today I'm going to show you how to make as much as $220,000 a month or more with an AI driven glossery website yep that's right a couple weeks ago I talked about directory websites because let's face it everyone on YouTube has been talking about directory websites and how to make money with an AI powered directory website and while that can work there's a couple problems you might run into mainly with the monetization you see it's easy to get local traffic and directory traffic and different things like that but making money with that traffic is a different animal altogether so today I'm going to show you something super easy that anyone can do it doesn't take a lot of skills it won't take a lot of money and you can start right here right now today and sometimes even get paid the same day yes ladies and gentlemen this is a strategy I've been using for years to put tons of money in my pocket and today we're going to show you tons of examples of how this works I'm going to show you some sites that I've built how I use AI to make this super easy streamlined inexpensive and super profitable plus I'm going to show you how and why a glossery website is your ticket to Financial Freedom in 2025 if you want to get rich in 2025 with AI listen in and listen closely because in this video I'm going to reveal everything you need to get started right now and using AI these websites practically build themselves so you don't need a lot of teex stuff you don't need to be a writer you don't even need to be good at research because AI has got your back but what is a glossery website how is it different from a directory website and how can someone like you take this method and start making money well that's all going to be revealed right here right now because today's training is going to be a doozy you might want to watch it two or three times so it sinks in because what you're about to learn can and will work when done properly so forget everything you think you know about what works and what doesn't and let me show you cold hard facts so that you can follow along and get results and make money online with your very own glossary website hint things aren't always what they seem started all right ladies and gentlemen welcome to the show today what we're going to do is we're going to talk about the difference between a directory site and a glossery site now a lot of people have been talking about directory sites I have owned many directory sites in my day actually have a couple of them now as well and there are some good things and there are some pitfalls to having them one of them is the monetization and knowing how to get paid what to do different things like that another one is the competition most directory sites tend to be about more competitive topics or they are they're more about um local things that uh may or may not get that much advertisers okay so very important there now what we're going to talk about today is what's known as a GL glery site and it's not what you would probably think a lot of people think about glossery sites and they think oh you know we're going to you know have a dictionary type site or something like that what we're doing is something a little bit different we're going to do a loaded glossery site focused on keywords that make lots and lots of money so very important very good uh we're going to go through let me just fix this camera real quick it's got a little bit of a red tone to it so we'll fix that up um and what we're going to do is we're going to take a look at how these different sites work what to do with them how to make money with them and everything like that so very important let's go over here and I think there we go a little bit better there all right so what we're going to do is we're going to look at these glossery sites we're going to take a look at some examples some that make $20,000 a month or more some of them I think there was one we looked at that was doing like $21 million a month which is pretty insane we're going to talk about that as well we're going to talk about how they work and how they are very minimal easy to set up type things and they are setting you up for Content that is easy to get traffic in a market that has a lot of money so the idea is actually very simple what we're going to do is we are going to have our glossery website over here and our glossery website is going to lead to stuff that pays a lot of money so we might have like mortgages or some kind of psychology terms or maybe certain types of terms around cooking or being a chef maybe certain terms about getting accepted to colleges something that's going to have this big money because I think what a lot of people try to do online is they try to set up sites in a bulk type manner so they're setting up a directory site and they're trying to get a bunch of traffic but it's not focused it's not deliberate and so what happens is they're making very very very little money per click and since they're not getting that much traffic they give up because they're like okay this isn't making any money what do I do why doesn't it work now what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to find things where I'm going to get paid a lot more per click versus something where it's just a small amount that way I don't need that much traffic to make money and everything I do is going to be much more focused much more harnessed that is how and why the glossery method works so let's first go in and talk to you about the intro to the glossery method and how it works now the lights are too bright we can't find a happy medium can we um but going through here we're going to take a look and see what these look like in a real world way there we go all right so with the glossery method what we're going to do is we're going to take a look at examples like this one now this one here which is an SEO glossery seo.com Basics glossery let's go ahead and pull this up I want to show you exactly how this works because what you're going to see is a discrepancy between earnings per click and what you're actually going to make this is super important um and I'll show you this in just a minute let's do a HRS in this training we're going to use a hre just to prove where the traffic is when you're doing this at home you do not need a fancy keyword tool it does help to have one but you don't need one uh because what's going to happen is the AI is going to do it for you so this is one of the rare methods where you can actually do this without having some fancy tools so let me type this in here we'll do seo.com Basics glosser okay and this is just a byproduct on this website it's not even like the big part of the website so we could see here with just this one part right this seo.com is going to be a gigantic type site so if we were to do just seo.com obviously this goes up a lot this goes up a lot however looking at just the glossery page which is about search engine optimization we have 6,700 visitors a month and one of the cool things about this is it's really not that old this is less than 2 years old of them going for this traffic this glossery type thing so looking at this we are seeing 6,700 visitors a month at a traffic value of $4,000 a month now when we're looking at $44,000 a month we have to understand that I think that this Market has a lot more money in it because if you were to go to something like spyfu right over here and look up let's say we wanted to go for something like SEO Services which basically what these people want now we're going to see that this is triggering a $15 click right so over here it's saying yeah we're roughly I don't know do the math there somewhere around 75 uh or what would that be about 75 cents per visitor whereas over here we're seeing $15 per visitor where's the discrepancy and again that's why we're going to go in a very tight-knit way to focus on this stuff okay so what we need to do is we need to find a market where the Spy fu is kind of off the charts in terms of earning and also there are offers that we can use as well software tools whatever it is that we can do to get that in there that's where the key is going to be so now if we were to take this and say okay well let's say let's say we only get you know a small fraction of that maybe 20% or whatever that would be roughly $3 a click if my math is correct which would boost this up to around $118,000 now again looking at that I do not think that's out of the norm however I do need to say results not typical implier guaranteed the average person trying to make money online makes nothing and the average person online has no idea how much of the traffic is worth and they're wasting a lot of it so what we're doing this is about getting rid of the waste and understanding what's going on now when we go through here we got to look at this now a bad guy says when you say per click do you mean if someone buys something no I mean per click literally per click an impression is when your ad is shown these are actual clicks these are visitors to his website that's the number I'm talking about um where when you're getting into the per sale stuff you might see a different amount um per sale like maybe you'll get $1,000 a sale or whatever these companies uh are paying but when you're looking at this this is legit what people are paying if you were to go to Google and search for SEO Services that's what these people are paying they're paying a ton of money because this is a huge huge market and it it doesn't it doesn't really matter if they buy or not I mean in the end yeah the advertiser is going to drop if people aren't buying things but they know that this word converts much like if you were to go out there and do something like HELOC for a home equity line of credit if you were to do this one you could see Helo comes in at $11.27 so what we're doing is we're looking for high margin words that we can get people to based on this method so we're going to find the the group whether it's a HELOC whether it's SEO whether it's Chef terms cooking terms whatever it is we're going to find that stuff okay and we're g to we're going to dive into it so now let's move this over here there we go I think I can put that right there I think we're okay for now till I go to the chalkboard then it'll get confusing but what we're going to do is we're going to turn definitions into Dollars building profitable glossery websites with minimal effort so we saw the SEO one we also see this one here which is for accounting all right this accounting one's doing about $77,000 a month in free traffic value according to AHS however I think it's a lot higher because when you have accounting terms and money terms if you know what you're doing you can make a lot of money and lucky for you by the end of this training you will know what you're doing so congratulations welcome all that fancy stuff here's another one $7500 a month in traffic value with approximately 4,000 visitors this is for marketing terms this is one of the examples we are going to do on this training another one for Tech techopedia which is for Tech stuff about $268,000 a month in free traffic again they're not paying anything that is what the advertisers are paying they're getting the traffic free so if you could get free traffic that advertisers are paying lots of money for well then you can make a lot of money this is what I've been doing for many years I'll never forget when the AdSense platform came out back in 2003 when I first got my first big check from paperclick up until then I had done pretty good I was making you know some months would be 10,000 a month with the find what search engine um but when Google came out everything changed and for those that know how to use these platforms properly rather than hey I'm just going to blog about whatever I feel like blogging about and hope that I get paid that's not what we're doing whenever I talk about blogging or high ticket niches or whatever it is we are talking about this in a different way than most people talk about it most people are like oh we're going to blog about our breakfast and make a Blog about bikes and railroads or whatever it is we're actually doing something very specific based on the money because I'm here to make money if I like the topic that's a that's a side byproduct that's not my main goal okay also looking at something like Investopedia $24 million a month in free traffic now are you going to make the next Investopedia probably not but if he's making 24 $4,000 a month I think we could probably scrape by and make a living all right that's not that far-fetched so looking at this what we're going to do is we're going to look at how the glossery method Works how glossery websites work how to build them everything like that now glossery websites are easy to create because they are clean scalable format again we don't have to be creative I don't have to come up with some crazy stuff I just go down the list and provide something in a good way way now what you're going to notice is there is like the dictionary method where it's like oh I can go through and I can do here's the term here's the definition okay that's one thing you can do that works really well however what's going to happen is this is going to be like dupe content which is like what everyone else is doing so we're going to do is we're going to structure it different thinking about why someone would look up a definition because here's the deal if I was to go out there and I was to go to let's say chat GPT or something like this and let's say I wanted to do please list 50 glossery words related to a HELOC loan if I was to do something like this we have to understand okay what are these terms you got loan to value you got combined loan to value ratio so CLTV and I got to ask is anyone that's on this training did you guys type in CLTV in Google today probably not you probably didn't type any of these in because you were not interested in a HELOC if you did type them in chances are you were interested in a HELOC loan now if we were to take a look at something like this go over to keyword Explorer and look up CLTV we can see CLTV meaning how to calculate what is CLTV CLTV calculator see how this right here is a niche in and of itself now what we need to do is we need to understand that when you're looking at keywords on Google on ahfs or whatever searches are inventory okay so I want you to visualize it you're like okay I can't see Google CU it's like online but what would it look like if I was to visualize it well over here they might have a term that's called HELOC okay and you can see using these tools if you were to use spyfu we could go over here and we can hopefully open this up where' we go all right got a lot of things open here we're going to try our best all right so we're going to go over here and we'll type in HELOC right here and we could see the inventory so this is like if you had inventory if you had like stuff on a shelf all right so this is a product on a shelf it's it's $1 let's call it per click because that is the product you're getting clicks there's 40,000 clicks a month for an estimated value of a little over a quarter of a million dollars so the word helck to Google is worth over a quarter of a million dollars actually think it's worth more than that we'll talk about that in a little bit and if you did the math 11 time 40,000 it's a lot more than that it is roughly a half a million dollars if my math is correct which I think it is so starting to look at this you could see okay so there's a half a million dollars here that that's one word now one word one month how many of you guys are getting it you're like wow one word one month that's pretty solid so if I had a number one ranking for HELOC I would be making a lot of money yes you would now there are other terms as well if we were to go through and look at that other term for CLTV or CLTV calculator okay what you're going to see is there is search volume okay so there's search volume which is at 220 a month okay cost per click is zero on this one because it's a weird term they they don't know what it is yet that's why this method works okay how many of you guys are like ah I see this makes sense so now we're going through and we have 380 visitors a month if I was able to take some of those 380 visitors a month knowing that they're going to get a house loan or a HELOC or something like that well then I can actually turn a profit with that that is how I want to visualize this site okay when we're looking at it a lot of people go through and they look at the bulk method this is why the directory uh site method appealed to so many people because they're like oh I'll just throw up a bunch of directory stuff and I'm going to get paid what they're doing is they're doing like throw the spaghetti at the wall see how many noodles stick and if it's done properly they should all stick but you know people don't cook their spaghetti the right way at any rate looking at this they're like oh hey I got one that worked or whatever and it's more or less luck they're going for luck they're going for not really a a targeted design what I'm doing is I'm going for a targeted design making content for something specific for a reason for what I know that they will do next I know that these people are interested in the HELOC stuff so going through looking at this that's the inventory if you guys get it type inventory and we will keep going so clean scalable format easy minimal design requirements I mean I started messing around with a glossery site here in Bolt it did a fantastic job of creating it I'm going to talk to you about why this is not the best model but we will use it just not as our main course um this will help you create other stuff so looking at this it's it's organizing it it's making it pretty good minimal design concise content creation obviously to create content around this is is super easy all I would need to do is take our term over here CLTV calculator I could go over to deep seek or bolt or whatever I want and I can just go right in like this and say what is please define and it'll actually make the content in a very very specific way okay so it's going to go through it'll tell us what it's going to do and then it'll actually do it for us and then we can actually have it create the calculator as well all right so now it's going to go through and it does say okay so CLTV it might have customer lifetime value so that could be a different one let's take a look at what our metric says so CLTV let's say how about related to HELOC loans okay so that's the customer one which we could use that as well I mean that's that's also inventory everything is inventory if you understand it correctly and that's how you make a living online using search Market marketing and content marketing is really going through and saying hey everything's inventory I can go through and make everything work if I'm willing to do it a lot of people don't understand this so let's do it with HELOC loans take a look at what it comes up with here right like this helux day okay good so now it's got this excellent so now it's going to go through and it'll Define it and we wait and wait and then should there we go so we discussing combined loan value in the context of HELOC here's what it is what is it okay great so I could just go through and I would think about this in terms of like why would someone search for this what does this do in relation to HELOC okay cool why would the person look this up related to HELOC and Home Loans so what we're going to do is we're going to do a lot like that card method where we're like okay what's the word what's the definition why would you look it up how is the difference here now Samuel says what about keyword difficulty we're going to get that in a minute we're going to talk about how using this method is actually it makes that a non-issue so the competition isn't going to matter because what we're going to do is we're going to stand out okay so now we have this I could hey what does it do related to the Home Loans um and deep seek is is really good for this all right so now it's going to go and then we can say now please make the calculator in HTML or whatever it is and it should make it with a demo there it should be pretty simple and what's going to happen is you'll have a a combined website of the definitions the tips what they're used for the calculators the tools and it's going to be in a market that gets a lot of traffic so going through this what we're going to do also is we're going to do combine loan to value and I'm just going to go through and I'm going to put this in let me open this here and I'm going to put this in YouTube so you could see that people are actually making video content based on this as well okay so check this out real estate combined loan to value combined loan to value there here's one loan to value ratio 45,000 uh this one's a little bit smaller understanding comined probably do better on that uh combined and this is perfect content that you can use with a faceless Channel super super easy so going through we could see hey yeah people are actually looking this up let's try Pinterest as well I'm sure there's people out there on Pinterest that are making uh content for this as well okay so put combined loan to value enter and so we could see loan officer marketing ideas Loan Servicing questionnaire schedule of payments it's actually nothing really super direct for this one except for this so this is mortgage mortgage something now watch this okay so if I go through I should be able to open this and go to this one here so mortgage Raider it doesn't say how many views he has usually it'll say how many views um but not that many not that much stuff going on here but if you were to go through and utilize this I mean let's see if we click that that'll probably go to his website um but there's lots of people that are doing this it's not that hard to do the content's really easy it's very streamlined very structured the key is is to think about why they would want this stuff and how it's going to help them and AI is going to do that for us I mean it does it in such an amazing way it's not even funny so looking at that we can repurpose existing content like f faq's blog post product descriptions we could do tools and automation plugins AI tools and all of these niches are going to be Evergreen so you don't have to worry about oh in 6 months you know is there going to be a new fad doesn't matter because we are we are going off of something that actually works that we know works now when we do this we can use AI I find chat chd4 to be better at this because it's it's fast and it doesn't time out using the more complicated models this doesn't take that much like that would be like going and asking the Harvard Professor how to count to 10 right we're not going to do that it would be a waste of his time and it might take him a while to like figure out why you're asking him the question that's kind of how AI is so now looking at this if we were to do an interior design glossery what I would want to do is say okay well where is my money where's the money in this Niche all right well we can do interior design I think the money is probably going to be in like remodel so we have Interior Design coming in at 650 a click that's not bad that's actually pretty good right out of the get get-go but if we do something like remodel now we'll see something bigger right like bathfitters and stuff like that is probably what's going to come up here $3 let's do kitchen remodel kitchen remodel put a space there that would help and so now we have kitchen remodel bathroom remodel living room Remodel and all these these other terms that are related to expensive stuff so if we were to go through what happens is when people are looking something up they are going to go deeper in the process when you say oh you know I need to know about the foundation how do I get a new foundation for my house they're going to look things up like rebar and structure and whatever else you look up for that so now if we were to do that for interior design glossery we can see all of these words here and what's going to happen is it's literally going to spit out a pile of gold for you well figuratively right and let me show you what that looks like so what we're doing is we're taking the inventory of smaller words like this okay so let's say bath fitters so let's say we want to do bath fitters something like that that's a company that pays a lot of money and there's quite a bit of inventory however the inventory times out at 6,300 now online when you have inventory there's two ways to make a bunch of money okay this is why you guys deal with competition okay way number one is get to the top dive in that competition muscle it out try to get the top ranking you guys have probably all been there done that tried that it's actually pretty difficult now some words maybe you can get byy on but what we're going to do is Method number two which is inflate ethically the amount of people interested okay think about that inflate the amount of people interested for example couple years ago when um all the stuff was going on in the world they had an ERC we talked about one of these sites on a previous video where the ERC was a tax credit that you could get for a small window of time and when people looked it up this went through the roof right so it inflated the amount of people interested in that topic the topic always already existed but now it's inflating because of other things going on now you can inflate it by getting more people interested in this term or getting people who are interested in the market as a whole so like oh hey here's a cool you know bathroom here's an idea for the bathroom or model or whatever it is the way we can do that is by going through and utilizing the glossies Okay so we were to go through and we were going to say okay how about specific terms related to bathroom remodels and we go like this here okay so now we have bathroom R accent tile Al Cove bathtub all of this stuff here how about specific work terms that builders and construction people remodeling bathrooms would use okay so this is going to go through and it's going to make it very very specific okay so now we have uh ABS pipe access panel excellent so now we have all this stuff here and this is all going to be related to bathroom stuff so what's going to happen is you're automatic going to be a um what do you call it expert in your field right you're going to be the authority okay so if we were to go through and look up something like a hrf here and do keyword Explorer okay right like this we're going to take this glossery which is pertaining to bathroom remodel and we can see there is a 363,000 field inventory right so that's how many people are looking up now if we were to do just bathroom remodel we could see here bathroom remodel is going to be 27,000 so we're almost 10x the amount of traffic okay very simple very easy there we have it okay so going through we can say okay well what can I do with each of these how can I make it work now going through making this what we're going to do is we are going to build our site so we're going to pick our Market okay you can pick your Market several different ways maybe like bathroom remodels maybe like car parts maybe like insurance or whatever it is pick something that is high profit margin if I was to go through and say uh car insurance okay what I would do is I would find something for car insurance cuz that one is at $23 uh a click with a inventory amount of like $8 million a month pretty cool the question is how am I going to get this because it is super super super super comp comptitive well what I could do is I could get people in the middle of trying to understand something right if I was to do like home insurance how can I get people in the middle of understanding their home insurance policy that would be key right because I mean nobody understands Insurance the documents written by 400 lawyers it's a thousand Pages deep nobody understands it we just pay and hope that they will help us when we need it which unfortunately isn't always the case however understanding this we can go through and we can use chat gbt and say please make a glossery for people who want to understand homeowners insurance okay and so this would go through and it'll do that glossery for you and now you're going to have all of these other things additional living expenses appraisal binder uh deductible right different things like that and you're going to see in pertaining to or regarding this keyword we're going to have deductible home insurance boom now you got 1300 people competition drops way down and now we have all these terms about 10,000 5,000 2500 is it good on and on we go so now we have this pool of people in a market that advertisers have not figured out yeah this is worth $20 a click they just don't know how to get it yet they haven't put two and two together this is where we're going to come in so going through and looking at this I would go through i' probably start by trying to find a domain name right so maybe I could do um let's do insurance something like that maybe I can find one like car insurance or whatever if I can find one that has some kind of rankings or backlinks or traffic that would be a plus if not I can start from Square One that's fine too however I like giving myself a little head start with the domains that's why we do our high ticket Niche method where we actually give you the domain and everything too so now we're going to go through and we'll say okay how do we build this site well we can use bolt which will help us build the back end of the glossery I would say yeah let's let's build this on our site I would build it on you know whatever my insurance site is.com glossery I would load this as is and then I would use this content in whatever else I wanted to do so if I want to go through and open a new bolt and say please make a glossery website specific to understanding homeowners insurance quotes documents coverage ECT now what we're going to do is something very very important because when we go through and we create the glossery we want to also have like an out which is kind of known as like a site map or a group of terms or a list of pages or something like that and we're going to go from there uh Matt says so building content around the glossery items basically exactly and then what we're going to do is we're going to branch that content out in a different way because what's going to happen is you're going to use this as your Hub okay so your Hub is going to be hey check it out here's my insurance glossery site boom okay insurance glossery site then when we have content you're going to go through and you're going to find interesting things okay interesting facts is key to making money if you ignore this this is why you're not making money because what you're doing is you're ignoring the wrong you're paying attention to the wrong thing and you're ignoring the stuff that actually makes money so when I'm going through here I'm trying to think about what I can use right maybe something like dwelling coverage okay so now this is our Hub this is great this is wonderful now I can go through side by side I'm going to use something like chat gbt or even deep seek I could go to deep seek and say when pertaining to Insurance um dwelling coverage find an angle that would would be super interesting or a fact about this people get wrong right so what this is going to do it's going to direct it in a different way to think different I find that deep seek is actually very good at thinking different that's one of the outliers that deep seek has that other AIS don't have it thinks a little bit different let's put this also in chat gbt so you can see uh the difference in the thought process so we'll do one pertaining to insurance coverage types in coverage okay so we'll do this and see what comes up so with deep seek it's got the interesting stuff which is cool and what I'm thinking here is video content blog content and Pinterest content because if I can get people who are not interested in Insurance to see something and go oh crap does mine have that you just took them from 0 cents a click to a $20 click basically invented money out of nothing this is very powerful make sure that you use it ethically do not go out there and entice people to click when they shouldn't click or entice them to do things they shouldn't do be ethical you don't need to be weird about it all you need to do is focus on what does the people want so going through here the hidden Pitfall of dwelling coverage building code upgrades and the ordinance or law Gap okay interesting what people get wrong many homeowners assume dwelling coverage automatically accounts for all costs to rebuild their home however a critical misconception is overlooking how changes in building codes can drastically inflate rebuilding expensive costs often not covered by standard that's interesting so think about that I didn't know that till today all right we uh we used to live in San Francisco where the houses are a lot older unless we go up to St Augustine then they're way old but at any rate in San Francisco you pay like5 bazillion dollars for for a one half B half like square foot thing but at any rate um here's the deal so if they assess the value of your house at you know $1 million but the new building code requires 2 million you can't get your house built with insurance they're not going to pay for that new upgraded thing that's pretty interesting so what I would Envision is say okay here's an image showing a house and then half of it's gone and it says interesting fact you didn't know about your home M's insurance or not knowing this fact could cost you your house that's something that would be really good so now we're seeing okay the ordinance law then this I'll bet you this um also has some words with it okay so let's go to chat GPT over here we're going to do or actually so let's see what it did here okay see how see how deep seek just stomped chat GPT out of the water like it was like talking to a genius versus talking to someone who's like who are we talking about what's going on here I don't know any of this so looking at that was kind of key that's why people are up in arms about deep seek it thinks completely different um now we could say something like great thanks what are some terms related to ordinance or law and hopefully it'll keep it pertaining to this yes it is in the context of dwelling okay and do you guys get how that works how we can make content about something interesting like that get them to a report that's actually helpful and then have ads for homeowners insurance or uh different things like like that okay so now we have uh demolition cost increased cost of instruction so increased cost of construction it's going like this I'll bet you people are searching for this boom yep there you go so 30 people not much doesn't really matter because we're going to be getting them from somewhere else but now we're like okay now I see how this works someone's sitting there reading their homeowners policy they're typing it in wondering what it is we're going to help them with that okay so now as we go through we can actually look at something like this okay you have Peril additional living expenses okay and it's it even has like a little drop downs and stuff let's do now add a bunch more terms like maybe this one here what was it called it was called ordinance of law or something like that let's just do add more terms let's see what else it comes up with okay and we're going to use this structure this is going to be part of our website it's not going to be the main website and then if you want it you can even go in and say now please have a spot on all pages two to three times where I can put and then you would just enter in a banner ad size or something like that let's do I think the AdSense size that converts the best is AdSense sizes I think it was yeah this one 336x 280 this is historically the best one 336 by 280 adds and it'll do that so now it's extending it's going to make the extra terms right like this okay so now we got actual cash value replacement cost Pearl good so this got a lot more on it and then I can say now please have the spot for the for the ads and I don't know if these go to Pages we're going to make them blog pages so we can go through and we can give it a site map and have it do that okay um let's go says this is ideal for a travel insurance page yeah this this works it's something that everyone's a lot of people are going to overlook because it's so simple but it it works like crazy I've had uh mortgage glossery sites I think one of my mortgage glossery sites its best day was like 1,700 bucks just in ad Revenue um and it was very simple it's not too difficult to do and then you can have like calculators and things so now did it have the ads let's see each ad space is clearly marked with the light gray background add the sample bot for the ads so I can see where it is so go like this okay yeah it would be uh organic yes you're going for organic traffic here okay so we'll wait for this and we wait and we wait and wait and while we're waiting you can look at all the other stuff as well in terms of how we're going to get it bolt tells you it's done ready before it's finished updating the code yeah it does so there's our ad space up there there's another one so it's got quite a few ad spaces that's looking pretty good now I can say now please make a site map with just a list of all the terms no definition okay and so what we're going to do is we're going to build this out this going to be on the backside uh real estate glossery site the real estate one I never had a real estate one mine was mortgages it was an older one um but I have had like we use this method on several of my sites I have a marketing one uh different things like that so let's fix this here and when you go through you're going to see that this works like crazy I actually did one for direct response marketing so like here the direct response marketing one hopefully it'll load again might get mad at me for having a couple in there okay should fix itself looks like it might be in a loop but this was the direct response one and then on the direct response one what I did is I had a site map so that I could just take all of these words put them into the keyword tool and now I have people that are interested in um marketing stuff so if I do keyword Explorer pop all these in here and then I would get rid of these guys and then what it would do is it would show me the terms that people are looking at right so uh psychology guarantee conversion that's a good one um urgency so all of these in terms of how you're going to get traffic and and and make money you have 43 words okay a lot of these are high competition which is okay we're going to do a a double method so you're going to do you're going to do uh the keyword plus whatever it is unique selling proposition in marketing or inir response marketing buyer Persona in marketing stuff like that also what we're going to do is this is a perfect batch of 43 Pinterest pens or videos I can make right so now I can say okay great now pertaining to psychology make me a a video about this or make me a title about this or make me a Pinterest pin idea about this so it's all going to be very structured and very easy and it's all going to be based on whatever bolt comes up with so bolts coming up with this one boom there we go and it's natural because all you'd have to do is go say go to my site for other glossery terms and different things like that um but understanding these is absolutely key because that's this is how people search This Is How They think of things this is how they organize stuff um like Matt says this is Bridging the Gap between cheap easy traffic and the competitive stuff it's exactly what we're doing um you don't need ahfs to do this because what's happening is Bolt is doing it automatically okay so AHS is good good like I mean I like having it I pay a lot for my version um but going through and and having the tool do it you're going to get the words like what we're doing is we're just using ahrs to prove the concept to say yes these do work okay so let's see is this actually there we go so the homeowners insurance one now we have our site map and you can see coverage Basics coverage types and this is cool these are perfect for like Pinterest stuff apology terms you need to understand boom they're going to go to the site and you'll see that on Pinterest people do this all the time or something like extended replacement or additional living whatever it is water backup coverage okay so this kind of thing here water backup coverage boom there you go okay exactly it's like a big loop just looping people around to what we want so water backup C coverage what is it see these people are like oh what the heck is this it's on my bill why am I paying for this I never have water back up does homeowners insurance cover water damage that's the market where there's going to be a ton there's going to be a ton here's 10 competition this one's 30 competition watch what happens to the cost per click right they're going to say it's three bucks spyfu is going to be off the chart so if we go spyfu home insurance $22 does homeowners insurance cover water damage probably way less so this is probably going to be like a quarter something zero however watch this water damage boom now we got $22 a click is this making sense to everyone you're basically finding free money using these tools making a glossery making your content about the glossery sending them back to the glossery having the ads that pay a lot of money and bada bing bada boom we are off to the races same thing over here with the direct response marketing one what are they interested in well they're interested in copywriting they're interested in um you know sales marketing funnels different stuff like that and understanding that we could literally do this with whatever we want We're Off to the Races right I could do this with okay um right now there is a housing crisis that nobody wants to admit is going on but it is happening um house prices are plummeting and if we could go through and say okay let's make a glossery website with 100 terms about house price decline right like this and what'll happen is we'll go through and we'll get all these terms it'll do all the work for us and then we're going to make the content based on the terms and we're going to get people to it and all you would have to do is just go there and read your site every day go to you know Tik Tok and be like hey today we're talking about um you know loan to value today we're talking about the appraisal amount today we're talking about to get a mortgage modification that's going to be huge and you're going to see even though it sounds like the mortgage modification companies are trying to help you out they're always making money on the back end which is why mortgage modification is a doozy right so mortgage modification $584 a click not a whole lot here but we're going to get people that are interested in it instead of waiting to rank you can pay cheaper clicks to jump start you could most of the time it's not going to be cheap so I would use social media in that okay very cool uh so areas industries that require a lot of implo imposed legal nonsense they could but it's not limited to just those you could use these for anything um and going through here's here's another one you can use which would be really good um and this will be a big one coming up so now you have Market correction housing bubble zoning negative equity it's pretty cool okay did it add the 100 words no now add a lot more terms and have a section have a glossery section for foreclosures right and what you're going to see is like deed and LU and foreclosure and different things like that where it's like these people are looking for that they just don't know that they're going to end up at the destination that we know they're going to end up at in a minute right um what do you think about a site regarding veteran disability it would depend on what you're trying to do is there something that goes with it is like disability insurance what is it you're trying to get them into that would be where I would think um very important David says legal Insurance and financial have always paid huge for ads or affiliate products since the90s exactly it's like back in the day um so you guys want to hear about one of my failure business things this was back before AdSense was super popular and back before um a lot of advertisers were paying for this back in the day I had one of the biggest um mesothelioma lawsuit sites ever thing was huge we got tons of traffic but the advertiser I couldn't pair it with advertisers I was in my 20s I didn't know what I was doing I couldn't pair it with advertisers So eventually I just I think I just let it expire I didn't do anything with it um had I had that five 10 years later that traffic would have been worth probably a couple hundred grand a month so understanding this I I knew how to get the traffic that part was there um the money part I had to learn the hard way later but understanding like that's where this is now you're going to start to see hey this works right and it actually organizes them all nice um legal notice of pending foreclosure action so this one here okay I wouldn't even known what this word was and what's going to happened too as a byproduct you're going to learn about your Niche really good so now you have notice of this and check it out it's actually probably trending right now because a lot of forclosure and check it out Investopedia is doing this exact same thing what is this definitions and examples okay um they're doing generic ads everywhere which like they could be making a lot more money by saying okay someone got this form what is it it we can do with them much in the same way if you were to go out there because we know that a tax we know that taxes are money that's a big Market if I was to say let's make a glossery site with lists of tax forms IRS USA and what they do okay what's going to happen is if you were to do something let's say uh tax relief okay so or let's do um tax form or let's do tax relief okay so tax relief is going to be super competitive you're going to be tapped out at about 6100 this is people looking it up from like a an ad or whatever but tax relief 6100 okay you're tapped out there and you're in the pool of super super competitive so what if in my glossery I have forms people would fill out that would make them want tax relief boom there we go uh Anthony says for clarification instead of a glossery site for coupons I'd create a site for Budget living or saving money this would not I I wouldn't do this for the coupon Niche because it's too low profit like the the amount you're going to make per click on that is going to be low now budget living yes you could do that in budget living like you know how to save money on this save money on that whatever it is um those are things you can do so going through that again you want to look at it the SEO optimization is going to be natural for this I would use a WordPress for me and I would go and do um the actual glossery on the site but on a separate part so what it would look like would be I would have WordPress on my main ww site okay so this would be WordPress I'd have all my posts and stuff then I would have my glossery on/ terms or something like that this would be I'd have that with the ads funnel it in there I started internet marketing in 1996 I'm in the internet archive cool I started in 90 98 technically 99 officially and then 2000s when I started doing this full-time um so looking at that let's see how this one came out so the insurance one is good it's got the ads there again all you'd have to do is replace it with your ad um code right there so this one here have all the stuff for foreclosure which is going to be good it's going to be big I mean this is I just saw a chart the other day where foreclosures and and people not paying their bills is is on the rise so now we have the IRS tax forms 1090 or uh 1040 form 10909 1099 okay application for extension schedule A8 a tax credit please add 20ish more let's see what it does here you could no Dino you I I don't think you're I don't think you're seeing it the right way um if you were to look at terms related to cooking yes you can because what you would need to do is you need to understand like recipes or cooking is there a high-end part people going or or thinking about going to school for like Mitchell and Chef fancy stuff yes you can that's where you would do something like this so it's not limited there's just some that don't work as well as others uh could it work for the cursor Niche not really like in a sense it can cuz you could talk about the different cursors but that's more SEO keyword stuff it's not so much glossery what this is for is really really high-end backend stuff so cursors is a a lower paying market and and what you're going to do is like use spyfu doesn't cost anything to use a free tool if you do mouse cursor okay this is going to be really low what I want is I want to see some terms in my market that are like like 20 bucks or more like when this says a164 it's not a164 trust me it's not uh crypto would be fantastic I think that's a great one uh when you look at crypto stuff again that that one would be wonderful please make a site crypto glossery right and different things like if you had a hundred terms you need to understand about crypto that would be really really really good okay um let's see are we going out and finding the advertiser to put on the site it's all automatic so you're going to do I mean you could go out and find them but most of it's going to be through ad Network programs affiliate offers uh things of that nature um is what you're going to do because that's where you're going to trigger the more per click right because it like though they have the reach to where you could get that amount per click even without the amount of traffic okay so now we're going through like this with the crypto one Bitcoin blockchain hoodle so all these things here and and using chat GPT or deep seek alongside this is going to be good please make a 250 word glossery for crypto right and you're going to see all of this stuff is going to work really really well how would you get the paid advertisers just by keyword from Google when advertisers setting up the ads yeah you would use a network so you're going to go to the network and you would just swap out wherever the code is with your network code and that'll get you paid can you add AdSense in Bolt new no uh yes and no so what we're going to do is I'm going to say please add some add spaces for I mean I guess you could give it your your code let's do 728 by 90 I'm doing 728 by 90 because these are like banners so it'll fit good 728 by 90 three times on the page and have a place code here in its own txt file where I can put my ADD code and then what this will do is it'll actually pull from a page on your site that way all I have to do is change that one page boom it'll change the ad everywhere and it should make a little like ads.txt file over here let's see here it should be pretty simple um but using these like eventually you should get traffic like if you want to do the social method with Pinterest and stuff you'll get it pretty quickly but otherwise you should get some traffic I mean if you have a domain that'll kick it off that would help as well so see ad code we just put our ad code right here okay and you can see this is it would be up here here and down here okay and then all I would need to do is edit or change this so like if I said oh hey I can make more over at mediavine boom I would put my mediavine code in there just swap it out or I could make more with an affiliate offer boom I would put that there just make sure it's the same size so very simple um I don't know if I would give it my actual ad code because I I don't know what bolt does with all the stuff I give it so you know no I'm not really interested in figuring it out either but having that now I'm in control of it I have my own uh ad setup um and then I can go through and you'll see like you know defi smart contract all of these will get traffic and if we if you're willing to go out there and get the traffic a lot of people just want to push a button on bolt load it to their site and make a million dollars tomorrow not going to happen there's some work involved you're building a a resource that you need to drive people to now if you were to go through and do something like initial coin offering I'm sure this gets quite a bit of traffic there you go pretty solid pretty good if you're doing the tax one I could go through and find the specific tax forms that have to do with payment plans or whatever would lead us to believe that people need help with their taxes then I would get them into tax relief tax relief boom now we got $27 a click if I go to offer Vault there will be offers for that so looking at that and really focusing is key uh a couple of questions coming in how long does it take to rank for a keyword what about the competitive high-paying keyword so what you're doing is you are taking your competitive market okay so your Market let's say say it is uh tax relief this is your big money market okay you're never trying to rank or get direct people for tax relief you're going around and finding a glossery for people who want tax relief okay does that make sense it's like a back door so we'll go through and we'll say um let's do new chat find 50 words people interested or needing tax relief might want include forms ECT okay or EC I think I think I said it right I just spelled it wrong we have a commentor who does not like that I say that wrong he's mad I think he actually unsubscribed oh no all right but actually we're going to go through and look at this here and let's see here okay so deductions good itemized this looking good 401K let's see if it gets the actual forms education mortgage interest earned income tax okay so this is okay I think it could do better what I'm actually looking for is like how about forms related to pay plans or lowering taxes something like this and it should get us over there let's see so form 882 depreciation it's interesting how it talks to itself if you actually go through this okay so now we have form Okay cool so form 9465 this one here and watch what happens boom 2500 they're looking for tax relief they just don't know to Google that because they're Googling the form and this will happen with a lot of them you can actually have a glossery of different forms that would help them now what you need to do here is um obviously be careful of trademark rules user generated content terms of use and disclaimers always say you're an affiliate always disclose that you are actually making money with your site that there is commercial interest um because funny enough I mean a lot of people don't understand that still um having different compliance different stuff like that making sure that there's no plagiarism because a lot of these you know the the terms and the definitions are pretty basic so looking at that um you want to make sure that you're not directly copying make sure you add to it like if I was going to do the crypto one I would try to see what I can do with it like okay um maybe open up deep seek or chat GPT and say with gas fee on crypto please explain so I'd go like this now make a glossery definition okay how they work different stuff like that so this is actually pretty decent content off the off the get-go but then we would want to see like how can we get them into something else like what what eventually would they want okay so traction fee paid by users bre okay who would look this up okay now let's make a cool content for the person looking this up and how it affects investing see how we're going the extra mile and making something that's like oh hey now how does this affect this how does that do that what are gas fees transaction paid so like this could work really well and I'm sure if you were to go over to Pinterest there's probably someone with a pin that is about gas fees or whatever gas fees crypto so here you have gas fees in crypto ethereum gas blockchain ethereum gas fees explained um crypto gas fees so see how this is working that's what we would do boom done deal and a lot of these they're just going down the list of glossies and they are taking you to whatever their site is about let's see oh you know what I that's CU I'm not logged in I need to log in on this one I should be logged in on this one that's how you see the the amount so like this guy here right um coin exchange A to Z that's literally what he's doing 21,000 views a month on Pinterest if you had that extra thing like go to my site to download the crypto glossery or or cheat sheet or whatever it's content that naturally leads into itself and this is good content it's something that um you're doing very helpful stuff any recommended Pinterest generator you recommend that won't generate weird text so with Pinterest um You probably won't like my answer uh my answer is I have an in-house team that makes them for me under my specific needs like I'm I'm very rigorous about how certain things done content I'm very rigorous about it video very rigorous Pinterest very rigorous um so what we do is we have an in-house team you can get an outsourcer or you could use our team and you would just say hey I would want you know 100 glossy terms I think right now our pins are I don't know they're like three to five bucks each or something like that depending on how many you buy um which will save you time and effort and it'll get you stuff the right way because here's the deal anyone can generate content anyone can generate pens is it going to get you traffic if it doesn't you're just wasting your time if it does then it's worth its weight in gold so looking at that would be very very important um would glossery work for Drop Shipping th% yeah I mean th% that's a perfect market for it please make a Drop Shipping glossery website and then I would go through and add to it like as you go through and you're like okay uh what does you know the fee mean what does Shopify mean what does landing page mean what does you know U overnight mean or all these other terms related to it it'd be perfect would love a high CTR test of pins I've had mixed results personally High CTR test High clickthrough rate yeah I mean ours are designed to get people to click um and they're designed to get the view cuz there's like a there's a tradeoff I could do a video or a pin that gets a lot of views but it might not get that many clicks so what you're going to do is you're going to vary them right you would be like okay this one for traffic traffic traffic build traffic then you'll have one that's designed to get the clicks um that's the key you have to vary it um but on all of our pens we're trying to get them into like this is one part of something bigger right so we're we're going through and we're like okay this pen is part of a guide that's 50 pages that's about all of these or want to get our entire Drop Shipping glossery great go to my site um so looking at this now please add 20 words and you could just keep adding words and adding words as you go along again make sure you're checking plagiarism because some of these will struggle with that uh what I usually do is use grammarly for plagiarism I said if I can to open grammarly over here and then you know you can write it in your own words or whatever go the extra mile if you want to make money you need to stop just being like Oh AI is just going to spit out money it will you just need to know how to actually do the work for it um which isn't that hard like this is a there's no easier time in history to do this stuff than now so now we got more now 20 more please and it'll just keep going and then on our plagiarism it looks like it's trying to go there we go so 57% is plagiarized so that would be a red flag I I would need that number to be like 3% or less um otherwise it's just copied you could go through and say put these in your own words right like maybe give it a style uh let's see new chat make this a fun laidback Style funny right something like that and it might be able to do it yeah Outsourcing work is great and I think you'll find like if you guys don't know I actually own a Outsourcing content company that is based on how I make content over at content profit strategy.com and um we create content for people all the time what I do different than a lot of people is we give you the strategy right so you would come to me and you'd be like hey I want traffic for this Market we do the strategy and build the content for you we do blog post Pinterest video and ebooks and stuff like that um that's over at content profit strategy so looking at that I mean you can come in and be like hey this will work crypto glossery name is taken probably wouldn't do that like you don't need the word glossery in it because that's not like I want like crypto tips or something more specific and I would try if possible to get something with um backlinks like might as well if you're going to buy a domain you might as well get one that's that's got some good stuff um and you can go through crypto whatever that is crypto quote today um and all of these with this little thing these are like nine bucks crypto directory there you go crypto X directory or whatever um so there's quite a few you can look at these and find them I try to find the ones with links and and rankings that's going to help us um and that'll make it really easy so going through looking at these it'll make the the glossery obviously you don't want to just put this as is because the plagiar isn't going to be off the chart but I can rewrite it and take it like this where it's like imagine being the cool middle kid and it's okay that's a weird way to say it but you sell stuff online when someone buys it uh yeah I mean you could go through and you can work with these and make it make it happen uh should we avoid lower paying niches and only do high ticket if you want to make more money with this yeah do the high ticket stuff uh quick buyer says how do you write the content what will it look like good question so over on content profit strategy.com um there's a like yeah it's almost a three-hour video showing how we make content with chat gbt so like if you want to watch that this is actually what my team uses uh which is pretty cool and I mean we've used our content to get thousands and thousands of rankings it works like crazy um and the glossery method Works fantastic for it as well so going through looking at this um looking at how we're going to monetize affiliate marketing ad Revenue sponsor content premium upsells you can even have like a a crypto Club where you talk about you know hey we're going to talk about the crypto terms and different things like that um lead generation this is perfect for lead generation the content will work perfectly uh tools and resources content creation you're going to use chat gbt grammarly I'm going to use bolt also CU I like the structure uh legal templates you can do in in um your website builder or you can use a AI uh case studies we saw lots and lots of examples that are making money this IRS one would make money where you're talking about the different forms homeowners insurance I mean they literally all work if you do them properly um going through and looking at this we have some giveaways over at AI profit scoop I'll have a list of niches you can use it's not ready yet but if you go there it when it's ready I'll send it out to you um and you can have that list look at it kind of look at you know your AI find glossery terms throw them into your um into your keyword tools even if you're using free keyword tools it'll still work um but glossery methods and glossery websites are something that I think is is very overlooked especially in the age of AI where you know this stuff is it does it for you uh which is really cool um going out there and trying to find the big list of um the high niches I would actually go through I don't know if I have a link I'll put it on AI profit scoop later today um but it's this web it's it's this training again another like three-hour training we got some good stuff for you right um this training talks about those high-end niches and I actually have a list down here of the the high-end niches right so like Forex voice over IP um Insurance personal injury lawyers data recovery that's a good one data recovery would be a really cool one um pays a ton of money and going through and knowing hey wait a minute I I know half the battle is these companies are paying me um so looking at that data recovery what kind of things would lead into data recovery uh different things of that nature okay what about a glossery for writing a book you could do that yeah like a book writer's glossery that would work really well um try to think of like sites and things they would use use what would they want how do you copyright how do you get a the number on the back the e n or e or whatever it is um please make a 100w glosser for people looking to self-publish a book right this kind of thing would work fantastic because now you're going to go through you are in the self-publishing industry which is huge self-publish this one here $4 a click I'm sure there's more self-publishing 467 uh write a book probably less on this one $3 so it is a high enough market I think would work and there's other stuff like web hosting and things like that um but going through let's see you have copy editing blur uh Advanced reader copy ISBN that's I was looking for ebook different stuff like this would work um more terms please and then you could just list out the terms and now you have a basically like a mini Authority website uh can I get a script to follow for my first time from you I need to get familiar with sites and language so this this training one of the Tuesday calls and you don't think it's worth it then go find something else because I mean it's a GameChanger uh Matt says it's true the private calls are super helpful got to ask a lot of questions and do the right stuff and I would venture to say that if Matt didn't have access to those I don't know how profitable he'd be right now because there's a lot of stuff that we help him with in there um which is really cool so just going through and and saying yeah I I need help I got 17 bucks a month it's pretty cool Adrian says if I only had $100 a month budget to start would you suggest AI profit as part of the bend yeah I mean that's going to give you the training the ability to to get a question like being able to say Marcus what do you think of this site Marcus what would you do in this Niche Marcus why is this not ranking why did this video not work being able to ask that question is worth a lot I never had that like still to this day I don't think there's any gurus where you actually get to ask that person directly um where now there is right and I've been doing this a long time so I can get you uh some good answers will there be upsells and things down the road yeah of course I'm not just going to you know expect 17 bucks there's there's a lot more um but getting started there's nothing held back we we give you the help which is really cool um looking at
