I think that this automation the one that I just showed you today uh would work really well
