wait a minute whoa this is literally like finding free money yep that's right I just found a secret hack hidden in the new features of Microsoft co-pilot AI That's going to put tons of money in my pocket and in this video I'm going to show you everything so that you can do it too first you need to be using the Microsoft edge browser with the co-pilot app installed you can do this very easily just by going to cop pilot. microsoft.com and figuring out how to add it to your computer it should only take a couple of seconds next we're going to open up some free tools one the GoDaddy auctions site over at auctions.com then we're going to find a free rank Checker this is going to show us what domains rank on the search engines and for what this part is super important then we're going to go through and use a free backlink checker like the one found at ah refs and finally we're going to be using name pros.com to find the latest domain sales just take a look over here $2.3 billion a year as of 2023 and Rising this is an industry and a business that is worth tons and tons of money if done correctly but up until now you needed to be a seasoned domain investor or someone who understands this business like me who's been doing this for over 25 years so there wasn't an easy way to get involved unless you had already been doing it that was before I discovered the secret hack on the co-pilot AI tool and before you go thinking this is just about buying and selling domains it's not there's actually some ways that you can make money for free without buying anything just by watching this video and implementing what I teach I mean take a look here's some people doing this right here right now charging lots of money to find domains for different businesses as a side note I buy and sell domains literally all the time so much that GoDaddy called me one day and said I was one of their top buyers I had no idea I thought I was just some random guy doing this out of his house but at any rate you can see here that I buy and sell domains literally all the time in the last few months alone I've bought over 200 domains some of them were as high as $565 and most of them were like $5 to $10 and between you me and the wall the ones that make me the most money are usually the cheapest wait a minute what yeah exactly more about that in just a minute first what we need to understand is the value of domains and how to look at them if we were to go over to co-pilot right like this and open the GoDaddy auction site I could just ask co-pilot a very simple question like find me the niches in the domains listed here now it's very important that you sort these domains the right way you can go through and you can add filters like prices and things like that but what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to sort these by the ending time or the time they have left right like like this that way I could buy stuff now and actually use it now so let's go through on this sorted list that has like an hour and 6 minutes left we could see there's some cheap ones in here a dollar $20 on and on we go what I'm going to do is I'm going to ask it now please find all the niches associated with the domains on this site with the price and estimated value this is going to go through and do the whole nine yards and figure out which niches work now this is very important because having the right niche market is the difference between success and failure online and having the right domain is going to put you that far ahead and give you a heads up so that you can get traffic super fast much like this domain that I bought a couple weeks ago for explainer videos we could see that this one actually ranks for all kinds of keywords related to the products that I want to sell so all I need to do is build the site back up and boom I can make money but this isn't just about building sites we want to show you something easy that you can use where you can just profit off these domains and the money that co-pilot finds you here's another domain I bought that is now getting tons and tons of keywords in Google over 20,000 rankings and 13,000 visitors a month and this is a low estimate this domain actually gets close to 100,000 visitors a month so you could see that this stuff works like crazy and makes tons of money and now co-pilot is going to work and we can see here personal finance Investments templates next.org it's got the current bid everything like that we can also see perfect baby.com which is priced at $116 it doesn't have an estimated value but we could actually go to the GoDaddy appraisal tool right like this type it in the box right here and see what the estimated value of the domain is right here I could see it's worth like 10,000 bucks and that's just godaddy's estimate there's lots of other tools that might have it higher or lower depending on what the domain is and what has recently sold so just imagine if I can get this for a couple hundred bucks yeah I literally just found free money now full disclosure it's probably going to go for a lot more than $116 but don't worry there's a better way to make money with a lot less risk in fact take a look at this one here awesomw waterer beds.com which is currently priced at $1 with an estimated value of over $1,600 and I'm not so much interested in the name value being 1,600 I'm interested in what the site is about we can see here that this domain is about water beds if I was to do a full report using a paid tool we could see that it ranks for all kinds of keywords related to water beds like water beds for sale King frame water bed canopy water bed and on and on we go so knowing that this is a really good Niche that has lots of money and this site already gets traffic yeah this domain could be worth a lot of money we we can see some directory sites something about nutrition different handmade things and on and on we go so essentially what Microsoft co-pilot is doing is taking all the leg work which would usually take me hours or super expensive tools and finding stuff at a glance that I could use to sell buy or even sell the service of finding domains to other businesses and what I want to do is look for things the tight and niches that make money now I can say how about using the list I am on now and it's going to go through and use this list of the auctions that are ending in about an hour so that I could get in there and buy stuff today and possibly start making money today and we can see it's actually going through the list and finding the stuff that's available right now there's actually some pretty good things here so first what we're going to do is strip out all the good niches like crypto or different things like that that we can use to make money then what we're going to do is we're going to throw these into a tool like the a ref's keyword tool to see if they have any backlinks any rankings or anything like that I could see that this one actually has a ranking of 22 it has a Wikipedia link and lots of other links and some of them are related to different bed things and water beds and stuff like that which is really important for our rankings then what we can do is go over a tool like SEO review tools and pop in the domain right here to see what this thing ranks for got to make sure we have the https right like this and Bada Bing b boom it's going to spit out the keywords that it currently ranks for this is going to help us find markets with domains attached that have lots and lots of money then what I do next is very important I could either buy the domain and use it myself to get those search engine rankings back and build an entire business around water beds or whatever the niche is about two I can use it just to build a site about cool niches and domains that are available get traffic and sell different courses or three I can actually buy and sell these at auction or do the service on Fiverr of finding domain names for different businesses imagine if I had a waterbed business that just opened up and I was able to give them this domain with search engine rankings and everything I could buy this for a couple dollars build it up as a business site for them and sell it for thousands and thousands of dollars and I can literally do everything with AI building the site making the content getting the rankings yep it's pretty simple in fact I just recently did this with a speeding ticket traffic website that I bought at auction for like $11 we can scroll down here and see that it is ranking at the top of Google for a keyword that gets lots of traffic we even have some rankings for the word traffic schools Florida which as you can see has sponsored listings which means it's worth lots of money and again using Microsoft co-pilot to find these domains is an absolute GameChanger because they're tied to niches that make lots of money here's another little tip you can use that'll put even more money in your pocket if I go over here to name pros.com and get the latest domain sales like March 19th which was yesterday I can go through and ask the AI please tell me about these domains that sold and what makes them valuable then Microsoft co-pilot is going to go to work and tell me exactly what's going on short memorable brandable numeric domain strong keywords with a Global Environmental Focus hey there was a couple of those on this list right over here Global Waters and knowing that these sell is going to help me find stuff that is super profitable now we have the list and we've trained the AI on domains that recently sold next I can go over to this GoDaddy list right here and say based on what you learned which of these domains will most likely sell for a lot of money and it's going to go through and do the work and determine which domains are worth money and it's saying mind grow summary and even aaa.com very interesting please find more and it's going to go through and give you data on domains that you otherwise wouldn't be able to get unless you had someone like me who's been doing this forever right there in your office helping you we can see here Enterprise Yachts estimated value of 1400 Bulldogs my little city break and on and on we go in fact here's one for Progress change.com which ties to a political type movement $25 minimum bid nobody's bid on it yet it's got 51 minutes to go this is literally like using Microsoft co-pilot to find free money and between you me and the wall the biggest domain I ever sold I bought for $15 sold it for $25,000 it was in the political Niche and I almost let it expire it wasn't even that good of a domain but it put tons of money in my pocket but I got to warn you it's very important not to go crazy only buy domains that you know or think will sell and that you can afford to lose money on because this isn't a guarantee in fact the average person trying to make money online makes nothing while I do have students that make a full-time living buying and selling domains the vast majority buy the wrong domains and don't make anything and that is why using something like Microsoft co-pilot is a GameChanger one of the tips that I would give you is only buy domains that you can actually build up yourself or do something with that way you have a backup plan in case it doesn't sell for what you think it well however I think something like progress change eventually will sell to some political place it's 17 years old it's a pretty darn good domain we can actually go through and use our keyword tools to see what the backlinks look like often times these political domains have all kinds of backlinks and this one does have a few nothing really big but it is a good domain I would definitely risk $25 on this thinking yeah I'm pretty sure I could sell it for more than 25 bucks in fact if you take a look at the ones that sold yesterday yep they go for lots and lots of money including like love and bananas what does that even mean some of these domains are super silly and using AI to predict what's going to sell makes this super easy if you want to learn more about buying
