do phone calls for you so if you have a phone number a list of phone numbers it can call all these people or you can embed it on your website or you can send a phone number to your clients and they can call with your AI agent and it will act like a real human being and you can even clone your own voice uh by connecting your account to 11 laps super cool going to show you all the details in case there are some bonuses on the page so make sure to check that out for now let's dive into it and let me show you how super easy it is to set up an agent so first when you log in you will see nothing you will see this where you can create a workspace here so when you click on a plus sign here you can create a workspace in this case I already created the workspace in here which is called Tims workspace Tims workspace 2 but basically you can create environments for clients and inside of the settings here you have some settings to set up so first of all this product works with twio it's super simple uh you create an account with twio uh and there you buy a phone number and then you fill out these details these are accessible very easy you fill these out and you can start using call fluence now you can also like I said you can connect your 11lbs account which is a uh text to speech software uh where you can clone your voice as well so I've done that I'm going to show you how I've used my own voice uh you can add your open AI key here as well this is not required in order to use it uh you can connect your go high level account your Google calendar integration here uh and you can invite team members this is one of the upgrades if I'm correct uh workspaces Etc you can limit it but basically this is how you set up a workspace now once you set up a workpace you can create your agent so I have my agent in here but basically you click on the plus button here and you can choose if you like to create an outbound agent that will do phone calls for you or an inbound agents where you're going to send your phone number to somebody they can call that number or you could put that on your website they can call the number and the AI agent will call with them so you can start from scratch or you can take one of the templates here like this is a dental clinics services so it will act for a dental clinic uh here Home Services we have health and Hospitality here Black Friday special Beauty and services healthc care Etc so you can choose from this and and you can continue to go to the next one so let's say you pick one of these here so let's say we do this one like uh the dental clinics you save and continue and here you can set up this agent so you can upload your photo here you can set the country so what I'm going to do I go back to the agents and I'm going to open my agent because I already filled out all the information inside of the configuration here so basically you upload your photo here I set the time on here for Amsterdam I'm going to this a name this is Tim and the language is English but as you can see uh almost all languages here are supported a lot of languages are supported and then you can choose the voice now when I select the voice here you can see here when I scroll up here uh this whole part what you're seeing right here this all comes inside of C fluent so if you do not have an 11 laps account don't worry you can use these voices so let me uh show them how they sound hello Tim this is a voice voice preview sample from cin a you can customize Me by simply add so it sounds pretty good right the voice hello Tim this is a voice Tim this is a voice preview sample from call and AI you can customize Me by simply adding oh so those are the voices that come with C fluent but when you scroll down you will see here 11 laps voices so these are the voices that I have inside of my 11 laps account so here I created a clone of my voice here and listen to this hello Tim V this is a voice preview sample from call fluent AI you can customize Me by simply adding a welcome message to your agent configuration of course the better you clone your voice at 11 laps this was a quick creation of my voice but it sounds pretty good right so we're going to use this voice for my agents now inside of the phone number section here you choose the phone number and this is uh connected to your twilio accounts so you pick the one that you want to use inside of your twio accounts now you can set a welcome message or you can disable that I didn't do that you could do the call recording so that everything will be recorded and I'm going to show you that in a minute and also you could do anti fraud protection here so leave empty for no outgoing call restrictions you can uh change it in here like landline Mobile Fix vo here tollfree premium there are some options here uh block outgoing calls to the following number types so you can limit that and also you could enable voicemail detection so if it's an outgoing call you can enable this and then when there is a voice message you can leave a voice message or you can hang up the call so you have the choice what you will be doing there once there is a voicemail inside of the settings here the advanced settings you can play with the creativity of your agent so select from 1 to 10 how creative the answer should be here so you could say one or 10 I'm going to be in between here the speech stop sensitivity so you need to play with this uh because it says here select how many words should stop the agent's speech so that means when the other person starts talking at the other uh side of the line the agent stops talking and starts listening to you so you can set it higher or lower you can set the silence message delay here uh utterance detection some other things here like context Max tokens which determine how much context should be provided for each answer the answer length you can set this to whatever you like the silence end call so if it's silent for 25 seconds it's going to hang up the call you can also have filler words here transcribe words like M or um you can enable that as well and you can save your changes so this these are the basic settings of your agent now there's also a knowledge base this is still in beta from what I understand right now this is not working but basically uh in a little while this probably will work by uploading PDFs docs and all kinds of files so that you can teach the bot about your business so that it knows what to answer inside of the behavior here this is more important right now while we set up this bot you can set the agent type in here so you can say this is a sales representative or a support agent or a lead engagement in this case this is a sales representative and what I'm trying to do with this bot that I'm creating is this bot I'm using this bot to sell call fluence because I'm reviewing call fluence we want to have this bot when we call this bot we want to have this bot uh to sell call fluence to the person that's on the phone right so the goal here you need to fill this out and tell your agent what is his goal and we've put a long uh line in here like let me read it in here so the agent see my test calls in here but when we go to this call here you can see the whole conversation look at this you can see everything that we just discussed is in here and you can even listen to this call back here so we also have the actions in here and that's what I said about the follow-up system you can create actions on each phone call so when I click on ADD action here you can send an email after the phone hang up so if your widget contains an email address you can send emails as well to that person that just received a call you can also say I want to do call forwarding so let's say the person on the line says hey can I please talk to a real human being call fluent will forward your call to a specified number that you're have here so tell your agent where to forward the call and it's going to forward the call to that number and you can also give your agent instructions when this action should be triggered so you could say for example when someone asks to talk to a real human or to an agent you got the idea you can program that in here and then it will forward your call also you can send a text message to the person with a confirmation you can send the information to a web hook you can send it to zapier a data collection email data push SM SMS data push uh it's all in here and you simply create the ex so let's say you want to send an email then you say okay give this a name email subject thank you for connecting and here you can uh type the instructions when somebody asks to call so here you say when somebody uh or let's say when you end the call send an email there you go and then here you can start writing the email that needs to be sent thank you and blah blah blah and create action and right now after the conversation has ended it will send an email to that person super cool all in here API forms in here so you also have the API forms you have an embat code where you can embed the widget to your website so that people can receive so let's say you have you are a dentist and you want to make appointments you simply connect the calendar to Confluence Confluence you add this widget to the website and people can call this phone number and they can make an appointment for their next uh appointment so pretty cool web hook endpoints so you can send and receive web hooks in here as well you can restrict web Hook by domains in here uh you can also add other custom Fields so right now the custom field is email but you can also say for example here what is your website and here website field name and the field has been added here and you can see now the widget also contains the website in here so you can add that as well you can delete it so it's no longer on here here um and that's all inside of one account as you can see this is inside of one workspace so if you like to create a new workspace for a client you simply click on plus and you create a new you say Okay client 3 you click on Create and boom you've got a complete new environment where you can set the settings so when I click on settings here you can see everything is empty there's nothing in here you can create and connect another open AI account you can connect another another 11 laps account Etc so you can manage all your clients from your dashboard here uh inside of call fluent and that's it for uh this review uh as you can see it's a very powerful software uh I
