Why I work on a standing desk.

I'm constantly working standing and this is another tip that I have for you when you sit your body gives a signal to your brain okay you can relax now because we are sitting not in all the cases but in most of them this is what the body tells to your brain so you need to drink coffee or energy drinks to keep you awake so that's why I'm on a standing desk and I've been on a standing desk for maybe four years now and I'm moving constantly around and this gives signal to my brain okay we're in motion don't go to sleep be proactive look for something look for science I hope that all of that makes sense because these two main things that I'm listing you right now dramatically will change your life if you implement at least one of them
