when I wake up I don't have breakfast I don't eat anything up until 1pm this is the my most productive time of the day early in the morning up until like lunch time in that time I don't intake any food the moment I take food my brain gets foggy and I get lazy and this actually comes back to back in time when people had to hunt for their food hunting for the food chasing a prey once they catch the prey and feed themselves intake the food the brain says to them okay now you can relax we don't have to chase for our food but I'm chasing business deals I'm chasing money
