buckle up because in today's video I'm going to show you a niche market where people are making as much as $21,000 a month or more and it's actually super simple in fact this is a market no other Guru is talking about and it works with virtually everything I teach if you want to do blogging yep it's perfect if you want to set up a simple AI website again it's perfect you want to make simple Pinterest content and get paid yep you can do that too in fact you can even use this with my AI tools method and rake it in super fast with something you build today yep that's right build it in one day and get paid over and over how's that for passive income and we're going to be setting this up 100% with AI and unlike the other niches like credit repair web hosting and all that highlevel stuff this one has virtually no competition in fact you can even start getting traffic today yes ladies and gentlemen what you're about to learn today can and will make you money when done correctly but first we need to understand what makes a niche good and profitable and what makes something too difficult and hard and never going to make you any money because if you can crack that code you can start making money right away so first off this is a niche with very little competition second it has a direct path to money meaning the affiliate offers are kind of obvious if if you know what you're doing to the untrained eye it's not going to be very obvious and they're going to wonder Marcus cha how you going to make any money if people aren't buying stuff and that would be the first big mistake assuming that people need to buy things for you to get paid when in reality most of the money I've made online comes from giving things away more about that in just a minute but Marcus what if I don't know what I'm doing I don't know Tech and I don't have any money don't worry we got you covered too this this is for everyone in fact this niche market is so simple you can literally sit there with AI all day and pump out content that is virtually guaranteed to make you money when done correctly so if you're excited about seeing this $20,000 a month easy simple AI Niche smash the like button let's dive in the computer and I'll show you how this whole thing works come on let's get started all right so this niche market is so profitable and so simple it's almost silly what we're going to do is we're going to go through and first show you the money we can see here this website right here is doing about $20,000 a month in traffic value now with the offers we're going to use I think you can make more than that with that traffic amount but again remember the results are not typical implied or guaranteed most people trying to make money make nothing however we can see here's another one making $144,000 a month $25,000 11 and one doing like $800 or $900 a month so this is a very very profitable Niche looking at this all we need to do is be able to use chat gbt bolt AI or any AI tool we can even use deep seek to create things for these niches that work really really really well this is very simple it's very basic it's low content you don't have to create a bunch of content or do any crazy stuff it's actually very very simple so we can see here I'm generating little pictures like this I can even say now ocean theme or something like that and it's very basic very easy don't over complicate this it's kind of like a wash rinse repeat kind of a deal and you're going to see here that in addition to these websites that are getting a lot of money again if you don't want to have a website you don't need one in fact there are people that are doing this on Pinterest getting lots and lots of traffic here's one with 238,000 monthly views another one with this little Swatch kind of deal which you can make an AI super simple we'll copy this and I'll show you how we're going to go through and say now match this with that color scheme and it'll go through and match the little Swatch hopefully it should be pretty easy and then the cool thing about this is once you have it programmed in like here I I went in and said you know make the the visualization of the room and now that it's programmed and it says it knows the room it's going to make little variations and things like that same thing with this color swatch this actually came out better than I thought it would where it actually has the room and the color swatch below it now again now that it's program now that it knows what we want I can say now dark blue colors right like this and it'll go through and make that one again this is the easiest content to make it is super simple I'm going to show you how to make money with it in just a minute because I know a lot of other videos out there they'll show you the idea and how to make the content but they don't show you the direct money path we want to make sure that we have a direct money path so now we have this here let's do now greens only and just keep going right it's got the little Swatch it's got the little colors things of that nature now we're going to get into some more detailed ways to make money with this in just a minute and more detailed ways to get traffic by using AI to create tools for these people see these are actually coming out very nice and it's something if you were interested in painting your room this is should actually do really really well and it' be helpful content so looking at this we can see that these people are getting a ton of traffic this one 3.3 million views here's another one with 178,000 views a month 23,000 and on and on we go we can also look at this one here with 48,000 followers this is a I believe that was yes that is specific to color palettes another color color palette one and on and on we go these are getting tons and tons of traffic now in addition to Pinterest which is really easy content all I need to do is take this image save it and say download color paint swatches over at my website or if you have an Etsy link or whatever it is you're using you can get them over there I'm going to show you why having a website or at bare minimum some kind of link cloaker is going to help you make more money than the other methods probably combined right I've been doing this a while and I know what works and I'll show you what works in just a second now if we wanted to get a little bit more advanced and actually turn our Pinterest pins into YouTube we can actually make YouTube videos about here's the colors that work with this here's what they are at the different places and AI is going to do all this for us I can say now match these with top colors at paint companies and it'll actually go through and say okay for bear it's you know the metallic seab breze for this one it's the metallic foam green or whatever it is is so you can see here Evergreen fog Intrigue and and this stuff is perfect like making a blog post on this super simple you have this here you have the colors you're ready to go again I'm going to show you a money method that is going to blow your mind in just a minute however looking at this here with YouTube 127,000 subscribers getting lots and lots of views for paint stuff another one 5.5 million subscribers that's a ton of people with only 214 videos now will you get that many this one's more about like acrylic and canvas and stuff can we get that many with house I think we can looking over here million views short 15c video showing color swatches you could get at the Home Depot they literally give them away here's another one here another one here and on and on we go so lots and lots of stuff here's another one warm colors make your house feel like home and on and on we go this is a gamechanging niche don't underestimate it there's a lot of money here 28 24 thou 24 million views on this one can't even speak correctly I'm so excited about this Niche here's some others uh that they're making as well this one is specific for paint colors they're literally just mixing the colors in the can which is pretty cool I mean you would have to get the can of paint or maybe make a SORA video but I would stick to the color swatches I think that's the best way to go here's another one so this one 1.1 or 1.01 million subscribers 281 videos lots of views on these mostly short form content here's another one with best color design 68 videos 4,200 subscribers he is getting views another one here and on and on we go now there's a lot of traffic here there's a lot of things we can do with AI there's lots of ways to get this thing going and really get a lot of traffic in an easy way it's not difficult it's a matter of when not if you will get traffic if you do this and you focus very simple but getting traffic is only one half of the equation we need to go through and actually find the money so where is the money if you were to go over here to offervault right like this you can see that we have different painting offers for help getting your house painted which is what these people are doing that are paying $20 a lead $13 a lead even $9 a lead or shorter ones that pay a little bit less some of these are just like put the email in and get um a quote and and I get paid now in addition to that there's also what we call email submit only offers which I think I had opened over here there we go right over here where they can actually get samples from Home Depot and get paid a lot of these will pay on a gift card obviously make sure that these offers are on the up and up some of them are a little weird so do your due diligence but some of them are pretty legit where it's like hey they're just generating a lead like this one email and zip code all they do is put their email and zip code on the page and and I get $145 which is perfect for this stuff you could be like put your name in email to get my paint swatch guide and then send them to the offer and say here's some some ways to get uh coupons or whatever it is at the Home Depot you can even sell paints or painting equipment or be an affiliate at bear or one of those other paint companies very simple so the money is there uh some of these pay $3 a lead and on and on we go I also went over to ClickBank and found this Home Designs AI interior and exterior software that literally pays like $38 per conversion it is actually making sales and this is on point like it's literally doing what we say it's doing and that's what these people want they want to know what their house is going to look like and what kind of paint to be calm and what kind of paint makes their dog happy whatever it is they're painting pretty much everything this is a ClickBank offer anyone and everyone can sign up and start promoting this literally today now let's go through and talk about another money method over here all right so the other money money method is these affiliate offers that are on Amazon where they're selling different books and guides about coloring your house now you can buy the rights to some of these books or you could create your own book in AI in like a day or two it's not hard and then you have your own product that you can sell and I'm going to give you a little kicker that's going to help you sell it even more and that is to use tools like bolt or deep seek to create a Color Picker watch this this thing's crazy I actually started making these the other day and we can go through and see I could say please make a emotion Color Picker guide for my website that chooses house interior color combos and Mach matches based on some questions five to 10 questions please and what this will do is it'll give them a little Swatch or something after they do the question we can also go into bolt or another one and make a Color Picker guide please make an HTML Color Picker tool that shows a color wheel and matches it with paint colors from Top USA paint companies and this will actually do a pretty good job sometimes it won't be exactly on point but I think the bolt one will do a little bit better I'll show you what it looks like in just a minute and these kind of tools you can put on your website and get tons of traffic you can see over here match my paint color this guy's getting a ton of traffic making good money with a simple paint color picture there's a lot of other tools that do this that get lots of traffic and once you have the tool created all I need to do is go and film myself using the tool so I could do like a long video and say Here's the color guide calm and Serene afternoon balanced mix Entertainment Winter there we go there's our color guide and it actually has a nice little image and all I would need to do is say now make it HTML only so I can put it on my website this will go through and it'll make it for the website and you can start the quiz again and see exactly how it works let's see how deep seek is doing it looks like it is actually creating a one-page deal if you want to know how to upload these to your website it's very easy I will link to two videos in the description showing where I actually built sites live using this exact method with different tools and some of them came out fantastic I think our number gener Ator one right over here came out fantastic where they can generate little numbers and again it's promoting ClickBank offers very simple way to make money don't over complicate it this works like crazy now let's see how the bolt one did it looks like it did convert it to HTML looking fantastic you can even say now make a color-based one where they can pick their three favorite colors it'll find the paint colors or whatever now with deep seek we can see that it is done once it's done we can hit run HTML and get a demo of what it looks like so we have a color PE uh Color Picker wheel it looks like this kind of struggled so let's say the wheel is just one color make it many and let's see here uh what I'm kind of hoping for is like some kind of Color Picker wheel which would look like something like this color pick wheel paint um like let's say here the Picker wheel something like this or something like the interior ones canva has one different things like that and you can see here's people talking about the color paint wheel literally just showing um the tools that they're using here's another one choose paint colors with a color wheel so it actually has the color wheel and watch this these get so much traffic it's not even funny let's go over here type just this page in so just this page is getting you know quite a bit of traffic in the Heyday it got over or almost 4,000 visitors over 4,000 visitors a month when it was at its peak let's take a look at the peak and you can actually see the keyword it ranked for and let's see so that was color wheel it was ranking number 13 so if you did a good job where you had the color wheel this would get a lot of traffic and if you don't get traffic organically from Google SEO and all that you don't have to you're using Pinterest you're using YouTube you're getting them to your site make a simple page that gets them to an offer directly thinking about painting your house call this guy or fill out this form or whatever it is now let's take a look at the bolt one it looks like it did convert it now make it based on color picking something like that and while we wait for that I want to show you the other ones that I made last week I think it was let's see if I can find it for you is the one that I used in the screenshot oh here we go room paint color Rotator so it was this one here where they can actually rotate the images okay here we go looks like it's trying to preview there we go so it's a color palette visualizer where they go through and it's like oh here's the different colors you can use and this is a kind of thing where you can make short videos and be like if you want to be calm and ease your nerves you need cool Jade and rustic red very simple and this is content people like and we can actually get help with chat GPT where we say Now list color schemes based on mood of room 50 please and I'm just going to turn these 50 into Pinterest pens then turn it into videos Point them back to my page and the key would be to have something on your page that's not like go here to get an offer more like go here to put your name and email to get my uh daily paint tip or paint guide or whatever it is or maybe go to my website to use the paint Chooser right these tools are perfect traffic bait for getting people over there all right so now we have 50 different ones we can use super simple all right going through the way you want to do this is get a domain or storefront so I would go through I'd look at GoDaddy or maybe use something like spamz Zilla to see if there is a uh paint domain like we could see paint rainbow.com that's not bad that's actually a pretty darn good domain I'll bet this has a good value let's do GoDaddy appraisal and see what this one's valued at I'm pretty sure it's going to be a good value probably 1,200 bucks or more um let's see $1300 so there we go I'm going to get this one for 10 bucks because I think that's a pretty darn good domain for the first try does it have very many backlinks and stuff probably not too many it might let's see Paint Rainbow 9116 backlinks so it's okay it didn't have any rankings or anything and the back links do look kind of junky but I do like that name for um social media because people will remember it we can also see like different color ones color designs over colors again that's probably got a good value on it um and if you wanted to look for ones that already have rankings just take a look and click on positions and you could see which ones are there like Stony Hollow paints maybe that got some good stuff with it um this is an auction one so it might be a little more expensive but it was a okay so that's about horses we don't want that one um but you can go through and find different ones that uh have uh backlinks and stuff and if you you look around enough you will find them like this painter Forum that's for uh painters let's see what that looks like again don't overthink it cuz most of you guys are probably going to use the social media traffic method anyway but this one had some rankings so this is is this is decent painter Forum it's got uh all different stuff can you paint gutters yeah this this would actually work really well this would be a good head start for this Niche very simple then what we're going to do is devise a traffic plan if you're getting a domain that has rankings fill in the rankings do the social media put them together then we're going to go through if you're going to do Pinterest you would make the pins green color swatch guide blue color swatch guide uh calm colors for your living room those kind of keywords again chat GPT other AI is going to make those with flying colors very simple making your tool looking at a tool like this here's our paint color wheel perfect so this works really well it is showing the different ones it's having a little bit of trouble maybe because I have to upload it but I could give this screenshot to bolt and say make this thing and it'll do it which would be fantastic next we're going to set up our money Pages you can either link direct to the ClickBank offer the offers on offer Vault or you can make your own domain like if I did paint rainbow and had you know different tools and things with the ads on it going to get a lot of traffic going to make a lot of money as a bonus make the tools I showed you go through make those tools with bolt deep seek even chat GPT can make the tools very simple don't over complicate it then you're going to make content from the tool here I am picking these colors you know very simple very easy content you can use an AI voice if you want or you can use your own voice voice I find that using my own voice is actually faster so don't over complicate it then if you want a bonus method build a mailing list have a little guide where they can go and get your uh paint tips guide or whatever it is you're going to make more money by having that guide because you can email them and then drive people to other money Pages like hey check out Home Depot for the painting kit or the painting sprayer or whatever it is if you like painting if you've ever painted your house and you have tips for them feel free to share all right you can share with them and make money you can also offer free downloads like maybe here's the top Bayer colors for a depression or happiness or moodiness or whatever it is very very cool then you're just going to email them cool stuff wash rinse repeat so I hope you enjoyed this video on
