correctly so pay close attention we can see here that open aai plans to charge $20,000 a month for what they call PhD level agents they're planning to release three different types of these agents that they're going to charge anywhere from 2,000 to $20,000 a month for and when this news was released people had a lot to say and while $20,000 a month seems like a lot to some of these businesses that are paying $120,000 a year or more for various different services this is actually a steal but if you don't have $20,000 a month don't worry we're not talking about buying these agents we're talking about about becoming one wait a minute did he just say become an AI agent yes sort of again pay close attention this is big news that's going to put money in your pocket now some of the agents they're coming out with is going to be the high income knowledge worker assistant which is weighing in at $2,000 a month this is like Professionals in finance Consulting and law so yeah $2,000 versus a lawyer retainer open AI is way cheaper the next one is a software developer agent that is running about $110,000 a month which is going to be various programmers now I know that in-house here we actually have programmers that work full-time and they cost a lot of money however the last couple years with AI I've been able to have one programmer that does the tasks of like 10 programmers all because of AI so essentially I'm getting 10 times the work for the same price keep this in mind for later this is a little insight into how you're going to make money with this side hustle and lastly we have the PHD level research assistant which is coming in at $20,000 a month now I'm envisioning this to be like Google Gemini Advanced deep research but like an agent so it'll actually go out there Content agency that uses Ai and outsourcers to make content for people using chat gbt and tools like grammarly and stuff like that to make a bunch of money in fact just next week I'm going to reveal a domain name I bought that is in this exact thing this is a side hustle I'm doing which is about video creation and you can see here I bought the domain name and the domain name actually has a lot of rankings in Google it was doing pretty good getting a lot of traffic and it still gets traffic today I'm going to use this do domain as part of the S hustle as well now if you don't have money to buy domains and stuff like that don't worry this side hustle can be done just reaching out without having a domain all you would need is like a PayPal account or a way to accept a check or something like that some way to get paid it's actually very simple now looking at the $20,000 a month chat gbt add-ons what we're seeing is that the market is there this is something that people are ready for they're ready to pay they're basically like hey take my money for these different skills now one of the cool things about this is having an AI agent do these skills is not going to have the human element a human controlling the AI is going to be a lot better and even the guys paying $20,000 a month for these they have to have a human go in and tell it what to do so it's not like I just pay the money and the thing just gives me more money than I pay it right that's not how it works at all so having that human element knowing what to do is going to be key and you can even do this where you learn how to program the agents youn learn how to use them different things like that now the capabilities and features here are very important we saw that open AI came out with the operator a couple months ago I'm not super impressed but I do see where they're going with it and I think it can make a lot of money because I can actually go to the chat GPT operator and I can have it do work for me which is really cool so going in there you can go and have it actually browse the web and different things like that right like this super simple super easy and I think there was actually there was an operator over here you can open a new operator or something like that they're always hiding everything from us actually I think it's over here in my personal account right there right so I can actually have the operator go in and browse R uh browse the web uh research things again not super impressed with it but it is getting closer to having agent AI now with the operator they have takeover mode where you can take over and do things as the AI is doing it so this is something where you can be assistant for someone you know you go through get everything sorted out get the cart of all the stuff you need to order and then you process the payment very simple um we can also see that it is uh having the ability to multitask which is really cool and the computer agents and stuff like that so we are seeing that this is getting really big now with this announcement on the $20,000 AI tools what I'm seeing is something that is very very prominent and very big as a s hustle this is going to provide millions of jobs when they say AI is going to take away jobs some people are saying it's going to make more jobs this is where it's going to make more jobs but only for the people who learn the skill and understand it so looking at this let's take a look at some of the things that this is going to do and some of the things that you can do with it again if you want these notes here in house how to do it you can run a run this with AI by creating a script you can charge per video per voiceover or based on what it's going to do maybe there's a guy out there that has a podcast but he doesn't want to chop it up and turn it into blog posts and things like that you can do that and get paid and with AI it's super simple the girl who makes the notes for our videos does a fantastic job with AI she puts a transcript in there and you know she's making some money I got to pay her so it works really really well and it's not that hard to do another one is an AI powered digital marketing agency where you can do ad copy SEO optimization email marketing which is super easy you just go to AI you give it some emails and and tell it what to do um you can do this in an easy way where you could go to a business that doesn't have time to do it you use what you've learned here from me and how to build a business and bada bing bada boom you're Off to the Races very simple again that's going to be like a monthly retainer one you could charge $1,000 $2,000 a client or more sometimes a lot more depending on how big they are and how much work they want again is about being custom because if you go and you do this for one dentist get a result like do the first dentist free do a good job get the result now you can sell it to a bunch of dentists and you're not going to run out of content cont you're not going to run out of customers because there's a lot of dentists who would need this work and it's going to make your job easier because you're going to have all the templates for dentist this is what I did early on in my career where I went for limousine company owners and I did one really really well I charged them $2,000 for the setup and then after I charged them limo companies basically beat my door down because I now was able to create this stuff and now with AI you don't have to be me you don't got to be smart you don't even have to know this stuff it's going to do it for you all you need to do is get really good at knowing what to ask the AI you could go through and you can make a custom AI chatbot automation agency maybe you have those dentists and you can make a chatbot that schedules appointments or something like that Services you can offer are custom gpts chat Bots AI assistance AI powered data entry CRM that ties into like their you know booking system or whatever it is very simple can be completely completely run with AI although this is one of the more complicated ones so if you're looking for something easy content podcast stuff like that's going to be a lot easier for you AI graphic design and branding agency where you could do logo stuff turn their logo into like a a video intro like the one we have for AI website and landing page design and more very very simple very easy again you can do like design fees one time or a monthly branding package AI research this is one we're going to see really really big a lot of people do not know how to use notebook LM and they don't know how to use the Google Gemini deep research as you see here I did deep research for the notes of this video this is something a lot of people don't know how to get and they don't know how to make it fact check itself and they don't know how to get the right research if you know how to do this research for them you can do this for businesses I mean imagine if you came to me and you're like hey I'm an expert on researching videos that go viral in the moneymaking niche and I will help you and here all you got to do is read these notes and bada bing there you go that's essentially what I'm doing so if I had someone else to do that I might pay for that it would work really well you can go out there and do AI powered mark market research competitor analysis datadriven insights AI assisted academic research or even assisted content strategy research where I can go through and say now turn this into a Content strategy where I can get traffic and make money for my client very very simple tools for that would be chat gbt perplexity is really good don't sleep on perplexity that is a big game Cher open AI code interpreter Bard and on and on we go we also have AI powered coding and development this is going to be huge people don't know how to program and they don't know how to program with AI we have 10 xed our business in terms of programming by being able to create things for our business plugins tools calculators different scripts that run like like the debt clock and things like that really cool stuff that can make a lot of money and imagine you go to Realtors and you're like hey I can make you a tool that's going to daily calculate home sales or something like that in your area this is something that's a GameChanger and before now Realtors weren't able to do this and I wasn't able to do this as an agency because if a realtor came to me and was like I want a custom calculator with a ticker that shows the sales I'm going to be like 20 grand and they didn't want to pay it but now I could be like 500 bucks and I could sell them all day long I can create them in seconds with AI it's a GameChanger Services you can offer I'm going to say for this one I would I would get rid of the assistance that would be for the other one stick to the generated web apps and no code Solutions where can price it based on custom development fees support retainers and on and on we go now how do you scale your agency how do you build it first of all you're going to choose a market to serve whether it's Realtors people who need code WordPress developers affiliate marketers people who need content podcasters whoever it is pick your market then you're going to automate as much possible as you can use the tools to go out there and automate it can I use chat GPT to automate you probably heard the thing beeping as we were recording because it's going out there and it's finding me new updates every day for certain things right super simple it goes out there and it finds them daily and all I have to do is report on them so I can have clients I can have daily tasks that are done in chat gbt that give me input for my clients and then I make content based on it and bada bing bada boom there we go one of the ones here is the daily domain report task where it just comes in every day and reports on the top sold domains so maybe you can go in and have it report on the top news for dentist or the top Congress past things for lawyers or whatever it is something very very specific and what's happening is this AI is now doing the work for me I just wake up Plug and Play Boom I'm off to the races and you need to make these Customs so first pick that group you're going to serve no matter who it is there's plenty of money if you do this for dentists and you want to make a couple million bucks a year it's there if you want to make 50 Grand a year that's there too there's a lot of money in these a lot of people don't see the change that is coming and AI is allowing us to do it easier but most people have their head in the sand this is your chance to make money this is your
