smiling in the beginning like you I think you need to start with your mouth closed because you see how it's closing the mouth like this the normal picture has me smiling with like my teeth showing so over 400 that one looks a little bit more believable um so let me show you the options here how we're doing this and I want to actually talk about some troubleshooting because when the video Generations fail like this it's usually because of a couple reasons and I'm going to show you some of the things that we're planning on adding in to fix this um usually by the way if your video Generations fail it's because you either have the wrong API key or your credits are low or your API got banned so we're going to be probably introducing a system with check marks so that if your API is not working um we can just quickly fix that with the uh with the system and with the checks so basically inside the new tool there's going to be an avatar feature you're going to just click on Avatar and what's going to happen is you're going to get a um option to use hey Jen hey Jen is what we're using to do the uh to do the avatars now the pre-made avatars I think work a little bit better they look better than like when you're doing them yourself with like just a normal image of yourself I think it's because they train their avatars to be a little bit more um I don't know just they're just better let me actually show you let's see how this guy's face looks this is one of their pre-trained avatars if you want to make money online easily and quickly using Ai and chat GPT can be a great option yeah that one looks a lot more believable and I don't know like how they're training them there's certain things inside of hey Jen uh when you're doing avatars that I think that they want you to do I think you can actually train these models a little bit better by doing this process by actually recording a video uh if you click on start with an avatar and create an avatar light I think you can make the avatars better by doing it like this but when you do it with just an image I think it comes out a little bit more I don't know just not as believable it looks like you can generate an avatar as well um and I think we can even generate a mid-journey version of ourselves as well but again I think it's going to take some experimenting with I'm not really sure the best way to do this but uh I definitely think when you do the avatars I'm gonna probably go take some pictures later today I do think you need to be facing the camera probably in front of a white background um let me see if I have a few of these in canva that I can actually use I could even try to use one of these like a robot which might be cool AI Chase robot I just don't know how friendly the robot faces are going to be just because um I think like they I think they put teeth in the pictures like in the let's actually just try this I'm gonna go like this we're gonna get this guy here and then I'm gonna save this without a background think of cold lasagna when you take the picture why all right so here's what you do is you go to the tool shine ranker you click on Advanced you go to add Avatar we're going to upload a new Avatar click on this guy and then this should give us a preview of what it's going to look like oh it says no face detected so I guess I can't use something like that it needs to actually detect a face um so yeah I don't know how we would do it with something like that this actually is a green screen in the back but all of them are of me smiling I'm going to try to find without me smiling in the picture maybe something like this uh maybe that one let's try this one I don't know if having a hat on is going to make it worse go like that and then we're gonna go ahead and remove the background how did I make that AI picture oh that's just mid-journey we're gonna make this a little bit bigger so the microphone's not in it we might want to brighten this a little bit too it's kind of dark start it like that um can we make this a little bit brighter it's like super dark uh here we go temperature tint no we don't want the tint we want brightness there we go okay all right so we'll download that we'll try this one this one might work a little bit better again just because it's like staring straight on like this I think that's kind of how you're supposed to have it it's a little bit annoying because I'm slouching in this picture here um let's do that one we're gonna go bring this in this should definitely recognize a face here oh and I don't think I did I download it as transparent you have to make sure you download it as transparent otherwise you get like a background white image download oh yeah yeah go to check that on all right so we're gonna go into shine ranker choose now we got the transparent background and this should pop up let's choose the oh gotta go like that turn that on there and that there we go let's go click on generate now so that should go that should be good on that one I'm just using the same caption each time just to make it easy Let's uh refresh this really quick just to make sure it's going through there we go um all right let's do another one we're gonna let's just try a bunch of different images here we're gonna do um I wonder if there's best practices I should probably read for this that looks like a face I wonder if that one would work that one looks more face like let's try this one I'm gonna go edit remove background Chase can you please show us how to get apis for Mid journey in 11 Labs yeah yeah I'll show you foreign let me grab that and then we're going to go into shine ranker let's see if it'll it'll pick this one up boom and okay generate oh yeah that it picked that one up and we're using my voice for these so might be kind of cool to have a little robot talked for me instead with my voice I wonder if I should make AI chase that might be kind of cool um maybe try one more but this one's kind of cool me with the car in the background but again I want to do transparent just so I'm not like uh I don't want to have this background I want to have just completely transparent canva's kind of cool because it just automatically green screens everything for you like this all right this will be the last one we try that one worked let's select it there we go generate all right so while those are generating um let's talk about the yeah let's talk about troubleshooting okay so look we have people in our Discord server that are saying you know oh I'm having a problem generating videos and even I have problems generating videos sometimes I'm going to show you why you might start running into problems so if you start seeing errors like this you see how it says little video generation failed it's usually because there's something wrong with your API connections if you run the tool without any apis usually it should work fine you just click on this write an idea click on generate you won't have any problems now if you start wanting to add your own stuff in here right like your own hey gen or your own mid Journey key or your own 11 Labs key what's going to happen is you're going to um get failed Generations if uh you run out of credits run out of API credits so you always want to make sure you have enough API credits um and I'll show you how to check those in a second if you put the wrong API key so you always want to make sure that you have the right key and if if for whatever reason your account got banned okay that's usually the reason why the videos don't run so for the mid Journey key if you want faster generations and you want more accuracy meaning you want more image prompts more images in the videos you would have your own mid-journey key the way you would get that is you'd go over to next leg type in next leg API click on here mid Journey API by next leg let it load now when you're in next leg it's going to say add a new account you click on this one it's 40 bucks a month um you sign up for it and then it takes you to your account so if I click on one of these accounts here let me click on this one it's going to basically ask you to agree to the terms of service and once you agree it's going to give you an auth token right here now this next leg account actually got banned so this auth token isn't working right now the reason why it got banned is because there's certain trigger words that they don't like and so you have to be careful with the prompts you're using uh We've we've gone through and fixed this a lot of times so that's why um we have multiple accounts but you can see here it says auth token I can copy that and then that's where I would plug this into mid Journey right here into this key and then I then my accuracy will open up it doesn't turn you don't see it until you plug in the key and then you click on add animations and now you have this okay now you can just generate from here or if you want to go and then grab a hey gen key which this isn't even out yet this is beta this will be here soon but um you can grab a hn API key just type in hey gen API um and you can get it through here again I'll be doing another tutorial on this in the future so don't worry about it right now um I'm also pretty sure I can get people uh free trials on hey gen as well if they want to try it out um voice 11 Labs all you do for this this is just if you want to use your own voice you don't have to you can use um any of the pre-made models here uh which is fine if you want your own voice though you'd use your own 11 labs the way you do that mid Journey API is 40 a month yes but it's optional you don't have to use it it's just if you want more image prompts and faster Generations um so to get your own to get your API key for 11 Labs you'd go to uh profile this is your API key here this is where you would copy and paste it into shine ranker and to add your own voice you just click on add voice add cloned voice instant voice cloning and then you could drag an audio clip in here of your voice call name it say like my AI clone click on here to make sure you have rights add voice and then now when you add your API key inside of shinemaker you click on get voice models it'll give you all the different voices and then wherever you added the voice down here captions this is just if you want to add captions to videos and then this is where you put your own custom script if you don't want to enter an ID up here and have chat gbd come up with the script you would just enter the script here and this is what will be said in the video and then music this is the different music we should have more music choices in the future as well and the ability to upload your own music tool review AI says Hey Chase we
