the dashboard here where you can see an overview of your account now what you can do with social tail here is you can create multiple businesses so right now I only created one business a workspace but I can create another workspace which gives me a complete new environment so let's say you do this for a business you can set up a business environment do all the posting for that specific business in this case this is my business and this is my dashboard now on the dashboard here you can see the audience for the channels that are connected so right now this is my Facebook you can see the engagement here the post Impressions and the audience and I can switch between the channels here so this is here for my Facebook this is for example for YouTube which is coming soon this is for X so you can see exactly what's happening on your timeline now I do do not have any information here right now because I haven't posted yet with social till but this is to show you the capabilities inside this platform now to start creating a post you first need to connect your account so when I click on accounts here you simply click on add account and from here you simply click on one of the accounts and you can connect them and then they are connected and you can start posting to your channels now to get started you click on create post here where you can start writing your post now first of all let's go from the top here to the bottom and first you select the social media channels that you'd like to post to so in this case if I like to post to my Facebook page my other Facebook page here to another Facebook page I can post to my YouTube channel I can post to my X I can post to my LinkedIn I can select them all so that it post to these channels now on the right side here you will see a preview of those channels so right now there's no cont content here so there's no preview available so we can start creating content here by going to the Facebook post here we go down and from here you can type your content so you could manually write your post now the cool thing is that this platform is powered by AI so you can also create posts with Jade AI so this will open a new window for you where you can type your industry so in this case let's say we're in the weight loss industry so I'm going to do do weight loss in here and then you could choose a category now what this part is this helps you to come up with new content every single day so basically you see all these categories here engagement boosters Authority and thought leadership storytelling sales and promotional prompts trending and viral content prompts so you could do anything you could select anything here so for example social proof or humor whatever you like simply selected here so let's say sales and promotion prompts then you got to category here of prompts why this matters what if you could the cost of doing nothing here's what you get you ask what we deliver so here you can see try this step you see this so you simply pick one of these options in here and there there are many here I can even show you those at the bottom but let's say um try this in stat and now you can click on create out so you can see everything uh so here is the post so what we can do as well here at the submenu we can also add images so or emojis first of all emojis then images so when I go to Media here I can select the library in here so these are the images that I've already used in my accounts but I can also go to stock folders so I can say for example weight loss and then I can search for weight loss and I can say I can select all these images I can say I want to have this one I want to have this one I want to have this one this one and let's say this one here and I'm going to click done and now all the images you see that now my post on Facebook will look like this with these images attached here the message here on top it will look like this on my second Facebook post and then on YouTube here you can see there's no video and it also tells me here um first of all you can only provide 280 characters YouTube doesn't support images so when we go over the post here we know that X for example needs to have less characters so we can remove certain parts from X so that we can post to X on YouTube for example we need to add a video now the cool thing is that here you can also add a variation of your post when I click on post here add variation I can say I want to create a variation for YouTube for example and now it can say I'm let's say you want to remove these images you can do that you can simply click remove there you go and now for example I can upload my own video so I already have a video here so this is a video I can say done and I want you to use this video for the post on YouTube and for X we just make a shorter one we can do that as well as you can see here you can create your posts now another thing here is you can add a hashtag manager so when I click on hashtag manager you can see that this is a manager where I can store my hashtag so I can say a new hashtags group I can say for example weight loss so every time I create a weight loss post I can use these text so weight loss here and losing weight for example it's just to show you save the hashtag group and now I can click on weight loss and I can say Okay insert and now these hashtags will be used if I want to use the other hashtags from rocket Clips is a totally different product but just to just show you how it works I'm going to click insert and look at this now it's also adding these images so it's using your existing uh not images hashtags and also the new ones that you add to your post but let's delete this one and let's say I'm totally fine here so we go to the next one here your account I haven't discovered yet but probably this will replace with your business name so you can add that to the post what I've seen though is the template manager for messages so you can also use complete messages so if you like a post that you want to use more often like this post for example you can also go to the template manager in here and you can say I want to save this post as a template and this is my hashtag group so I'm going to say waight loss as well and I'm going to save this template so now you can see I can also use this template so here is a previous template if I want to use this one I'm going to click use and boom look at this the post completely changed to the other post it got the other images in here so if you want to post more often the similar post you can do that now once you're totally happy you're totally fine with your post you have two options or three options actually you can post it directly to your social media channels you can also pick a time so in this case I'm going to say let's post this the 22nd of this month at 12:00 p.m.
And I'm going to pick the time here and now when I click on schedule my post will be scheduled another thing that I can do is I can add to the queue this is also an option and this means that I can create multiple posts I can create 10 20 30 post I'm going to say add to the que and then the queue will automatically post them on the specific time frames that I've set up in my account very cool so you can keep continue creating posts without needing to schedule them because you've done that up front that's the add to Q part here this case I'm going to schedule this and now I can see it in my calendar here and you can see here today it's the 14 but you can see here are the posts that I have already scheduled for my account and you can see exactly here I posted to marketing with Tim here I posted to marketing with Tim to my X account and to my LinkedIn account and here you can see this will be posted to my Tim fow Facebook my Tim fow YouTube channel my LinkedIn and my ex account as well and that's the next thing so we created a post from the top here but you can also go to post here and there you get an overview of all your posts and you can see they're also your drafts so if you not uh if you can't finish your post you simply put them in here as draft and you can addit those posts uh or you can go through these you can duplicate or delete those posts let me close this uh but from here you can manage your posts now inside of the calendar that I just showed you you can also say okay let's go over my calendar and let's see okay the 25th here I need cont content you simply click on the plus button here and it will now create content for the 25th and that works exactly the same now one thing that I haven't showed you inside of the editor is the open Explorer and that's different than the AI Creator the open Explorer here allows you to search for certain topics so let's say we do weight loss and we're going to click on search now it will search for popular content online that we can reuse and schedule to our social media channels so here you can see this video got 30 million views here beach body transformation you can see Tik Tok videos here uh when you scroll down you see X posts in here here x and you can see here uh 2.7 million views 183,000 likes so this is popular content that you're seeing right here it will also bring in Google results as you can see here that you can use but let's say you want to use a video like this you click on this icon here and this will open the actual YouTube video here so let's say you want to use this YouTube video you simply copy the URL you go to your post and you click on insert here which it has no description in this case so let's say we going to do this one this has a description here so we could use this video here and let me copy this URL and you add this to your post and there you go it will now add the video here you got your post uh and this way you can leverage the popular content that is online and you can repost that to your social media channels now sometimes it will also give the preview of YouTube this depends sometimes Facebook does it sometimes not you can also choose to create a real here you can create a story in this case you need uh to have images here so we we keep this at a post but this is the other thing with the Explorer and you can also filter own country so let's say you want to filter in your own country for Content you can do that as well but this way you can reuse your existing content so again if you're ready you can schedule this you can also add labels here to your posts you can pick a time post now or add to Q in this case we already said this needed to be on the specific date on the 25th for example it will save that to the 25th now inside of the media library all your content your media will be stored as you can see here so let's say you have some media what you can do is you can upload your images and then the cool thing check this out let's say you want to create a media post from this post you can simply select this image or you can select multiple images here so let's say you want to have those three what you can do is you can say create a post from these three images and look at this now these three images have been automatically added to your post and again you can select the channels that you want to the post tube and you can see a preview of your post you can write your post again and automatically schedule that the templates part here is what I discussed before here you can create your own template so this is a template with the video so if you want to create something here you simply give this template a name you type your content in here and you can use this over and over again uh to create a similar post now here in the posting schedule this is what I mentioned before if if you add the content to the queue you can say for example I want to post on Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday and Sund let's say you don't want to post in the weekends whatever you can unable this or or disable this and you can enable it if you want to do this again if you want to remove times like 6:30 a.m.
