on this video today I want to show you how to make YouTube shorts because this is one of the fastest ways to grow a YouTube channel but the best part is I want to show you how to do it without showing your face using your own voice or you having to create any of the videos yourselves and the best part is these channels can make you tens of thousands of dollars every single month get you tens of millions of subscribers and the best part is I'm going to show you how to do it without using chat GPT I'm going to show you how to do it without using online editing tools like cap cut because the software that we're going to use is going to be able to do this for you 10 times faster simpler using just one AI tool that all you need to do is enter in the details and it's going to create everything for you so the first thing that we need to do is we need to find a niche that you can do this in I'm going to show you a few examples where you can go out and start creating these videos immediately so the first one that I want to show you is this channel over here called facts Corridor this is a simple name in the animal Niche and what they do is they just do mind-blowing facts about animals and as you can see they're getting tens of thousands of views if we take a look at some of their most popular videos you can see that they're getting millions of views for these videos but what I want to do is show you how you can 10x and make even more money you see if we come over to socialblade we can see that this channel only started in September 1st 2022 now when we take a look at this channel because they're not making long format content they're probably making anything I'd say about a thousand to two thousand dollars a month because they're not making long format content but on top of that you can also make money with affiliate marketing on the back of that so one of the options that you have is to go into the animal Niche and you can see that this content is very simple and the beautiful thing about YouTube shorts is that you don't need to create any thumbnails as well the second Niche that I wanted to show you is this one over here called fascinator this is the channel and basically what these guys are doing is they're creating videos on history and you can see that this type of Niche is gets tens of thousands of views they're getting on average 50 000 to 100 000 views for every single video that they put out and if we go to most popular you can see that they're also getting millions of views but one thing this channel is doing a little bit differently is that they are actually posting long format videos which means that they're able to put mid-rawal ads on their videos which means they're going to make a lot more money and when we take a look at socialblade for this channel you can see that they're making anything up to 35 000 every single month in this Niche I would estimate because this Niche doesn't have a high CPM I would say about two to three dollars they're probably making around twenty thousand dollars a month now a niche that you can go into that does have a high CPM that you can start very very easily is in the health Niche for example example like this channel over here called body Hub if we come over to their YouTube shorts you can see that they're also getting tens of thousands of views for videos that are very simple to make and I'm going to show you how this tool can do it for you if we go to most popular look at this millions of views on this Niche and you can see that they're also making long format videos which means that this channel will be making tens of thousands of dollars every single month if we go to socialblade we're going to see you that on average socialblade is saying that they're making about sixteen thousand dollars every single month now because socialblade only shows us up to a four dollar CPM but I would estimate that this Niche has a 10 CPM which means that this channel will be making anything from 32 to 35 000 every single month so now that we know the types of channels that we can create how are we going to create these videos well what you want to do is you want to come over to this tool overview called flicky Dot AI I'm gonna have a link in my description for you where you can sign up absolutely for free but I'm going to show you the different packages so you can start this for free and then you can upgrade once you start to make a little bit of money so what you want to do when you're on flick is you can come over here to resources and what we're going to be doing is we're going to be using a tool called idea to video this is a feature that flicky has and basically all you're doing is you're giving flicky an instruction and it's going to create the video for you you'll be able to use a voiceover you'll be able to as you can see add background music it's automatically going to transcribe the video it's going to put the text overlay and it's going to make the video look absolutely amazing so once you sign up to flicky it's going to bring you over to a page that looks like this now if you're enjoying this video up until this point don't forget to hit that elephants as an example okay so we're going to call that elephants and we're going to click on to submit we've got a few options up top the first one is we want to go to settings now once you go to settings what we want to do is we want to set this to a ratio of portrait 9 to 16.
Basically what this is going to do this means that this video is now perfect for videos for Tick Tock YouTube shorts Instagram reels Etc and over here you can see gap between the scenes I'm just going to change this to 0.2 okay so 0.2 and click on to save now you're going to see that this has changed now what we want to do is we want to go to convert and we want to go idea to video okay so we're going to click onto idea to video and this is where you are going to give it instructions of what you want inside this video and flick is going to do everything for you now you can see here that we want this to be around one minute not any longer because we're creating a YouTube short and then after they if we want to do a long format video we'll play around with it and we'll do a longer video so basically you can go short then you've got different types of styles that you can choose you can choose tutorial explain our motivational Etc let's just do explainer as an example and what we're going to do is we're going to tell flicky what we want and this is what I'm going to type in here three interesting facts about elephants I bet you didn't know so what you want to do now is just click on to submit what flick is going to do is it's going to create this video for us now we can play around with some of the facts we can go do our own research make sure that it's correct but as you can see this is now processing and we'll be able to play around with the images to make sure that we're happy with the images so you can see here the first thing it's going to do as you can see it's coming over here and it's generating these scenes for us okay so it's going to come up with the first one and it's going to give us a saying and the first one is the title three interesting facts about elephants I bet you didn't know so we can leave that in there and what it's done is it's chosen this scene now the first scene over here as you can see it's got did you know elephants are incredible are incredible creatures with super-sized brains they have the largest brain of any land animal so perfect and we can see here that the image they've used so if we click onto sorry if we come over you can see this is what they've used so that's perfect now the next one is you can see here that they've used an image overview or a video that obviously doesn't suit what we want so what we want to do is we want to scroll up to the top we're going to click onto this okay and what we do want to do is we want to change this so we can see videos now we just want to type in elephant okay and then we just click onto this and what we want to do is just use other images of actual elephants okay that meant that suit what we want over here so if we scroll down what we want to do is maybe find one over here with multiple okay so click onto that now you can see that there are some scenes over here that are locked these are only for paid somebody that's got a that's upgraded their subscription so you don't need to do that but like I said you can sign up for free the link is in my description so what we're going to do is we're going to click onto this we're going to use this scene now once you've selected all your scenes you can very easily come over here and play that now what I want to do before I play anything is show you how you can change the voiceover okay so if you click onto this you can see at the moment we're using Sarah so if we click onto that you can see all the different voices that you can actually choose and play around with at the moment I'm using Sarah so if I click onto this flaky helps you create audio and video cut you can pause it so you can go around and play around with every single one of these scenes okay so I'm not going to do that but you can easily do that it's absolutely free to do now what we want to do is we want to play this scene now if you come over here you'll be able to see that this video is one minute and three seconds long what we need to do is we need to make sure that this video is under one minute so what you would need to do is you can either remove one of these scenes but what you can also do is Click onto more and go to custom duration okay and then enter the duration you want in in seconds okay so if you come over here and have a look this one here is pretty long this last scene okay so it's from you can see it's from 41 seconds all the way to a minute and three okay so basically all we need to do is come up to the top and go to custom duration and just put 15 seconds and go to OK and now as you can see the duration has been updated and now this video is 56 seconds long which is is perfect now if we come over here and play this I want to show you what this is going to look like I'll put the volume up a bit so you can hear it okay I'm just going to play this three interesting facts about elephants I bet you didn't know did you know elephants are incredible creatures with super-sized brains they have the largest brain of any land animal they're also emotional beings capable of feeling Joy love and even grief so I'm gonna pause that there now you can see that this video looks really really good and you can see it's got all the captions it's got everything there now if you upgrade okay so if you come over here and you upgrade you can see here that the basic plan okay if you pay yearly is six dollars a month and this will give you a lot more options okay which allows you to change that transcription as well so you can play around with it you put in a center change the color Etc now you don't need to do that like as you can see if I download this it is going to contain a flicky watermark but at the end of the day I can still do absolutely for free upload it to social media and see how the video goes but if you can spare six dollars a month guys you can see how much this is actually worth it if you go to the standard obviously you're going to get a lot more features and you can see it's 21 a month so very very good tool for the price that they're actually charging and it's doing all the research for you without you having to use any other AI tools and this is probably one of the easiest ways to go out and make these YouTube shorts very very simple stuff or Instagram reels or Tick Tock Etc but I'm personally going to be using a lot of this to make my Youtube short so you can see these are the different packages so when we come over here what you would need to do now quite simply is just a download this file okay so once you download this file you'll be able to upload this onto your YouTube shorts onto Instagram onto Tick Tock onto Facebook reels Etc now once you upload this okay this is when then you can go out and you can start researching different types of affiliate marketing products and I'll show you how to do that on future videos actually I'm going to link a video at the end of this video I'll show you exactly how you can do that now if you wanted to go out and create longer videos because once you start uploading these videos what's going to happen just like a lot of these videos are uploading these different shorts it's going to start giving you a lot of traction when you take a look at all these videos when they started uploading their shorts all their channels saw a huge spike in views and a lot of these views once people start watching this and following you can translate into them watching a lot of your longer videos okay so this is where you're going to start making a lot more of this YouTube ad Revenue so you can make your affiliate marketing sales and your YouTube ad Revenue now in order to get make more money with YouTube ad Revenue the video's got to be longer than 60 seconds and not a YouTube short so you apply the same strategy with flicky all you would need to do is scroll up to the top come over here to settings now what you're going to do instead of doing a 9×16 if you click onto this you're going to be doing a landscape type video which is 16 by nine and then click on to save what this is going to do as you can see is it's going to create the longer videos for you now instead of creating videos where it says three interesting facts what you'd be doing is you'd be doing videos on for example 10 interest interesting facts about elephants I bet you didn't know and then what you're going to do is you're going to tell flicky to create these videos on 10 facts which means the video is going to be a lot longer and you're going to be able to place these mid-roll ads or you're going to have an ad before and you're going to have an ad after it's entirely up to you if the videos over eight minutes you could be making a lot more money and this is exactly what channels like this body Hub are doing if you take a look at their short videos and then you've got their longer videos you can see that the videos are 11 minutes long five minutes long Etc and a lot of the videos are over eight minutes long which means I got mid-roll ads or what they're doing is I've got an ad before and after if the video is less than eight minutes long and this is why they're able to make serious money with their long-form content now just to let you know if you wanted to know how these channels are creating these different types of thumbnails all you would need to do is come over to this tool called canva.com once you're on canva you can use this absolutely for free guys type in YouTube thumbnail okay and once you type in YouTube thumbnail it's going to give you a range of different types of templates that you can customize and use to upload with your long format content again canva does have a paid subscription but you can use a lot of it for free anything where it says Pro you can't use these templates but wherever you don't see that you can very easily create these simple YouTube thumbnails okay now if you want to know how to get even more views then what you want to start learning how to do is how to rank these different types of videos as an example with this channel they will rank a lot of their videos with different types of things like if we take a look at their most popular videos you can see what will happen if you plank every day or what will happen if you do push-ups every single day or every single morning now the reason why they do that is because people are searching for these exact keywords because YouTube is a search engine so what will happen is they'll come over to are tools like this which is called vidiq.com and they will do some very simple SEO keyword research because remember YouTube at the end of the day is a search engine now if I come over to my back office or vid IQ and I type in push-ups for beginners as an example and I hit enter I go to matching keywords it's going to tell me that push-ups for beginners is searched 26 000 times every single month so if I do my keyword research correctly and I put this inside my title I put it inside the description of the video I stand a very good chance to rank for this which means when people go to YouTube and search push-ups for beginners if I rank up top so if we come over here and we type in okay if we click onto this what's going to happen if we scroll down you can see that you can even do this for YouTube shorter case so if you want to get your YouTube shorts to rank for this you absolutely can you can see that this person's got 21 million views 22 million views 88 000 views Etc now if we scroll down down we can see here that push-ups for beginners the number one video on this was created three years ago so this is a huge opportunity for somebody to come in to create a better video a longer video and take this person off the top spot and you can see that they've had over 5.3 million views so this is opportunity that something like this doing the correct SEO gives you and on top of this you can have affiliate links inside the description of that video promoting affiliate products in the health Niche which can make you tens of thousands of dollars every single month and you can do the exact same thing with your YouTube shorts now as I
