hey guys it's Tim here and today I'll be reviewing AI bot Studio which in my opinion is one of the most powerful Bots AI Bots at this moment as this tool allows you to automate your Instagram messenger your Facebook Messenger your WhatsApp and your website traffic all with simple butts so I'm going to do a full review in case you're interested check out the link in the description it will redirect you to my website where you can find more information about this product the pricing Etc uh I'm also going to give you a cool bonus that's not on my page but I'm going to show you how you can create months worth of Instagram designs in just 5 minutes I'm going to show you how you can use Ai and automated whole process so uh you're going to get that for now let's dive into it and let me show you how AI bot Studio works so in order to get started we first need to create an assistant Creator which basically gives instructions to the bot how to respond so what I'm going to do in this example I'm going to create a bot for a website like this a company like this which is called profit gym so to get started we're going to say the best gym instructor here and here you can select your open AI account if you have connected that or you can use the admin account of AI bot Studio it's not required to have your own open AI key uh if you do so you can choose between different AI models now in this menu here you can choose a ready expert so basically you can choose the tone here so let's say you want to do witty uh you can select a category here like Professional Services health and wellness education and learning technology and digital lifestyle blah blah blah so if you choose one here you have the expert here at the right side another thing that you can do is you can use a search term where you can program it yourself or where you can generate the instructions for you this is in my opinion the most powerful option or you can start from a blank uh where you give the instructions yourself in this case we're going to do the search term and we're going to keep the tone witty but here we're going to say you are a gym assistant who answers all the questions people have about profit gym and then we click on generate instructions and now look what is happening here at the right side look at this so here it creates all the instructions for you look at this so the role you're an AI assistant designed to provide information support regarding profit gym and then the guidelines and then provide detailed information about G gym facilities and services so it's it's rendering all the instructions here uh for the user that it knows exactly how to respond as a chat Buton you can modify these instructions if you like to you simply click in here and you can type in this case we're just going to to keep it the way it is right now just as an example and we can say create the assistant here so now the assistant has been created and we can start creating our bot so we go to the bot Library where we're going to press on create bot here so we're going to call this one profit gy and then also we're going to say description profit gym as well and save our bot and there you go we have a newly created bot so you go to the edit section in here edit chat bot where we can modify everything about this bot so you see the example here so this is the widget that you will see on your website and here we can change everything so it's called profit gym so we can say for example profit uh welcome to profit gym here we can enter a headline like this profit gym and you can see it immediately changes on the right side so the chatbot description we're going to say your best gym instructor here and then the green so you can say hey hey how can I help you you see everything changes here at the right side and then instead of asking me anything you can change this to anything you like so also if you want to use this tool in another language it's no problem you simply change everything that you're seeing here instead of ask me anything you can write this in your own language you can also do the instructions in the assistant Creator in your own language and the bot will act in your language and then also you can change this but let's save this part here and then the next step here you see the AI assistant where are we going to choose the assistant here that we just created so we created the best gym instructor and here you can see I created a few other ones as well but we're going to choose this one where we see the instructions again that the bot is going to use so we're going to save this one and then on the quick buttons here you can add quick buttons at the bottom here so for example when we enable this we can say air contact details you you can see this button contact details appear here locations for example you see a button location if you don't like to have these buttons you can delete them as well so that you have two buttons in here but you can keep it this way we save our settings and then the next thing instead of training the bot I like to go to the customization first to show you how you can make this bot really neat so here you see three options to upload your logo in your design so when we go to the main logo here I can upload my logo and look when I upload this how beautiful this looks like this chat becomes really really nice on your website and then you can change all the colors of this chat bot as well so for example the main color now is blue but you can also change that to Black for example or maybe you want to have this kind of pink purple you can do that as well look at this looks beautiful right but I'm going to keep it black professional black and then all the other changes like how can I help you here here this background you can change that to a little bit pink here do you see that it's all these matte colors which makes the uh but looks really really beautiful as you can see the color Chang I'm going to use this one and also you can change the colors in here but I'm going to keep it the way it is right now I'm going to save my bot again now an important part here is this chatbot training so when you added the assistant to the bot you can now train this bot with your own data so you can upload files from your computer you can type any text in here with instructions about your business or you can add website URL so in this case I just go to this website here I go to the URL I'm going to select this URL I'm going to copy this and I'm going to paste that into my bot here and then if you have additional uh URLs you can also go to profit gym here for example y profit gym you can copy this URL as well we're going to paste that inside the bot so we're going to do additional here I'm going to paste that and an additional so we go back so you can go to uh everything on the website here like memberships here we can copy this here and go back to the but we just add all of these URLs and near all the info that we'd like to save and what aiot studio will do is it will grab the information from the website it will read everything and use that as instructions how the bot needs to reply so that's the teaching part also you can do Q&A so for example how much is a membership and then you can say Okay a membership is $30 per month something like this and you can save that as well then the next one is the messaging channels and this is where it becomes interesting because you cannot only add this to your website you can also connect WhatsApp you can connect your messenger or you can connect your Instagram so when you click on one of these Integrations it will simply open a window where you need to log into your account here and then you need to give permissions in order to be used so here you can say Okay save the info and I allow this bot to be used on my Instagram account and then boom our Instagram account is now connected to AI bot studio and it will respond on my Messenger to people that are asking questions about this gym I mean how cool is that so uh one thing that I haven't showed you yet is that you also have a page that you can design so want this is the bot that you're seeing on your website but you actually also going to get a page so when I click on page here you can also design the page in here when you go to the colors and customization here you see that you can upload a logo as well and a round logo and there we go now we also have the round logo and by the way I needed to do the same thing when I go back to the bot here you can see it also can change the round logo and the widgets when I do that here is the round logo you can see that this logo is going to change here at the top you see now it also has my gym logo and I can do the same thing for the widget there you go now I have all my Logos upload and the widget is going to be used as well so I'm going to save my settings and then there's one more tab left which is the advanced options here uh where you can also do a welcome gate for example like please introduce yourself you can enable this here and look at this at the bottom here it pops up a window it will look like this please introd introduce yourself where you can capture email addresses as well from the people that are visiting your Bot so you can also say join our email list you see here and then can fill out their email address here and then include a confirmation box so when you select this option here you can see sign up for our newsletter you can also change this text for example and say the confirm confirmation box text here I agree to receive updates through email you see that and they can select this before they send the information to you you can also say here I want to have the first name as well in the form here I want to have the phone in here as well uh just whatever you prefer I'm going to disable this one now and you can also say I want to have this appear instantly or on the first message here um yeah you can choose those options now click save settings and then our bot is ready to be used now you have a few options here first you have a page URL so if you do not have a website you can send people directly to your Bot here and look at this this is the page that you're going to get so it says Hey welcome to profit gym how can I help you I can say hey what is profit gy and now it's going to give me the answers and I can chat with this butt and it will respond to all my questions here look at this now let's uh ask something else like how much does it cost here and look at this so here it says half year subscription 825 per week here yearly subscription 2year subscription and let's check this on the website because it gets the information from there right 825 per week so we're going to go here membership look at this it's getting the information from the website 825 725 here you see that 625 here this so it answers all the questions oh let me close this all the questions based on the information on the website R trained the but remember we added the URL of this membership to the website and that's exactly what is going to answer here now don't know how this one works so like contact details here when I click this button let's see how it responds you can find the contact details here on the contact page so you also get redirect here so I can click this button and it will bring me to the contact page here where I can reach out to the profit gym so it's acting like a real good B here so this is the first option so let me copy this so I can ask the same questions let's go here and let me show you the bot URL so this was the page URL you also have a bot URL so now you see this little bot here with our logo it says chat with us and we can do exactly the same thing so you can also add this to your website and now we see the pop up here you see that join our email list so I can say okay this is me and I agree to receive information and boom I send this and now it says how can I help you so let's say the location here we click that button and let's see what it comes up with and there you go look at this it shows me all the locations of profit gym where I can visit profit gym and I can ask any question I like to ask and that is what this bot is all about and like I said you can use the embed code so now you can add this directly to your own website and yeah this is how easy you can use this bot now the examples that you're seeing right here is just on a website but this bot is so much more powerful I mean most Bots that I've seen only embed to a website you can teach like we do right now but this bot allows you to connect here remember you can do the exact same thing when people contact you on WhatsApp it's going to respond for you based on the teached information it's going to do the same thing on Facebook Messenger it's going to say do the same thing on uh Instagram and it's going to reply to everyone who's reaching out to you and it will do it for you it's super super powerful now this is what I've seen so far is is amazing but this tool gets so much better where I was blown away when I saw this and this is part of the upgrades and in case you like to see the funnel the pricing check out the link in the description but honestly this thing message automations is the thing that blew me away you don't see anything in here right now but basically what you're doing here is you select your account this can be uh your Instagram account for example and now it says nothing here right so what I can do I can say add post here and I can pick one of my Instagram posts here and let's save my changes and I can add automations to this specific post I can say here let's do this when somebody comments on my Instagram post here I want you to reply now I can say hey thank you something like hey thank you for your comment now what you need to know is that this is not exactly being said the AI will just use this as information but it all reaches out through personal messages it reads what the person is writing on your Instagram post so this is one of the things you can also go to advanced settings where you can exclude keywords or mandatory keywords and we're going to save the changes here because you can do a second thing as well when somebody comments on your post you can also directly send a message a private message so you can say hey thanks thanks for example hey thanks are you interested in coming to our gym and I'm going to save the settings in here and when I enable this everyone that will add a reply to this post will get a comment to that post all done by AI bot Studio but AI bot studio will actually read what the person is writing to my post and it will uh craft a personal response to that now that's the most powerful part because all Bots that I've created before that could autor reply would simply reply the same thing over and over and over again but this is really like a human is replying to a post now unfortunately I cannot show my own account because I cannot reply to my own post and then get direct message for myself so I'm going to show you something else here and let me go to chat nicely that's the creator of chatbot of this chatbot software so here you can see a post of chat here where he actually enable this uh this chat bot now let me remove my current comment that I'm having on this post because this is where I'm going to show you live how it works so here you can see he has a post now let's say the post that we're seeing right here is the post of our gym or a local gymm so I'm going to say in this case I'm going to talk about the dog this is a super cute dog and now I'm going to post this and there's my post hey this is super cute dog you see nothing is here on the page however look at this I'm going to refresh this page and this takes a little while so now I've waited for 20 30 seconds 40 seconds let's refresh it again let's see what happen Okay so I tried to refresh it but the resp there is no there's no reply here so probably that's because I deleted my response Etc I can show you other responses of people so here somebody else said cute dog now look at this the bot replied oh thank you it added emojis as well but then somebody else said what a Charming dog and look at this oh thank you and then oh thank you he's definitely a little charmer I mean these are custom responses it's not every time the same response and then here for this one here hello doc hey there thanks for stopping by this is the first part so you reply to a post and it automatically crosss a reply to your comments and then it sends out a message now I've done this in the past so I can show you how that went I go to chat and look at this here it says Hey thank you so much she's a BND of joy and always knows how to Bright in the day do you have any pets now look what I replied yes so true I have a sweet little dog as well look what the bot replied oh your fa friend must be styling like a pro now how can I assist you with your salon needs today so this bot has been programmed for a salon to make appointments for a salon so I said hey can I book an appointment and the bot set absolutely let's make sure your name is tamed at the perfect time when were you thinking of booking your appointment now let's try if this bot is still working so I can say can we make an appointment next week let's see if it Stills replies and look at this here ready to schedule attack randus next week uh let's find the perfect time slot to dive in into all things as when works best for you so I can continue with this bot and continue to talk with this bot and it will reply so it's going back and forth sending messages back and forth um just acting for your company super super powerful so you can configure that all inside this part here like the comments the messaging and another thing that you can do inside this is you can catch all now when you do that uh it will basically from what I understand comment and messaging on each post it will activate this for all of your posts on your Instagram so you basically generate one General reply and it will continue to do the conversation with you so you can imagine how powerful an application like this is because this saves you so much work and you can sell this to other businesses to automate other businesses accounts so to get back here um you have your accounts Library so here you can see all your accounts here from Instagram from messenger from WhatsApp Etc and here inside of the settings part you have your API keys so that's when I select this one you can add your own open AI key if you like to you simply click here and then you can use your own open AI key it's not required in order to use this tool you have your Integrations so all these Integrations are available here so when to go to out responders all these current autoresponders are supported marketing platforms these are supported uh memberships here these memberships are supported and notifications these are supported and also it comes with a global uh control center where it manages all the information for you like all the contacts that have been stored inside of your account it will be inside of global control now global control is something that chat created for all of his apps so all of his apps are communicating with global control so if you have another tool of chat that he created all his tools communicate with this Global control center everything will be store to you so you can add taxs to contacts Etc tag activity Integrations QR codes Facebook lead Etc everything will be stored inside that as well you can see that little button here inside every app that chat creates it connects with your global control center so you can create that Global control center once and you can use that for all of chat's applications and that's basically what AI bot studio is all
