hey guys it's Tim here and today I'm here with Abby and I never wanted to pronounce his last name because I don't know how to pronounce your lastest name but Abby thank you for being here super excited to have you here because uh you're going to launch an awesome product already looked into it and we're going to discuss that today uh Abby thank you for being here maybe you want to pronounce your last name yourself thank you for having me so my full name is Abby V VI okay yeah well awesome thank you for being here ma'am thank you for having me what what is it let's let's dive directly into it I think most of the people that know me know you they uh they know about you you launch some awesome product so what do we have uh coming week so we got this new product uh uh the team has been working on for almost six seven months called bite-sized and uh so what biz essentially does it takes your long form videos could be a zoom call recording could be an interview like the one that we're doing right now could be a short webinar could be a zoom call recording or any YouTube video any any longer video anything longer than 5 10 minutes that you have created it takes that video and contextually it chops it down into small videos like shorter videos could be vertical videos for your Tik Tok Instagram real YouTube shorts or could be angular short YouTube Channel videos Instagram videos whatever igtv if you if you still do that so essentially takes your old videos and repurposes them into hundreds of short videos that you can then go publish on social media and have like months words of content created from that single video and this is the exact same strategy pretty much every other influencer and content marketer uh is using right now folks like Pang Jun have been doing it for years Alex heroi has been doing it for years now they take their big interviews their podcast their Zoom calls they chop it down into shorter teaser sort of videos and publishes them on uh you know Tik Tok Instagram Instagram real YouTube shots and all that to attract more eyeballs to their products to their services to their offers whatever you know they're trying to sell so I think what buy say essentially does it takes you know you existing marketing and creates bite-sized short videos that can then drive traffic to your existing offers or products service or affiliate offer whatever you're trying to promote and help you get more eyeballs get more visibility on social media and you know kind of also saves you the time from creating you know new fresh videos every single day and Publishing them on on social media coming up with the ideas and script and everything that you can just reuse purpose your existing videos and you know still get the same kind of attention yeah so it's like those YouTube shorts that you see and you just take a part of each video and that's what you're going to upload to Youtube short for example or Tik Tok indeed that's what this software is doing and is there also some kind of uh artificial intelligence in this product because today it's all AI yeah so the way it works is um you you give it a video it's going to transcribe the video and understand what's the content what's the concept of the video what kind of content the video has and then it'll try and find Snippets in the videos uh that are you know I I don't usually like to use the term but the juicy part you know the fun part the part that would get more yeah interesting part fun that would get a part that would get more retention something that would get people to continue watching it because the higher retention you get on your videos the better um you know the more views it gets the more it gets recognized by YouTube and yeah yeah so it it does all of that using Ai and then um you know it chops those videos down puts captions on those videos so it automatically makes short versions of your video so yeah absolutely you don't have to do anything yourself to do that yeah you don't have to do anything you just have to upload the video and give it like 5 10 minutes it'll do all the work for you oh nice so it's really AI it's really smart it goes over your video it gets the transcription and then it's going to take the interesting Parts out of it and suggest that to you yeah absolutely and the way the AI works it it's a self-learning AI so the more you the more videos you upload the more videos you create the more it learns what kind of videos you prefer based on what you render oh really and it sort learn to save more time for you when so so it basically learns from the user itself so every user is it has a different algorithm in the in the background is that what you're saying yeah I mean so if let's say you take a YouTube video and I take the same YouTube video and we both try to chop it down and create you know short videos we both would have different clips created based on what kind of videos we you know usually publish online nice nice and everything is automatically added like captions Etc is is there something that you can show can we go through the app so that you can show uh what it exactly does and how it looks like yeah let me share my screen okay um yeah you should be able to see my screen so the way we build bite size me and my partner Hamad who's the one who's the genius behind the whole idea and the way it's it's really really really simple we tried to eliminate any extra work or complicated campaigns sort of stuff so what you do is right over here on top of you see you could paste in a YouTube video so it'll download that video from YouTube or you can upload your own video Once a video is uploaded for example let's take a look at this campaign um it will automatically chop down the videos of over here you can see it had one two three four five six seven eight eight videos created um automatically and then if you want to create more you can just click on this button and it'll add more videos and you can preview all the videos you can customize them um captions are added and each clip you could uh have it 16 is to 9 9 is to 16 one is to one 3 is to four and it tries uh using AI tries as much as possible to keep the subject in the center instead of you know chopping up the face of the person having you know some blank screen um so you could do that and then when you Mouse over it you could uh change the way the captions look where you want the captions to be you can move them around um you can have multilingual captions uh different languages as well you can upload your logo so if you want to add a watermark logo you can put that here um let me see if I can show you an example of how the logo would look so if I put this here shows up here and then you can drag it and put it up like this so sort of like you know a bit of branding and you can change the font to whatever you want to do tons of different font styles to play with um styling font sizing General customization stuff you can do and we're adding a lot more filters here so you could add like animated filters characters and stuff like that and once you're done you click on Save and uh you have the video ready for you you can export it uh giving a project name so you can you can edit each video that you're seeing on the left right these are all different yeah so all the videos are generally pre-created pre-edited they have captions and everything but if you want to customize them to to make them all look different you could do that yourself like you have full control over it so you could do one video with with a yellow font and another video with the red font for example that's also possible yeah yeah and then when when you go to render you can either render all 16 to9 or all as one or you could have you can pick you know you want this one to be so you get you know choice how you w to what you want to do where you want to do how you want to create these and and when when this is when this is exported can you redo it again so let's say you only want to have uh orizontal videos then the next time you can render them again is that possible yeah for another form so the campaign is saved then you can go back again and edit and render oh nice uh as fresh new videos again so you can repurpose the existing campaigns and videos you have created and rendering happens real time as you can see the videos have rendered already um right here based on the language you selected during creating the campaign it'll create captions and hashtags for you you can change them um from casual to intelligent whatever you want yeah different moods we're gonna probably add a couple more moods Bas user feedback so this this has been written automatically based on the the the different video Parts yeah yeah all captions are unique especially for or the video that is like the section of the clip of the video so they're all unique and yeah you have all these videos you can download them share on Facebook Twitter um we're we're adding a feature for scheduling on social media as well so I think in a couple of weeks what you'll be able to do is you can also schedule these videos to be at a specific date and time um on social media platforms but yeah again we will try to make it very very very simple yeah and we have a couple of agency features as well for example a branding feature where you can H decide a branding for your entire account okay and this same branding will be applied to all the videos and campaigns you create so you don't have to manually change and edit to suit your own branding nice but unless you would like to change it you can still change it yeah yeah so if if you want to change it you can change but it's always good to good to have like a a set branding for your agency or for your brand or whatever you have so you don't have to go and you know edit all the videos but yeah again super super super simple we've tried to eliminate as much steps as much extra work we want uh we would usually do when chopping up videos and we try to make it very very automated so there it just looks like super easy not a lot of work you put in a video it creates all these video you download them publish them boom nice and by now YouTube is supported Uh custom files upload files is supported will it support Vimeo and other platforms as well in the future do you know that so I mean we'll add Vimeo as well but Vimeo doesn't really generate traffic but we'll have a VI Vimeo backup option so you can back up all those videos on Vimeo if you you know want to have a copy of them somewhere else yeah and once the projects are done I see that two project folders um that's where your files are located yeah so that's all the uh clips and everything that you created you can rename them access them or you can just go back here and then red redesign the whole thing one more time and create new versions of the same videos that we just rendered yeah nice nice looks good so this this is going to save a lot of work uh one thing I I also do I also uh checked out the app a bit myself uh what I noticed is that sometimes when a piece has been created you are able to modify uh the video itself as well right yeah so we if if you if you look here over here you can see uh the timeline and you can see where the clip is from so you can increase decrease or you can move it around you can you know pick different parts all that stuff or you can create new clips and the more you click on new CLI it'll just keep finding more stuff so when you add a new clip it's automatically getting a new part which is interesting yeah yeah so you have more control over that if you don't like the part you can add it or if you want to make it smaller or long longer you can you know nice edit all of that or you can delete a clip if you don't like it yeah yeah yeah exactly absolutely nice man looks looks very good so uh you're going to launch this I don't know where uh whenever I'm going to upload
