okay so that's pretty much all we've covered so far in today's video we're going to be diving into actually uh recreating trending content so we can start driving traffic to your affiliate links and into what we're going to start doing today which is finding trending content and using AI chat GPT and some other things to help us recreate that content now if you weren't in part one let me just mention our whole strategy right is to bring people from point A to point B and point a is where we're creating content so we don't do any paid ads we don't do any um you know sponsored posts we don't we don't really pay for anything besides you know for example the tools that we use but we're not going out and buying views we're not going out and paying for clicks or any of that what we're doing is we're creating content every day okay and so that comes in a lot of different forms whether it's you know creating an email uh like written content whether it's creating a long form video like what you're watching right now or a live stream whether it's creating a short or an image post all we're doing is we're creating content and we're relying on organic uh views organic reach and what that means is we're not paying for anything and so point a is really just creating content generating organic views and then getting people to point B which is our funnel and once we get people to our funnel our funnel is what we use to actually sell them on whatever we're talking about and now remember we're not actually even selling anything though because we're giving away a bunch of free stuff so we're giving away free trial to tools uh we're giving away for example like a free trip to LA and and you might be wondering like how do you make money on that because what we're doing is we're getting people to to take our free stuff and we're getting them to learn how to use it right so we're saying hey go try this tool out go try that tool out enter this giveaway and then what happens is as they start to learn the tools they start to adopt the platforms that we're teaching them because we're giving them all this free stuff they end up paying down the line it's kind of like a Costco we're basically the Costco free sample people we're giving them out a Costco free sample and then people go oh I really like the way these cookies taste and then they go and they buy them okay and so our job is just to give out free samples to people but then we get the commission and the best part is we don't have to deal with uh there's no dealing with the creation of the product there's no dealing with the customer report none of that okay that's it so we're just taking people from point A to point B point a where they have no idea who we are they have no idea that we have free cookies we're giving them free cookies and then when they like the free cookies they pay for them okay so let's start getting into finding and replicating trending content so what we're going to do is we're going to go to the link in the description of this video for Spotter and we're going to grab the 14-day free trial that they give us see where it is here here we go we're just going to log in and then or sign up so I'm going to log in here just to show you what this looks like once you log in now when you first log in by the way spotter is going to ask you to connect to a YouTube account the reason why they want to connect to a YouTube account is because they want to analyze your channel and use AI to help you come up with ideas for your next videos here's the thing if you don't have a YouTube channel with any videos on it yet all you have to do is upload like a 10-second video okay because one of the things that spotter is going to say is do you have a video and if you don't have a video it's very simple you just go on there you can take like a 10-second video with your phone or you could even go to a stock video website like um you know pixels or any of the stock video websites that you could just go Google free stock video and um you're going to take one of those videos put on your channel and then um spot spotter will connect to your your YouTube channel okay and you can always delete that video after right so if you put a video on your channel just to get be able to get in and then delete it after that's fine they just require one video at least so that you know they know that you're interested in creating content now once you're in um you're going to see a few different things in here but really what we want to pay attention to is the outliers here or sorry the um the oh it looks like they changed their dashboard a little bit let me see if I can find their uh um interesting they actually changed this let me me I guess we'll click on outliers before they had uh this little thing where you could click on um their different tools and they had this one tool that was um you know for uh finding and sorting all of the YouTube videos on YouTube and I don't know if maybe this is what this is now maybe they changed that to this but uh looks like we can actually now sort between shorts and videos which is really nice because there wasn't the ability to uh sort by shorts anymore um it looks like we can do the list view uh yes so there's a lot more filters here which is really cool but really what we're using this tool for by the way guys is we're looking for this thing right here this score and what this indicates to us um the higher the multiplier the more chances the if we create a similar title and thumbnail the higher chance that if we create something that's like this we will go viral okay so if I type in let's say AI because I want to get views around AI I can see all of the videos here with the high outlier scores that are kind of going viral and if I were to replicate for example this video um you see it says this video has an outlier index of 45.5 X this is calculated by dividing the videos 269,000 views during its first 7 Days by the Channel's 5.9 th000 average 7-Day views over the past 6 months so what this tool is looking for is it's looking for not just how many views is this uh video have not because usually when you just look go on YouTube and you look up you know something like AI you're just going to see videos that have a ton of views on them we actually want to observe how many views does this video have but also has this video continually been growing organically over the last six months and if it has we know that that's a really popular video and it has a lot of organic growth which is what we want and remember if we find videos like this we can get a lot of organic growth tons of views without even having a lot of followers because these videos tend to just do well no matter whether you have a few followers no followers or thousands of followers okay so we go through here and we start looking for things that you know we see are doing well so for example how to print money with AI three stupidly simple side hustles so I know that this video is probably going to do well based on the outlier index and what I can start doing is I can start formulating my content around this video and the way I can do that is I can start utilizing chat GPT and so this is where AI comes in and now here's the thing I know a lot of people are getting into some of these other AI Technologies like Claud and deep seek and I don't think it really matters okay I don't think it matters if you use chat gbt or deep seek or any of these other the at the end of the day as long as we can find what works and use AI to help assist us in recreating trending content that's all that matters okay and I'm going to show you just in a simple way how we can do that let's just say with chat GPT so I'm going to head over to chat GPT here and what I'm going to do is I'm going to first of all start with the title okay so I'm going to go here and I'm going to just copy this title and I'm going to go to chat GPT and I'm going to say can you help me come up with 10 unique ideas for this title so here we go here are 10 unique angles you could take for how to print money with AI the AI ATM method okay that's kind of a cool title $100 a day on autopilot okay now here it's giving us more angles but we actually want new titles so we're going to say these are great but I want you to now include these as new titles all right so now here are 10 refined titles for incorporating original phrasing while making them more enticing how to print money with AI the AI ATM method okay that's pretty cool and so you can see it gave us all these titles that are similar to this first title but they're unique in our own way so let's just say we go with this title here all right we're going to copy that and we're going to just add it to our notepad now what we want to do next is we want to figure out how we can recreate this thumbnail okay so I'm going to just go ahead and use my little Snipping Tool and I can click on new grab grab this picture here and I can paste this in and I can say now give me a thumbnail prompt for this picture now here's the thing as we go out and and start recreating all this content regenerating this content there's different things that you can choose to do manually or not do manually okay so for example with uh a tool here we can actually just plug this prompt into an AI uh tool and we can just have the AI regenerate this thumbnail and that tool is called replicate or we can go and build the thumbnail ourselves now as we go through this challenge what I'm going to be doing is I'm going to be giving you both options I'm going to show you how to do it manually yourself and I'm going to show you how to use AI but I want you to understand that there isn't really a right or wrong answer whether you do the content yourself or whether you have ai do it it doesn't matter what matters is you find what you want AI to do and you find out what you want to do okay um the the thumbnail I made today I didn't even use AI I did use an AI image upscaler which we'll talk about that in a second but uh I chose to do the thumbnail myself I I chose to be in the thumbnail did I have to no I could have used AI to generate it and you might be thinking well why didn't you use AI to generate if you have the option because sometimes you know you might see that doing the thing manually might do better okay and so really you want to kind of experiment you want to tryy to do some AI stuff see how it does try to do some stuff yourself you know I would never have an AI do my live stream at least not right now um based on where AI is at and so I choose to do the live streams myself do I have to no I could probably do pre-recorded videos with AI and I could probably convey similar points to what I'm giving you here on this live stream but you have to figure out where AI is appropriate right where do you want to use it where do you want to use it it's not always you know the best and so one of the things I like to to to tell people is like look AI is great for for bringing people in and and for creating content and creating the organic growth but at some point you want to usually have some sort of human interaction right that's the reason I do these live streams so people see that I'm a real person that I'm not just all you know going out and doing AI stuff all day um you know that not all of my content's generated right and so that's where you can determine do I want to be fully AI generated and lose probably some sales or do I want to at some point in the journey right when I build remember we're we're doing RBA relationship building automation at some point I probably want to have some sort of human interaction and and so I can determine where I want that to be do I want it to be through a live stream do I want it to be through a phone call when am I going to be in person when am I going to at least you know talk to these leads or at least hire somebody right you could always hire somebody to to end up doing live streams for you or you know have some sort of personal interaction but just remember your sales the more you automate the more your sales tend to decrease because people buy from people right people want to see that you know they want to have some sort of uh H there's they want to have some sort of connection some sort of human uh feeling when before they buy and so um just remember like don't go so off the deep end that everything's automated and you know you're just pressing buttons and you're like why am I not making money it's probably because you're not having enough human interaction you're not getting on the phone with them you're not getting on a call um you know you're not getting on a a screen share you're not doing a live stream right so like because of that because you're doing all AI usually people start to go I don't know I don't really trust this because this seems kind of like just like an AI bot so you want to use AI to help assist in building your relationships but you don't want AI to be the relationship okay what's up everybody in chat uh Travis what's up real Chase good to see you Travis uh click AI Studio says um oh we're having a we're having a talk about a car Meetup in a I've done a lot of those um yes finally made a live welcome Jeff is all this AI stuff uh like a marketing Ponzi scheme what apps do you use to split up your live streams into single videos um so what we're doing with AI let me just clear this okay what we're doing is we're using AI to create content and then that content can sell whatever you want it could it could be a product it could be a service it could be an affiliate and so it it's a legitimate thing and it's a lot what a lot of people are actually doing right now A lot of people are creating a either AI assisted content or AI generated content and so what you sell is up to you if you want to go promote a Ponzi scheme that's on you right but um ideally right if you can use AI to bring people in you can choose what you want to sell them okay I don't I don't Advocate you going out and scamming people please don't do that but do you see what I'm saying you can go out and do whatever you want with this and so I'm giving you the ability to learn what we're talking about here and then and then sell whatever you want Mia says uh sound stuffy hope you are aren't sick um I'm actually a tiny bit sick but we're not letting us Hold Us hold that hold us back from the AI ch here okay I'm on the I have my uh my Zia soda here we got the caffeine we got a little ibpro and we're good we're gonna We we'll make it through this all right what's up Jeremy all right so let's go ahead and we're going to get into uh recreating this thumbnail okay so let's let's just go over um canva I might have a link for canva by the way um in our spreadsheet I don't I don't know if I have an affiliate it doesn't really matter too much but um if you if you guys do end up going for any of the links that we talk about try to use the links in the spreadsheet just because it uh helps support the channel and it helps me continue to do everything that I do for free for free um looks like we do have an affiliate link there I'll try to add that to the uh to the description but um canva is how I made today's thumbnail so um if I go to canva here and I click on create design and I click on whatever type of post I want to make so in this case we'll make a YouTube thumbnail um you can see there's all these pre-made templates right so if I go to back to spotter here and I see that you know the woman's on the left it says lazy money it has this on the right what I can do is I can find a thumbnail that's similar to that so maybe it's this one right maybe that's a little tooo different let's go let's go back to maybe a different design here but um that's the cool thing about uh canva is you can find pre-made templates that look you know close to the thing that you're trying to replicate and then you can just add your own image here because this image of this woman in is you can see you see I can just delete her out of that and then I can go add my own image there I am and what's really cool about canva is first of all there's a back background remover so if I click on background remover it'll basically make this clear in the background I'm not sure why it keeps putting me there um might be some sort of bug with this template but uh we can put my myself here and then also there's an upscaler so I can click on edit image upscaler and I can upscale my image so in an AI will make this look better and then I can change the text D do you know whatever I want so that's one option okay the other option is using replicate now replicate is a whole other beast and because I don't want to overwhelm you with using replicate I want to point you to one of our tutorials uh you can also just head to YouTube I'm going to show you the exact tutorial you're going to go look for you're going to type in Matt wolf replicate and this is like a 30-minute tutorial but you can essentially take images of yourself and clone your own images oh it's only a 20-minute tutorial but um this will actually show you how to create your own little AI model that'll let you make images of whatever you want okay and so that's what I do sometimes is I use this tool it's the same one I just showed you a second ago and you can see this is an AI image of me so if you want to use replicate to help build your thumbnails you can um but again all I'm doing right now is just showing you like Basics basic options for recreating content now I don't actually recommend you start with long form just because I don't think you're going to have an easy time doing what we're talking about here which which is what I'm doing which is like doing a live stream or doing you know a video where you're going and doing a tutorial most people are not ready for that especially if you're starting out because you don't have any confidence because you haven't done it yet you haven't made any money so you're probably thinking I don't know how to do this okay however I do recommend you start going out and looking at what's working right so like go find what's working here with whatever she's talking about whatever you're seeing you know go look and see the themes and then what I would recommend you start doing is just doing a daily talk okay what do I mean by that you don't have to teach anything okay here's a common misconception that people have they think that if they see a video where it says how to print money with AI and this person is teaching you step one step two step three that they have to go and make a similar video now obviously if you do make a similar video you have a high chance of going viral because you're following what works but you could also just go out and start talking and you could talk about this subject and you could actually still get a lot of views and start building a following and you don't necessarily have to go and make a tutorial you could just go and start talking about things that you think are interesting interesting about this subject and ideally you do want to get comfortable just going and taking a video so what i' like to do every day is when I go for a walk I try to go for walks you know like 15 20-minute walks I'll pull out my phone and I'll try to just like talk about something random okay so you know if it's for example this subject here how to print money with AI $100 a day I could pull out my phone right I could put notes on my phone too if I wanted to and I could just say what's my you know what my opinion is on this thing right so I could pull out my camera here just give you an example let's say I was walking right now and I could say what's going on everyone I see a lot of people are asking how to print money with AI you know how to make over $100 a day and so I wanted to talk about three things I've been seeing have been working well or things that I see other people are doing that are working well and I'm I'm thinking about trying to do them myself and so here's what is going to be maybe a game changer for some people that don't know this a lot of people will follow you and listen to you not because of your expertise but people just like to tune in they like to see what you're up to they like to you know understand where you're at what your what Your what your thoughts are and so you don't actually have to be anybody unique when you go out and do a long form video right you see that this video here got 373,000 views on it you don't have to go and be be this person you can be your own person right you could say this is where I'm at today and then tomorrow you can say this is where I'm at tomorrow and so you can just blabber every day 10 to 20 minutes you know just talk go on a walk um you know maybe you're hanging out doing some work and you just turn on your phone and just start talking but this is something that I think a lot of people underestimate they don't realize that if they just simply went out and talked every day right they don't have to be a you know a YouTuber they don't have to be anybody special if you just every single day just kind of said you know I did some research I saw this was trending and I want to talk about it I want to show you what I'm doing you'd be surprised how many people are going to start signing up for what you're doing first of all because they want to support you but second of all because what you're going to be talking about some people might not even know exists right you could say hey guys on day one of the AI challenge or day two and I'm making a video and I'm just going to talk about my thoughts on it and you could even post that in our group by the way we have 25,000 people in our group you could go in here and you could make a video of you walking and talking on the phone and say listen this is where I'm at this is what I'm doing this is what I'm experiencing right this is and and people are going to start to build this uh uh relationship ship with you or you're going to be building relationship with them and you don't even know these people they're just following you because you're talking about things that they're interested in and how do you know that they're interested in them because you're going out and finding what hundreds of thousands or even millions of other people are saying they're interested in okay so this is more of a practice thing and so what I recommend as we go through this do a daily Vlog it doesn't have to be like a vlog where you're editing or any of that just pull out your phone for 10 minutes a day 5 minutes a day and just say where you're at say daily update I'm here daily update I'm here and you might not have anybody watch you might have two viewers but that doesn't matter right I'm actually doing it right now on Tik Tok I had my um last two Tik Tok accounts banned and I just made a new one and I decided you know I don't really care if I'm going to get views or not it's more just to go and and do this because eventually if you do enough content you don't know when something is going to hit okay now am I saying that you should go and only do this type of content where you're just going out you know for a walk and vlogging right look at this I only have 66 followers on this Tik Tok but every single day I'm like hey guys this is where I'm at it's like a two-minute video okay um could I get more views if I did more viral stuff yes but remember it's not always about the views it's not always about uh selling it's not about any of that sometimes it's about just going and getting into a routine right so this is the biggest issue with why most people don't you know go to the gym or why they don't eat healthy it's because they haven't gotten themselves into a routine and so if we can get you into the routine of every single day going out and finding some content that we know is trending and just talking about that stuff you know through a title and through a thumbnail um that's a great start okay now remember I am going to be giving you other ways to do this right you might be thinking I wanted to do faceless content I wanted to do um you know automated shorts I wanted we're going to we're going to do all of that trust me but I want you to understand this first because before we get into AI I want you to understand that there has to be something personal that you do and if it's not you it's got to be somebody else right like you could always head over to fiverr.com and hire somebody to be you know somebody that will go and build these personal connections I need somebody that I can hire to do videos okay um and and I'm not saying you can't make money without like doing this like you can use fully a you know fully automated AI to like go and sell stuff but you are going to have an easier time if you combine both okay if you can go out and use AI to bring people in but then once they're in you can have some sort of persona that people can connect to right there's a reason why I stopped doing um just screen record there's a reason why you're seeing me on this video video again why because I figured out that a lot of people like watching my videos because they like to see me they like to be you know more you know uh connected than just a screen that I'm showing right and so there's a lot of power that people underestimate people don't understand in just having that personal connection even with it's even if it's with a small amount of people okay and even on a brand new Tik Tok here there's there's not anybody really following me but I'm still getting you know 100 200 views right if you get a couple people signing up for your thing that you're giving away you can make money online and you can get your first sale and feel the confidence that you need to start going out and then maybe doing the tutorials and doing all the things that you feel like oh I don't have the credibility for yet right so we got to start somewhere and you got to remember right getting the the spark is the hardest part once you have a little bit of a fire it's a lot easier to stay consistent does everybody understand what I'm talking about here give me a one or a yes in the chat if you're with me on this pull up in our chat really quick here forgot to put it on the screen did this chat go I guess I don't have a way of putting it on the screen right now um but we have uh oh it's cuz I got to do pop out that's why there we go there we all are we got some ones we got some yes s uh why did your Tik Tok get banned um yeah the algorithm doesn't like certain things doesn't like talking about money and some of the stuff I was talking about uh you're not supposed to do screen shares apparently on Tik Tok you know of your numbers and that I got a lot of warnings around that I didn't know what that's what it was at the time because because Tik Tok wasn't very descriptive but I know that now that's why I only do like Vlog Style videos on Tik Tok now um okay uh Dennis says okay Chase have loved everything that's been shared recently but and I'm concerned if interested parties like me for this part of the world are open to this I mean I have tried saving a spot for the trials to no avail so is this doable for people in my location yeah I mean ideally this is doable anywhere right because all we're doing is we're creating content we're sending people to offers and there's just a lot of little things we can do in between that right when it comes to automation there's a lot of different types of content we can create all right now now that you've understood the basics to just getting started okay we talked about um first of all we talked about finding content finding trending content with high outlier scores um and we're going to dive more into this tool in the future I just kind of wanted to show you you know the first part of this um but there's a lot of filtering you can do right you can go in here and you can see you know anything with a high outlier score above 40 and so we can find oh this video this video this video um oh sorry that was Max we want to do that was min so that was the only video with above 40 we could do 30 I guess wow she did really well 20 holy cow let's do 10 okay so this would be like the second one so this is around deep seek so this would be another video um but I also want to talk about um shorts okay so we talked about uh rebuilding a uh title and a thumbnail just the basics to it um we talked about uh the importance of building human and real relationships alongside alongside AI okay now we're going to talk about uh oh sorry we also talked about using chat GPT um or just AI in general to help assist in recreating titles and thumbnails I guess that's what we did right here okay now what I want to talk about is getting into a little bit more scripting okay so remember what I said the reason I said this up front um is because I want you to understand that you don't have to uh script everything right now here's the thing though if you do script things the chance of you going viral is higher why because the algorithm and people are looking for certain things so for example if I tell you in this first part of this video hey guys Chase here and today we're going to be talking about how to make $1,000 a day and by the way if you drop a comment leave a like And subscribe if I say that in all my videos the chances of me getting more views more comments more shares more subscribes go through the roof why because it's scripted right I know that it'll work how do I know it'll work because first of all I've tested it but second of all if I look at other videos that have done the same thing I see that it works for them now there's a time to be scripted and there's a time not to be scripted the time to be scripted is when you want to just bring in as much traffic as humanly possible and you might be thinking well I always want to bring in as much traffic as humanly possible but here's the thing you don't because sometimes it's better to be a human it's better to be hey like I'm a real person I'm relating to you you see that I'm here you see that I'm trying to help you and so what I like to do is sometimes like a combination of both so I in general I'll script a lot of the beginning parts of my videos like my intros but then the rest of the videos will not be scripted or my shorts all of my shorts are pretty much scripted because I know that they're going to work a certain way um and and by the way I'm referring to my shorts that are like on Instagram and on Facebook my YouTube shorts and like my Tik toks like the ones you just saw those are like unscripted but it's more just because I'm doing it to to build like personal relationships and I'm just doing it because I think it's fun to do um but if you want to get a lot of views a lot of traffic and just people to the door you want to script specifically the first minute of what you're doing and so if I go to this video here that we find on you know deep seek let me click on this with an 11x outlier I can go to the video and I can see okay what's in the first minute of this video let me actually play it for you guys so you can hear it oh I gotta change my speakers here see here on I in over $144,000 using this okay my speakers aren't on um you guys can hear it I can't I'll just turn on the captions as you can see here on my dashboard and a new tool has just been released in the AI world that is literally 10 Xing this method and this tool is called a deep SE okay so whatever he just said there right uh I'm assuming it's something around you know AI is this big industry that people aren't taking advantage of and blah blah it wouldn't do well why because that's just how it works your hook your title and your thumbnail right so your hook like the first minute of your video your title the title of the video and your thumbnail are really the three biggest reasons why your video does well okay so this video that you're watching right now could be the whole thing could be terrible like the last 50 minutes of this video could be awful but if the title the thumbnail and the hook are good this video could get a million views or 100,000 views or whatever it is and so ideally you pay attention to that okay so when you're doing your research um like looking at these different videos with the high outlier scores you want to think can I at least replicate the first minute can I replicate the title can I replicate the thumbnail and can I replicate the first minute and you can use AI to help you with that right I showed you how to use AI to look for thumbnail uh for titles I showed you how to use AI to come up with new um image prompts I showed you how to use canva to just go and copy uh you know drag and drop but you can actually go to the videos you can click on the transcript here you can copy this first minute right it'll actually show you the timestamps and I can copy and go to chat GPT and say I need you to help me rewrite this first minute and here's the thing if your offer is different right let's say this person's talking about I don't know uh deep seek and you or yeah let's say they're talking about deep seek and you want to make this about chat GPT instead you could say but instead of deep seek I want to talk about chat GPT it'll go and swap that out with whatever you're doing but you still have a similar intro okay now here's the other thing that's important if you really are going for views what do you notice right don't just look at the captions here let me turn off the volume look at the actual video if I play this okay what did you see in the first couple seconds starts like this right him going like this and then it goes to money okay so if I wanted to follow that not only would I have a similar word that I would speak like you know welcome to the video or whatever he's saying you know this is the easiest way to make money but I would have the video start like this and then it would go to a screen record right it would be like this this is the easiest way to make money and then boom it would go to money right because that's what he did in his video okay and by the way if you're thinking like Chase how did you do that in real time how do you do editing uh like real time editing like I just showed you I just use a tool called OBS we'll talk about using OBS to help you record videos in the future um but that's how I live stream that's how I do everything in here and by the way inside of the checklist if you want to just go do all this ahead of time just learn it ahead of time I've already taught this many times before if you look at video setup here inside of our checklist uh which again is inside of our Discord if you go to our Discord here and go to checklist you can just click on that um but once you go scroll to about line 100 um these are all the tutorials on how I how I have o my OBS set up you know how to record my videos so you can go and learn all this stuff right now I have my whole setup here um and you can start learning how to go and you know do all this that I'm doing right now but what I'm saying though I'm more trying to teach the principle here right if you see somebody say in their first minute this is the easiest way to make money and then it's them like this and then it transitions to a p you know a video of money or a picture of money you have to follow that to a te as much as possible okay and this is where I see a lot of people mess up they go well I followed the video I followed the the title I followed the thumbnail but then I look at the actual video and the content of the video is different it's not a real person you know maybe it's an AI robot and so so you might be thinking well can I still do this with an AI robot can I still do this with AI Avatar yes but just know that if you see something work the more you deviate from what works right if you do not exactly try to follow as much as possible the lower the chances are that this will work okay and so that goes the same with um image posts that goes the same with emails that goes the same with everything short form content the more you deviate right the more you alter the title The more you alter the thumbnail the the more you alter the intro the more you alter the contents of the video algorithmically right your chances of having that thing take off go down and so that's fine if you're okay with that right so for me sometimes I'll deviate and I'll say I'm going to just try something new I'm going to go out and I'm going to try to recreate this video right I'll use the same title and thumbnail but I'm going to change this but here's the thing if the video doesn't do well right if I don't get View with it if I don't get leads with it if it doesn't go viral if it doesn't do like the other video did I have to tell my I have to ask myself what did I do differently and then I go look at the what I did differently and I go oh I didn't do I didn't do a screenshot of money in the beginning you might be thinking like isn't that kind of crazy like you're basically just following to a te what's working but it's not because that's what everybody does that's successful online and that's why you see like people on Tik Tok right where they'll all start doing a certain type of dance and they all start going viral why because they're just copying each other they're just copying what works they're doing the exact same dance now I'm not saying you have to go out and dance but do you see what I'm saying here is that you want to find what works and stay to a te as much as possible to that thing and if somebody ever asks you or you ask yourself hey I did this video but it didn't work what are you going to ask them you're gonna say did you deviate from what's working right it's kind of like this if I said in order to bake a cake you need to add eggs flour and whatever else and then you go and you say I'm not going to add the eggs one ingredient one tiny ingredient can be the difference of whether or not you get a cake or not or at least a cake that tastes good or looks good right so what I'm doing right now is I'm showing you your options I'm showing you how to go and recreate your own scripts how to go and um you know recreate your own thumbnails how to go find what works but ultimately you have to use a certain level of Common Sense okay and so that's what I'm trying to teach you here I'm not just trying to teach you how to use Ai and how to click a button I'm trying to also teach you how to use common sense which is thinking to yourself how different is what this person's doing that they're getting all these views and they're going viral and they're getting all these sales how different is what they're doing opposed to what I'm doing right how how do their videos look how do their emails look how do um landing pages look right and so if you want to really know what I'm doing to be successful it's it's not in anything that you're going to actually learn or see in this video it's in what I'm actually doing right if you go out and if you see I'm going out every day and doing a live stream chances are I'm making money with it or it's working right um if you see me doing an email every day chances are what I'm doing is probably working and so you want to you want to learn from uh what is the saying success leaves Clues okay don't copy don't listen to what I say listen to what I do right look at my actions not my words and same thing with um when you're looking at content right when you're looking at the content that other people are making don't listen to what they're saying listen to what they're doing if you see this person right here is going out and making a video let's say every single day and and those videos are on you know AI or chat GPT or whatever okay I know that if I make a similar title make a similar thumbnail I have a similar intro with money on the screen you know with this thing you know scrolling in the background and whatever right I see that they have this call to action in the beginning okay well guess what what would happen if I started doing exactly what they're doing every day chances are I'd probably get a pretty similar result maybe not instantly but eventually I probably would okay and so if you start looking at things that way right don't look at it from the consumer standpoint look at it from the provider most of the time when I watch other people's videos I'm not watching them to learn something I'm watching them to see what are they doing differently than what am I than what I'm doing right you know maybe their first minute has a different hook maybe their first minute has you know a test testimonials what is it what is what are they doing differently than what I'm doing but this is action based I'm not looking at them from what they're saying I'm thinking what are the actions these people are taking every day are they posting once a week are they posting twice a week um you know what are they selling are they doing affiliate marketing are they doing Services right and so as you start to use Ai and chat gbt and whatever you're using you want to you want to remember that you're not using AI you're not using using chat gbt to solve everything for you right you have to solve the problem first you have to think to yourself what is it that this person is doing that I'm not doing and how can I use AI to help me do what they're doing right maybe AI can help teach me or point me in the right direction to learn how they're doing video editing maybe AI can help me learn how to script my videos together better um maybe AI right but use AI not just as an answer but as a way to assist assist you in doing what you need to get done because AI will help you whether it's learning coding whether it's learning videos you know whatever it is but remember there's no like answer that you're like most people are looking for this Hidden Gem they're looking for this you know secret strategy and really the secret is that you need to stop relying on other people to give you something and you have to start being that person that goes out and finds the thing and then gives it out to other people it's reversing the script it's reversing the role okay because you can't be the person that's always consuming everything and listening right you're watching this video and you're right now you're actually consuming you're thinking okay I need to learn this thing but you have to remember that the thing that you're learning right now is not to actually be here watching this video from a learning standpoint but from seeing what I'm doing and thinking to yourself can I do what Chase does could I go out and do a video could I go out out and do you know uh some emails could I create my own group okay that's where the money is it's in being the person that brings in all the value brings in all the people and then sells them things okay or gives them things right we give away a lot of free trials but eventually there is a sale okay any questions so far I know there's a lot that we covered today but I want you to understand the principles because as we dive deeper right I didn't want to go straight into the AI you know here's how you generate this here's how you do that because I want you to understand this first before we go into that because I don't want you to rely too much on the AI most people they go into this stuff and they they they just immediately start relying everything on AI well I had AI make me the video I had AI make me the script I had Ai and then they never question themselves and think is this something that I've ever seen work anywhere else right they go and make an AI Avatar video and it says I'm an AI Avatar and you should buy my products and then I and then I'll ask them I'll say listen has anybody ever made a video like that that's gotten over you know a th views and if the answer is no then you have to ask yourself why do I why would I think that this would work if I've never seen it work anywhere else I've never seen anybody else do this why would I think that my AI video or my marketing whatever I'm trying to do to promote my thing why would I think it would work if nobody else has done that right if I've never seen anybody else but on the flip side why am I not going out and finding what works and trying to replicate that as closely as possible because I know that they willing bring me in views and leads uh Kim what's going on love Chase for sharing strategy better T than tactics alone thank you Kim uh click AI Studio says we make depression cake no eggs oh yeah I guess that well I you know speaking of which I I don't know if we will use eggs with how expensive they've been getting right um suede says I tried the AI only zero effort approach when I started two weeks ago and I got two views on those videos and all and and on the flip side sued I saw you actually did some other videos that got a lot more views than that and I'm sure you probably changed a few things right and so that's why I was saying that right because I don't want to see you guys go down the same route that suede went down which is that most people they rely too heavily on other things right and I'm not just saying chat GPT or AI most people rely too much on things outside of themselves and they have to realize that part of owning your own business part of being successful right is opposites Contra contrary to what Society teaches you right Society teaches you you know go to school do your homework um you know get an education go to a job work for a boss and and basically you're just being told what to do your whole life and we actually have to flip it and no longer be the ones that are told what to do but we're actually being paid to tell others what to do why because people are paying pay us money to listen to Our advice and so you have to be the person that's good at giving advice right how do you become the person that's good at giving advice well you have to learn how to be valuable you have to learn a skill you have to go out and get in the trenches start creating content find what works find what doesn't and as you start to learn more and more and you start to experiment with these different tools and you start to become somebody that has experience you will get paid for your experience people will sit and listen to you because you have gone through things that they haven't gone through before and so we're putting you in the role of being the person that literally just says I like this tool and people people will pay for it but you're not going to get in that position until you go out and really get in the trenches and learn these things okay and part of that by the way is understanding that you are going to have a lot of failures like suede you're going to do a video and it's going to get zero views but you're not going to look at that as a negative you're going to look at it as a positive because guess what when somebody goes out and tries to do the same thing you did you're going to say hey no that doesn't work you're going to save them from that problem and now you have somebody that's following you because they're learning from your your mistakes right and your job is to go and make a bunch of mistakes so you can help prevent other people from making those mistakes so that they will pay you for your advice but if you're not failing if you're not going through problems if you're not having um a lot of setbacks then people are not going to be able to pay you for your experience right because if you've only experienced positive things your whole life people are not going to want to pay for that either because they're going to say that's unrealistic and so you want to look for failure you want to look for problems and this is again very contrary to what people will teach you they'll say don't fail don't make mistakes right but you actually want to fail as much as possible because the more problems you find the better you can be at finding the issues well this doesn't work well this doesn't work well this sucks the more you can go out and tell people listen here's the thing that works I tried a thousand AI tools and none of them work not a single one of them got me views but this one did and that's why you should go get it boom now you're making money right so do you see my point here is that you you don't want to just be this person that's clicking buttons right you want to get in the trenches you want to experiment you want to you want to go for the long haul this is not like oh I tried a tool tomorrow and I made $1,000 this is like hey over the next 6 to 12 months right you know obviously we can make money within our first month I'm not saying you can't make money money but I'm saying within the next 6 to 12 months can I big build a big following can I generate uh you know a lot of leads can I start building relationships with people who trust me and understand that I'm just like them I'm going through and trying to figure out all this stuff just like they are I just have an opinion on this and I happen to say it I happen to go out and and make it public okay uh be the one beating the New Path as your unique self while algorithm replicating yes and remember you can choose how you know how far do you want to stretch it right do you want to just kind of follow what works and be more unique and more personal right like I try to do a little bit of both I try to in these videos in the intro very algorithmic I do basically the same title and thumbnail every day you probably seen it but on the back end right you see it's really me right so I brought people to the door but I still want to have I don't want the whole video to be algorithmic at least not on my lives right maybe on my long form or my short it's a lot more I'll you know I'll do them a lot more algorithmic but you have to choose how much you want to you know sprinkle in the uniqueness right the stuff that you don't know is going to work you know the unknown which it could do really well you have no idea or just be like the full-on AI robot that just goes out finds what works and just replicates everything to a te you're going to bring in more people that way but I will say another thing the more you start to be this algorithm you start to uh recreate the exact same thing every every day and you know you're just like basically scripting everything I will say there there is a certain level of depression that comes with that right like you will start to feel like you are in a robot yourself okay so have some fun with it don't just be this person that's only in it for the money and this is why I said on the first uh day of our AI challenge figure out more than just money figure out more than just goals the reason I say to everybody here's how you make a th a day that's the algorithm I'm trying to bring people in but what I'm really trying to tell you is have some more goals than that don't just be the person that's looking to get a few bucks you know let's let's make you into the person that you ultimately want to be which is somebody that's smart that you know uh learns new skills all the time that's a part of this new AI Revolution that's helping people they're in a group they're they're valuable they can give back um they're making money right money is part of it right but let's let's shoot for more you know they start understanding how to do videos and so we have to set the bar higher okay obviously everybody wants to make money everybody wants to drive a cool car right that's a given everybody wants that but my question to you is can we go a little bit further right can we turn you into somebody that can go out and maybe give out a lot of money to people maybe go and help a lot of people maybe you know be one of the top YouTubers in the AI space like let's shoot higher and I'm not saying that that isn't your goal but I'm saying that from what I've seen from a lot of people you know there tends to be a lot of people that they shoot very low they don't really try to push the bar that High and um I think that the more you you go online the more you see all these people the more you kind of see like the bar kind of gets set lower and lower and people kind of just you know they're just in it for themselves and you know while that is cool monetarily right you can make a lot of money just kind of going and and finding what works and pushing you know pushing the bar Lower and kind of just making bigger claims and stuff like that but my question to you is can we can we turn you into a better version of you because ultimately at the end of the day money is one part of that um and I would like to see you become a really awesome valuable person to those around you people want to be around you people like you they respect you they think that you're a knowledgeable person you have all these accomplishments you've done all these things and um and I think that's ultimately what we're all looking for right because we all want to be around other people that are really killing it and um we want to feel like we're a part of those people um we don't want to just be people that are like oh yeah you know I have I have some money in my bank account right okay cool now what who else are you what what are you beyond money what are you beyond um you know Ai and YouTube and whatever this virtual world is who are you now and it's like okay well I don't know I mean I don't you know I don't know who I am it's like no we need to figure that out right do you want to go help thousands of people do you want to you know give away money do you want to like really be somebody that people respect right that's that's that's where all the cool stuff is all right one unrelated question why are all your YouTube videos exactly the same you must have came in a little bit late rewind this like 10 minutes be the one oh yeah yeah we just said read that uh click Studios says for sure 40 years being told what to do as a Master Auto Tech for dealership there you go yep and uh that's the other thing right is um ultimately we don't want to have to live a life where other people dictate who we are right so it's one thing if you enjoy doing that right but if you're in a position where you don't really feel valued or you don't feel happy or you don't feel like it's who you are then it's up it's up to you to change that right like we have to figure out okay well maybe you're not where you want to be right now and maybe you're not around the people that really believe in you but that doesn't mean that's who you are it just means that's where you are okay and so who you are is whoever you want to be right if you're if you don't feel valuable because people aren't valuing you it's not because you're not valuable it's because they don't see your version of value right the people around you are not going to always see what you see because they don't value the same things you value a lot of people value security they value you know uh consistency they value a lot of what being an entrepreneur and making your own money and running your own business isn't it's like a lot of ups and downs it's a roller coaster I mean I've showed you guys my stripe account before right this is a roller coaster of emotions right like this is this isn't like oh yeah I feel like I'm doing the same you know every single day and I'm just on this even amount of money path no it's literally like okay we're going up we're doing well oh it's crashing we're doing terrible everything's ending I'm having another mental breakdown and by the way I'm I'm probably the biggest hypocrite out of all of us because I've constantly I mean you probably don't see it on this channel I mean sometimes you do but when I'm doing these live streams like literally last month I wasn't even able to do a live stream because I was going through the same thing probably you've gone through or maybe you're going through right now which is like I don't feel like I'm on the right track I don't feel like I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing right that's just part of Being Human okay and so you and I are no different like we're on the same track we're walking the same path and and the only difference between you and I is like I've gone off and I've ran into this Cactus where you've gone off and ran into that Cactus and and and really we're just here to learn from each other right and and ideally like the more you go off and run into cactuses and and fail like the more you can go and help people because ideally all you're really doing is preventing other people from suffering okay and so your suffering is important right like you going out and suffering is helpful to other people because for example you might have worked a job for 40 years that you hated and then gotten out of it and been successful and guess what you can go reach those people that are in the same position I can't reach people like that I only worked uh normal jobs for I don't know four or five years before I was done and started my own business but you can go reach the people that are like well I'm I'm not like Chase because I you know I've been working for 4 years and I'm never going to get out of it right if you get out of it you go help those people and so that's what I was saying earlier about when you're creating content when you're um you know going out and and just sharing your story and where you're at and and and and just posting every day like hey guys here's where I'm at you know at my job I hate my job right hey guys what's going on I'm at this job I've been here for 40 years not having fun right you relate to those people those are your people and so the our job is to find our people and for for our people to find us but we're never going to do that if we don't share our experience if we don't value our experience right that's another thing that people really mess up on is they say well I've never done anything so my experience isn't valuable and you don't realize that people are watching you because they value you as a person not like what you know necessarily right they value just being able to relate to you and part of building relationships right doing what we're trying to do relationship building automation is understanding that your ability to just go out and share who you are and your story is valuable enough literally just going on and talking every day and sharing hey guys this is where I'm at my life sucks that is like I and if you haven't seen that by the way it's everywhere on YouTube like people blow up all the time like this there's a guy right now I was watching I've been trying to reach out to him but he think he thinks I'm trying to scam him or something um but this guy uh he he got like fired from 7-Eleven he started vlogging about how bad his life sucks or something um oh did he I hope he didn't delete his channel let's see if he's here Ian um here he is Ian on YouTube so this guy went up like 200,000 subscribers in like what a couple weeks and he wasn't getting any views before this and then he he starts vlogging about how his life sucks I'm 30 years old making $20 an hour working retail at 71 guy hates his life right freaking goes viral people start giving him money donating all this stuff um goes up 200,000 subscribers right and he's literally complaining about how bad he hates his life right but what is the what is the uh the the the lesson there the lesson is that nobody was there to learn something from him they were there to relate to him right and so you don't know when you like you could go live tomorrow make a video tomorrow or any of that and uh you don't know if that video we had another person in our group what was her name it's like Shelly or something she uh she watched one of our videos I was basically saying this exact same thing this was like a year ago and uh she's like all right I'll post a video so she posted a video and it was just her talking I think she was talking about how I don't remember she was hating on some sort of thing that she wasn't hating she just she was talking about something that she didn't like it was like a three-minute video and she got like over two million views or something on her first uh on her first Tik Tok her second Tik Tok and again it was unscripted it was literally now now remember though remember what I'm going to tell you here the chances of that happening pretty low right because we're not following a script but um what I'm saying to you here is whether you are following a script or whether you're not you have a chance okay you could be a nobody no no followers no subscribers and you could go out and just start posting every day just unscripted and you could get a lot of followers you get a lot of people you know who are interested in you or you can go script it but at the end of the day the choice is yours and at the end of the day you're never going to get anywhere not doing anything okay and so if you're in the position where you're constantly thinking to yourself I really need to do this I really need to start posting content because remember we're making our money from posting content so whether you're scripted or not scripted you should do something okay and so what I'm telling you today is if you've been waiting for permission or you're trying to wait for credibility or you're waiting for this or that you know I'm trying to tell you that whether you're scripted and you're just following what everybody else does because everybody just script most people just script things or you're just going out and just saying you know whatever and you're just trying to be relatable there isn't a right or wrong way and there is never a right or wrong time the really the best time is right now right it's going out after this after this stream and going and just making a video post it in our group say hey guys just right here this is me and I'm not talking about a scripted video don't post a scripted video in our group post a real video right and so my homework for you besides going out and finding what works finding trending content all of that is is just go and be you post a video talk about who you are talk about where you're at don't don't apologize right there's no reason to apologize for being you a lot of people are going to appreciate you for being you you and start building some sort of consistency stop being afraid okay don't be worried um Arley says you're an excellent mentor and what we should strive to be with our success oh thanks Arley all right so that's it for today in like we're going to go generate some email for our for our leads right hopefully we're going to be getting some leads on once we start posting so I'm going to show you how to use um AI to start building your written content like your emails and whatever uh social media posts um I'm going to be showing you how to build thumbnails and or not thumbnails um image posts um so like image posts that we can use for you know Facebook groups Facebook posts um Twitter whatever you want to post on LinkedIn um but I'm going to show you how to build those images and then uh we'll get into starting to start building your short form um I'm going to show you how to edit I'm going to show you how to you know do your captions and your animations and all of that um so tomorrow will be a lot more into the content but again I wanted to cover all of this before we got into the content so that when we do get into the content you have um sort of this mindset around it so that you're not like you know going and just relying on one way I want you to understand that there's so many different possibilities for what we're doing and ultimately at the end of the day you're going to be the one that's going to decide what you want to do and I'm just laying out all of the things for you to decide okay so um do you know what time that stream will be it'll probably be around the same time so I think
